        I'm Mr. Rajesh Mondal. My savings account number- [protected]. On 02.04.2021 at 8:52 pm a transaction of 4000/- was done by [protected] this number. But the amount was credited in another current account. Current account number- XXXXXXXX0310 which is also linked with my mobile number- [protected]. But this current account wasn't opened by me. That's a fraud account. Which is opened by using my NAME and CONTACT no. Now I want my money back in my savings account or in cash.

          Payment debited from bank account but it is not credited to beneficiary.
          I ask to the beneficiary bank it is not credited till (7.6.21)

          in my bank statement also it is debited through E com

            I have purchased an order from amazon and on 12 of may the order was cancelled due to covid restrictions. Sum of total amount is 1410 which is processed by amazon and the refference id are as follows[protected] and other is[protected] one is for rs 680
            And other is for rs 730 both the amounts are not relected in my bank account till yet. Please help. Kindly revert as soon as possible.

                I am unable to make SIP payments using my internet banking account. It gets to the final page but does not process the payment. I missed 4 SIP payments last month, and this month again the website as well as the new mobile banking app are unable to complete the process. Please help, none of the helpline numbers work or no one picks up the phone. I don't want to miss another month of SIPs

                      Good Day,
                      I would like to bring this to your attention that my 2 cheques have bounced having nos. 149670 & 265521. The bank did not provide any reason for the same. I had sufficient balance and My KYC was also updated.

                      kindly cancel my above-mentioned cheques and reimburse the amount of Rs 200 which was deducted as a penalty for bouncing cheque.

                      Kindly sort this matter at the earliest and do suggest why my cheques are bouncing.

                          I transferred some rupees from my Indian bank account to a ICICI Bank account using IndOASIS app on June 3. It is showing as a failed transaction, but the amount is deducted from my Indian bank account. It is not even credited to my ICICI bank account. Please check and return the money ASAP.

                            i was make atm withdrawal for rs 3000/- on 31 may 2021 from punjab national bank atm branch khadur sahib branch code no ifsc code: punb0716500 branch: khadoor sahib dt tarn taran branch code: 716500 phone number: [protected]. But no cash was received from atm but amount debited from my account. Atm message is as under :-rs.3000.00 withdrawn at atm id:a1147210, khadoor sahib jandiala road amritsar on 31/05/21 10:03 from ac:xxx674793. Bal:1659.02 cr. Always use indian bank atm to avoid charges. After elapsing os 72 hours my amount has not been refunded. Please take action to refund the money and credit to my account.

                                    Iam facing a unauthorised payment problem for a long time now with this bank. I already gave my complaint and even called them twice but they said it was some online purchase i made but there was none like that and also there wasn't any OTP came for that payment its just directly debited from my account. Iam international debit card user and currently in Russia and my account is in the branch- Mavelikkara, Alappuzha, Kerala, India. What should i do now?

                                      I am having saving account [protected] in Allahabad Bank. I booked an FD in the year 2013. It get renewed every year. In the year 2019, I gave an affidavit to bank regarding lost of FD receipt as per their rules. They told me to wait for few days as the information was to circulate in all the branches of the bank.

                                      After months of wait, I contact them again. They told me to come at the maturity day of FD. They said that they will not renew the FD but break the FD in my account on the day maturity and FD RECEIPT is not required for that.

                                      Bank Manager is saying that I should go their bank on regular basis and keep remembering them about my task which is not possible for a private sector employee.

                                      Now again, they are demanding the indemnity bond. I already have provided them the same and I am not going to court again in this time of pandemic.

                                      This is clear case of deficiency in services and I am being harrased for constant 2 years.
                                      Please help me in getting my FD
