    Iam facing a unauthorised payment problem for a long time now with this bank. I already gave my complaint and even called them twice but they said it was some online purchase i made but there was none like that and also there wasn't any OTP came for that payment its just directly debited from my account. Iam international debit card user and currently in Russia and my account is in the branch- Mavelikkara, Alappuzha, Kerala, India. What should i do now?

      I am having saving account [protected] in Allahabad Bank. I booked an FD in the year 2013. It get renewed every year. In the year 2019, I gave an affidavit to bank regarding lost of FD receipt as per their rules. They told me to wait for few days as the information was to circulate in all the branches of the bank.

      After months of wait, I contact them again. They told me to come at the maturity day of FD. They said that they will not renew the FD but break the FD in my account on the day maturity and FD RECEIPT is not required for that.

      Bank Manager is saying that I should go their bank on regular basis and keep remembering them about my task which is not possible for a private sector employee.

      Now again, they are demanding the indemnity bond. I already have provided them the same and I am not going to court again in this time of pandemic.

      This is clear case of deficiency in services and I am being harrased for constant 2 years.
      Please help me in getting my FD

          Sir I had ordered books from Amazon on 30/4/2021 and due to pandemic it cancelled
          Amazon initiated my refund amount ₹1214 on 17/5/2021

          30001011281120120839237) but (Indian bank) bank has still not credited my money.

          This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

              My account no. [protected] with Cossimbazar Branch(IFSC Code-IDIB000C642) has been wrongfully deducted with Rs.2655/= on 02.03.2021 towards Locker Rent charges which I think quite unjust and unlawful. I am an ex-employee of Erstwhile Allahabad Bank having SR No.414731 drawing pension regularly and product code of my account also shows the same. The matter was made notice to the branch concern but they couldn't resolve the problem due to system problem though they admitted the mistake. Being unable to resolve they sent an email to the Zonal Office, Siliguri Distt- Darjeeling, West Bengal . I also sent mail to the branch requesting for its solution under copy to CO, Chennai & ZO, Siliguri but all in vain. Despite lapses of nearly 03 months nobody cared to dissolve the case. It is very much unfortunate on the part of a Bank like you who can't redress a grievance from an ex-employee after so many days. I think you will not compel me to adopt another unpleasant mean to do so. Thanks,

                        I have given many times request for updating my new mobile number in bank record.. I'm unable to do any transactions because of otv not receiving. This is a very simple request only mobile number UPdation. Really don't know why its not done still now since I'm following more than a year. I'm also working in HDFC bank. Whenever I'm getting time have submitted the request to E R A branch.. Even they are not providing acknowledgement copy also.. Kindly do the needful.

                        I have submitted many request to indian bank its not done. Raised complaint, not receiving any update.

                        Next step going to close my account in Indian bank.

                        Simple request unable to accommodate. Very worst customer service..
