My name is ABHISEK DAS.I ordered a pant which cost is 599 and I returned it on next date april 1 then I started wating to get my money back it's now been 18days I did not get my money back till now .my Amazon refund refference number-HSBCN[protected].I want my money back as soon as possible please coporate.

I have ordere a couple of products from Myntra on 28th Feb. And I returned the order and Myntra has initated the refund amount (Rs2499) on 5th march and provided the reference numbers for both thr transactions.

Rs 1199 - Reference no.[protected]

Rs 1299 - Reference no.[protected]

Please complete the above transactions from your end. As Myntra confirmed that the transactions are successful from their end. It's pending from bank side.

My name is Mayank Khirwal and I had ordered united Colors of Benetton Men's Sneakers Size UK 8 of RS. Amount "1778.00" in Amazon on 14 Feb 2020 and after 19 Feb 2020, I returned this order due to personal reasons. And on 19 Feb 2020
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such a policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected].

Thereafter transaction showed failed but my deducted amount of Rs. 675/- has not been refunded/credited to my account.
2. Earlier also I MADE ONLINE TRANSACTION VIDE APPLICATION NO. HP210323V9179141 RECEIPT NO. HP210323C3253697 ON 23/03/2021 against payment of Rs. 1575/-. Thereafter transaction showed failed but my deducted amount of Rs. 1575/- has not been refunded to my account.

Respected, I am Rupam Jana a savings account holder in your bank for last 7years.

I am writing this letter to inform you about the failed transaction from my account [protected] and Ifsc code -IDIB000H527 on 15/04/21 done using Mobile banking (indoasis) having transaction number- 5538356 amounting 20, 000.

While making the transaction amount got debited and I received a failed payment notification from the bank side with reference number[protected]. Also, the beneficiary has not received any money yet.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and reverse the amount to my own account. I shall be highly obliged.

This is the most useless bank, the UPI services don’t work properly, most of the time the server is down due to which net banking and UPI don’t work. It’s somewhat like we can use UPI only when they provide but not according to our convenience. And most of the Indian banks are crowded due to slow works and unwanted delays.
Who ever is planning to open a bank account in Indian bank, I request you to look into other options. This bank is useless.
