I have returned an item worth 1399 and they have made refund also on Feb 26, 2021. Still my account with Indian bank is not credited.
In amazon customer care they provided refund reference no #[protected] and told to contact Indian bank customer care.

They are asking me UTR NO and transaction no and telling me to visit branch and make complaint.
In return I contacted amazon they are informing they ll not b updated with UTR no or transaction no.
Why this lengthy and confusing procedure is being followed. If a refund is made amazon should update reference no with the order and bank should accept this reference no for complaints.
Are we customers so idle to move to and fro like a pendulum both side to get our money back???
Whose fault is this?
Now what should I do to get my money back.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have not been updated with any information by the bank or from amazon. Still my amount is not received and complaint is not resolved
