I am having an SB A/C No. 4515 at Cuddalore Branch. I am over 85 years and eligible to get 30% additional quantum of pension. I approached several time with Cuddalore Branch. But they asked me to conduct Pension Cell. I also written several letters to Central Office but no action has been taken so far. Kindly instruct the concerned department so that I receive pension with additional quantum and an early date.

    i am saravanan i am staying in chennai who ever but a comment for this site dont but your personel details and phone number because there is one cheating group has following this in bihar and jahrkhand so that they calling like IOB ceo or manager they saying like that they asking card detail bin number and all details, with in a second they transfer the money to them self, so be care full what ever complaint go straightly to bank or customer care dont attend any new n umber for ur phone i am already lost my money 5, 000 thousand so please dont but any detail for this site. i am already complaint with police they will traked they will staying in bihar, jharkhand as soon as possible they must catch.

While processing the card the machine Rejected my Transction after Iam checking balance Rs.600/- was debited in my account. I am need in urgent the amount please check and reverse of the same.           Ref: Complaint No.T[protected] dated 9.7.2014 As I am having savings account vide A/c. No.[protected] in my name V. Krishnan, in Indian Oversean Bank, Villivakkam Branch, Chennai, I tried to withdraw Rs.2, 000/- on 4.7.2014 through Canara Bank ATM, SIDCO Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai-600 049. But I did not get the amount Rs.2, 000/-. Instead the amount was shown withdrawn, without taking the amount through atm. I complained to my home branch and I was asked to give complaint to Canara Bank, Villivakkam Branch and I did the same. But I was informed to go to Indian Overseas Bank, Villivakkam branch by the Canara Bank Officials. I feel regretted to say that being a senior citizen, I was not able to get the above mentioned amount for a month, which has put me in unnecessary torture and mental agony.                       As i am the IOB customer for past one year. then i am using ATM card also. Many of the IOB ATM's are not working properly and at the same time Net Banking also not working properly. This things are regularly happening nowadays, and past two days that condition was worst. When i was using net banking, in mean time its connection get disconnected. Please consider this problem, make it solve as soon as possible.

                        Respected sir, I went more than 6 times to iob bank thennampalayam branch, IFSC code -IOBA0001845 coimbatore..The behaviour of the senior bank manager was too worst. He is not properly responding towards customers.He treats good only the customers who deposited higher amount.He treats all other persons like a slave. If we ask any doubts, he scolded badly. Try to change him or atleast warn him .Else your bank name will gets spoiled.He is not fit for the job.

                            sir, My name is rajnish kirad, holding account in IOB armoor branch, nizamabad dist, (telangana). A/C NO. 6168. My previous atm card has been expired n then i applied for new atm card, almost 2months finished i didnot receive any atm card. when i asked about this to assistant manager, he said i wil receive a letter but acually i didnot receive letter, and later he said he has my new card with him but he doesnot have temporary password, so he can't give me. Even i dinot receive any type of passwords at home. The bank officials are very irresponsible with their work. They are giving irresponsible answers. Iam facing trouble without my atm card.                               I have lost my debit card in a theft. Now, I need to apply for new Debit Card. The formality in your bank is that we need to get the debit card in the branch in which we have opened the account. Instead of this, follow some security questions asking to the client and send the debit card to the respective address. The Existing functionality is so bad. Please change the Existing as soon as possible

                                I am now away from India. As per procedure I have collected my LIFE CERTIFICATE from the consellate and send it by mail to the branch on 2.11.13 with copies to cppc, customer service. The original copy was sent to the branch on 2.11.13 with a covering letter. with my mail address. As there was no response I have contacted the branch but in vain and again contacted CPPC who was kind enough to confirm the receipt of the mail copy and promised to regularise with the branch. The branch to cppc states that they have not received my LIFE CERTIFICATE. I have again send my LIFE CERTIFICATE COPY by mail with copies to cppc, customer cell and to AGM/PG also . My last mail to all again on 23.5.14 have also failed to evoke any response from any body. It is now requested that the case may be taken up and regularised at an early date and mail me at the earliest pl I am equally contemplating the ideaof severing my connections with the bank citing this ignorance as a reason. I am also worried about my next LIFE CERTIFICATE issue also as I am planning to return only March 15 next. awaiting response by an ack followed by an action initiated in resolving the issue.                                     many days no response from your side in the subject matter, then what
                                    is the use of customer care id and details given on the net for helping
                                    the customers(Account holders).It
                                    seems that your bank branch is not responding then who is responsible
                                    for such wrong charges levied on the customers account holders.Pl respond in

                                    to your CG road branch server error my cheque for salary money transfer
                                    to other bank my cheque was bounced and i had been charges rs.300 by
                                    the banker for non transferring money from your CG road branch. which i

                                      I am having an account in Indian Overseas Bank, C-4 Janak Puri, New Delhi. I went to submit the application regardind the issuing of new ATM card and forgot to sign the application and the response i got from Mr. Deepak Dhall was very arrogant and annoying. His words were " mai karungaa sign, pooja utaaru teri". Its not the way to deal with the customers. Its being 2years that i am operating my account in this bank and never had such a bad experience which i faced today, i request to the higher authority to look into the matter n take appropriate action towards him so that any other customer should not face this problem in future.
