IOB ATM and Internet Banking often not working.. always show error message (This webpage is not available).. While using of ATM money is not coming but they deducted 20 rs.. The IOB Beggar people make ashamed their customer in hotels, and shopping malls, better IOB useless people shut the Bank... all staff are very old and the suddenly getting angry and they not adopt new new generation, They perfectly doing deduction only... Totally Indian Overseas Bank is useless...

Dear Sir, I have made a online shopping on 7th Aug 2017. Rs. 1526 was deducted from my account but the order has not gone through, I have not received any confirmation email from Limeroad.com.

Immediately I called my branch office @ Nagashettyhalli Branch and informed the Bank Manager to stop the payment, for which he said we can not do anything since it is a online payment. He also said that if the order does not go through then automatically the amount will be bounced back to your account.

Meanwhile, I called the limeroad.com customer care and checked about the order, they said that the order shows as 'in process', if the order goes through then I will receive a notification within 24 hours., Unfortunately, I didnt receive any notification or confirmation email till now.
I would appreciate your goodselves to please look into this issue and to put back the amount in my account,

I am living in the above mentioned address. My father Mr.S.Shanmugam is having a savings account [ A/c No : [protected]] in Indian Overseas Bank – Collector office branch and he has been getting a Gold loan on the following four accounts i.e.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and also he has added me as a Nominee for those Gold loan accounts. In between that, My father expired on[protected].After that I got my father‟s death certificate and legal heir certificate by applying properly. I have requested the concern bank manager to inform about my father‟s gold loan details and also about the loan amount that I have to pay for gold loan. But the manager didn‟t respond properly and he delayed to take action in this matter. Moreover he said that my father has got some other dairy loan too. He instructed me, “You should settle your father‟s dairy loan first then only the details of your Gold loan accounts will be opened in the computer system.” As the bank manager said, I paid a Sum of Rs.3000/- on[protected] for the dairy loan. He received the total amount and told me to come back after 2 days. Then I went to bank again on[protected].They told me to pay Rs.3000/- again. I paid that amount too but he refused to inform the details about the gold loan and again told me to come back after few days. After few days I went again to bank on 21.11.2014. On that day too, they ordered me to pay Rs. 2400/- I paid that amount at once .Then only the manager informed me about the gold loan details and he gave me a deadline on 25.11.2014 (only 3 days) to settle all the loan amount. And also he warned me “you should pay all the whole loan amount on or before 25.11.2014 else we will bring your jewels to auction”. As he has given me a short time, I borrowed a Sum of Rs.3, 13, 540/- [Rs 3 lakhs, thirteen thousand five hundred and fourty rupees] on high speed interest, and atlast I paid that whole amount to the bank on 24.11.2014. But still he refused to inform me about the steps and procedure to get back my jewels. And also they told me to collect some forms such as Claim form, Indemnity Bond, Affidavit and other nominee‟s acceptance letters, by notary public lawyer, eventhough I settled all those loan amount. According to his instruction I collected and produced all those certificates along with the property details of all the nominees, with their signature, to the bank manager. He got everything and further he ordered me to produce „10 lakhs valued property documents‟ of 2 nominees with all receipts and signatures. But I couldn‟t arrange 2 nominees who possess 10 lakhs valued property. So Regarding this I gave an application to the collector too. Eventhough my application is processed through collector office to the Branch manager, the manager sent me a reply letter with the same demand of producing two persons with a property of 10lakh worth. Sir I am helpless and I kindly request you to take proper action on the bank manager and help me to get back my jewels. Herewith I have enclosed the following documents for your reference. Thanking you Enclosures: 1. Claim Form – 1 – Xerox 2. Property details of 2 Nominees – Xerox 3. My father‟s death certificate – Xerox 4. Legal heir – Xerox 5. Indemnity Bond – Xerox 6. Identity card of 2 nominees who signed in indemnity – Xerox 7. Affidavit – Xerox 8. Identity card of the 2 persons that mentioned in Affidavit - Xerox 9. Acceptance letters of other heirs – Xerox 10.My identity card – Xerox 11. Receipts for paid dairy loan – Xerox 12.Receipts for paid Gold loan – Xerox 13.An Application that I have given to the district collector – Xerox 14. Reply letter from the Bank Manager - Xerox

      I had logged a complaint a month before for my refund of Rs.649, which was debited from my account and the agent said it'll be refunded within a 7 to 30 days. It's been more than a month but I haven't got refund. Please take a narrow look on this to get it resolved ASAP.

        Hello, As observed in katihar(bihar) branch your manager not ready to provide the loan to needy. He is only aproving the loan which comes through brokers. He is given the many loans for a single family with the fake document. I requesting you to kindly do the verification for that branch activity. For a single family(broker himself taken) loans details: bussiness loan 3500000 scorpio loan 1000000 tata van loan 800000 education loan 700000 and there is no recovery and heared that manager will do something wrong report to bank and get the 100% subsiadry for that broker

          I, Shefali maheshwari, applicant for MAH CET 2015 had to pay application through net banking. So i made online payment through net banking of Indian Overseas bank on 18/02/2015 at 12:10 pm but an error ccurred so I again made the payment . Subsequently, for my single application both the transaction debitted in my a/c - [protected]. Transaction no - TPSL-L1913-DTE MUMBAI MBA - 015021 PAYMENT ID[protected] Kindly refund the amount of Rs 1022 back to my account.

            Gud afternoon sir with reference to the above subject iam a account holder of your esteemed bank from chennai working in coimbatore i regularly use ATM at above said railway station in night time withdrawal is not possible as there is no light [light fused] almost for the past 15 days light has not been fixed today morning when i went to withdraw cash there was no current when asked security of other atm he said ups is not working .when contacted regional office the say it is outsourced they are going to replace the complete machine in 2 weeks or so to IOB is a reputed bank sir i kindly look into this issue immediatly to facilitate all passergers or customer who hold IOB accountsince the railway station has floating crowd.Hope u take necessary action Reg Satya patron of IOB

                  Hi, We had a Gold Loan in IOB Bank, Auto Nagar Branch, Nellore-4, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. When My mom an brother went to clear it, they have spoke in very indecent manner. And suprisingly they told that the bank is theirs and they can do what ever they want. I don't wat's wrong with them. Thanks & Regards, K. Keerthi.

                  we had a such bad experience in valasaravakkam IOB bank employee's are behaving like they are the king we entered the bank at 12.40 pm to deposit amount in my ac i was standing in queue when my turns come they simply close the counter and says that time 1 o clock lunch time wait till 1 30 am i fool that standing queue for the past 15 mins he simply close the counter and went off such an bad experience in iob bank please i ask everyone not to open an account in valasaravakkam iob bank

                    My account SB Account No [protected] with Indian Overseas Bank, Ramanathapuram branch. My Account has encounted with problem by Unauthourized debit of Rs. 4352 on 7.12.2014 through the ATM card by (MEGASUPP.COM)which was not either swiped or used for any transaction. I feel it as a theft done by hackers. I have approached the Bank several times. But there is no response either from the head office or the Branch Office. I would like to post this complaint which requires immediate action, Kindly do the needfull.

                      Code:0606.I have submited for dbtl scheme in adhar registation in my
                      Account.But this iob branch not responce, no register adhar number in my
                      Account.So montly loss for amount in my account. Kindly clear this problem

As we discussed today morning at 9.30am, Yesterday i had been transfer Rs 500 for my Indian bank account to IOB account through Net banking. During that translation time am wrongly enter the IOB account Number 1014 instead of 1041. So am kindly request you to transfer Rs 500 for my IOB account 1041. However am extremely sorry to wrong enter and i have ensure further this type of mistake will not happened. Your immediate action in this regard highly appreciated. Thank you !!!                               Dear Sir, On 17-Jan-15 i had visited to IOB manesar branch, branch should be open at 10am. in that time 3-4 staff had in the branch. when time is 10am people asked to Security guard for open the gate but security and some staff replied when officer will taking seat then we will automatic open the gate, but in the meantime we couldnot confirm when the officer will taking their seat, i have a audio recording with me. Now our prime minister wants to all are work together for country but still govt. officer think the same as previous. how can we improve our country. i don't complain against any branch, but wants to time has change so we can work properly so we can empowerment our country.                                   Most of the IOB ATM centres in Madurai city are not working properly. # always server problem #always cash out # no proper maintenance # no lighting, security, no contact numbers # no proper of instruction of working condition #always closed # IOB cards not accepted in many other ATM centres I REGRET FOR OPENING ACCOUNT IN IOB BANK.

                                    Respected Sir/Madam, My account NO.[protected] is deducted Rs.100 on 31/12/14 for non-maintenance of avg. balance.Actually I maintained the balance as 1000/- but unfortunately they deducted ATM Card Annual Fee of Rs.112.36 on 22/12/14. and the balance got 967.28. Actually the Non-Maintenance of Avg. Balance is Rs.30. But how they deducted Rs.100. I approached the Manager but he is not responding. And saying that its done by system and not possible to reverse it. I got so much stress on this... However they put in notice board for Non-maintenance of balance is Rs.30. But they deducted Rs.100. Please go through on it and help me.

                                        I am a senior citizen living with the help of my Defence/Civil pension. These pensions are being drawn at IOB Sivakasi branch. The total pension amount is around 23, 500/-, During this month, an amount of Rs.21, 500/- has been unauthorizedly debited for the recovery of Education Loan without giving any opportunity. I approached the chief manager and requested to reverse the unauthorized debit vide my letter dated 06.01.2015. The Manager has not yet taken any action on my request till date.The Manager's coercive action to debit the entire pension is not justifiable.
                                        Besides i requested to release the Pledged Housing loan documents on liquidation in the month June 2014. The same has not yet been released till date In spite of my repeated requests in person.

                                        Kindly look into the above and direct the official accordingly
