Whenever i walk into any IOB bank in the city i had to ask at least five people to get any help and they act like I'm taking their money..i really hate this kind of service..one time this guy in triplicane branch asked me "why can't you wait, are you dealing with crore's with us" i really pissed off after i had to fight to withdraw my money and the manager convinced not to close the account.. even the net banking...

Poor Customer service

Indian Overseas bank provides a poor customer service,
i reside in Velachery which is in the southern part of chennai whereas my salary account was created in the kilpauk Branch which is northern chennai.
Recently I withdrew a some of 1000 bucks from an ATM machine which belongs to some other bank and a cash was not dispensed instead the amount was debited from my account,I called upon the bank customer service and the redirected...

Poor peace of service

I am a student and an account holder in Indian Overseas Bank (Branch-1557). Since we have been shifted to Mumbra, Thane, I wants to transfer my account in thane's main branch (89). I have a sum of 100 rupees in my account and the bank wants to spend 500 rupees on the travelling of Surat. They want me to go to my initial branch and submit my passbook over there. So i request you to show me a convenient way to transfer my account....

epfo not crediting regularly to me as pensioner and acct holder

the same is not properly credited to my acct every month

there is no proper procedure or system in the branch to credit this to bunch...

Cheque returned wrongly

Indian Overses Bank returned the cheques issued by J.K White Cement with the clause Cheque already passed. How can this be possible. this means that the bank had issued two cheques of same no. or there was a clerical mistake which they didnt want to fix. this complete negligence on part of the bank has defamed a large organisation as J.K White Cement and also the issuee....
