website i doubt whether they have filled tds return with my pan no pl do it so that i fill my IT return in full form

    Hello sir before 2 years i got educational loan from IOB, that time bank manager said no interest for educational loan during the study period, now i am i am doing 3rd year MCA, but now they are asking to pay the interest... The regional manger said no interest but my branch manager asking to pay the amount... i am not able to pay my semester fee then how can i pay the interest please help me sir....

      IOB Roorkee branch is disclosing banks details of his clients to any outsider who knows the account number. I am one of the victim. This bank is pathetic. I am so disappointed with this bank. What if a theif gets to know the account balance. I cant be very dangerous to the clients. This kind of actions can give rise many criminal incidents. They must be taught a lesson.

        I was an education load holder at iob,irc village branch, bbsr,odisha with a/c no[protected].
        I disbursed an amount of Rs.82,000/- on 14th august 2008 for studying B.tech at Silicon institute of technology,bbsr,odisha.
        I closed the loan on 21st august 2009 and paid an amount of Rs.1,18,824/- and a sum total of Rs.21,945/- was included here in this money for insurance purposes. Since, i have closed the loan for 3 years, i should be getting my money back which i paid for insurance purposes.
        I have contacted the branch for many times but all in vain as they are saying they have sent this case to main branch.
        please help me get my money back.

          HI,

          I have a home loan in Indian Overseas Bank- Thanthonimalai branch in Karur TamilNadu.

          I had requested the bank to provide a Provisional certificate for the finanacial year April 2012-March 2013 with the details of principal and Interest that i need to pay for the above mentioned financial year.

          The same bank has issued me a similar statements in the past.But the current manager was saying that he can't provide the certificate. Since he can't give a statement like this since the interest rate is subject to change during the year.

          But all the other banks provide similar kind of statements . I am not able to available tax benift becuase of this.

          Please do the needful

          HI,

          Even i faced this prob.. then I visit to Regional branch and got the same.. Initially request them, If they say like cant provide then Speak boldly and raise your voice and ask for what reason they cant provide..

              hi,
              i am writing this mail on behalf of my friend and the others in MMDA Colony, arumbakkam. We have been trying to get the savings account opening form from IOB, MMDA colony branch (arumbakkam) for the last 20 days but none of them interested in either attending the customer or giving us the form opening of a new account. whenever, we approach they have given us some reasons such as:
              - sorry we have been asked to give ONLY 20 forms per day and today's quota is over. come tomorrow,
              - concerned person not there, today we are busy with some work come tomorrow
              - come with the proper document, we will give you the form after verifying the details
              the worst part was our entire family have a record of maintaining good balance since 1992 and not much withdrawals, stable account balance. look at the state of the people who would like to open a new account,

              now, you can imagine the state of the people who applied/applying for a home loan or any other loans. some of the employees should be taught on how to treat the customers with respect, some of them will act like they are the ONLY person busy in the entire branch, using strong words against the account holders and literally falling some of the customers feet, giving red carpet welcome, making them sit and the employees will deposit or withdraw money on their behalf, it clearly shows their preferential treatment against the customer who has a status. request you to look into this matter and kindly send some one to the branch as a customer to get a feel of the kind of treatment/respect that we have been constantly getting these days.

                  Whenever i walk into any IOB bank in the city i had to ask at least five people to get any help and they act like I'm taking their money..i really hate this kind of service..one time this guy in triplicane branch asked me "why can't you wait, are you dealing with crore's with us" i really pissed off after i had to fight to withdraw my money and the manager convinced not to close the account.. even the net banking is useless.. i have Citibank and standard chartered accounts where i never visited their branches because they everything online.but in iob even for simple transaction pin i had to fill the form and go to the branch..why can't they make it online and make my life easier,,, IOB branch and Net banking services has lot more to learn from other banks...

                    Indian Overseas bank provides a poor customer service,
                    i reside in Velachery which is in the southern part of chennai whereas my salary account was created in the kilpauk Branch which is northern chennai.
                    Recently I withdrew a some of 1000 bucks from an ATM machine which belongs to some other bank and a cash was not dispensed instead the amount was debited from my account,I called upon the bank customer service and the redirected me to the nearest IOB branch next to my home, I spoke with the officer in the IOB bank near my home in regards to this complaint and the officer said he cannot take a complaint there (despite of all banks being centralized) me to write a letter in writing (there is no complaints - Email Id for the bank),

                    I asked the officer politely if i have to take this issue to the kilpauk branch during the normal working hours then I have to take a half a day off or at-least an hour's permission from my work. the officer near my home branch was least bothered about my requests and shouted on a loud tone, "i[censored] want your money then take leave else get out now" Is that a way a bank works ? IS that how a bank treats their customers ? would someone be ready to have an account in such a bank who provides a poor customer service.

                    Adding more pain to that when i went in person and contacted the officer in the branch in Kilpauk, they were closed down for lunch, I was standing in a brach which has no chairs for the customers for 1 hr and finally the job was done after much hesitations from the officer as if i was asking money from their pocket.
                    I am Hemakar Maamilla I want open an Account in IOB Bank at Naidupet Branch in Khammam District, but Branch Staff (Mohan Rao) postponed my request several times they say following reason for postponement.

                    I requested the following timings and date to open an account but they were rejected my request due to the following reasons.

                    1.on 11/02/2013 evening 3.30 Pm they did not open any accounts after 3.00 Pm,

                    2.on 12/02/2013 11.30 Am Bank maximum open single day only 20 Account already they open maximum account and rejected my application.

                    3.on 23/02/2013 10.15 Am Saturday is the week end they don't open any account on week end day.

But the customer and their banker's have confirmed that they didn't received the payment till now.

Since we have been shifted to Mumbra, Thane, I wants to transfer my account in thane's main branch (89). I have a sum of 100 rupees in my account and the bank wants to spend 500 rupees on the travelling of Surat. They want me to go to my initial branch and submit my passbook over there. So i request you to show me a convenient way to transfer my account.

                            I bought clothes worth Rs. 4188 from RituWears Faridabad on 12 Feb 2012. Due to some problem they swiped my IOB debit card twice, and hence, my account was debited twice. But after talking to customer care of IOB, I came to know that they have paid RituWears only once and the second amount is lying with them. They told me that they will refund the money within a month. Also, if I send them documents relating to my purchase it may be refunded within a week. But after 1 month an 10 days also there is no sign of my money getting back.


                            Please help me.

I got the massage through internet that my transaction was declined with reason invalid bank response. soon after that I got the sms on my mobile that Rs.692.03& Rs.332.03 (with Bank charges) debited my a/c no SB3121 I have informed the branch about all these happening Plz look forward to this matter and make the effort to return back may debited amount of Rs.1024.06
                                  INTER NET BANKING SERVICE IS NOT WORKING FROM SEVERAL DAYS, HOW WE PAY OUR TAXES?WHO WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATE PAYMENT OF TAXES. NO SATISFIED RESPONSE GIVEN FROM YOUR BANK, (BRANCH-ROOP NAGAR. DELHI -7)

                                    i am a epfo pensioner in iob koyambedu branch with sb account no 975
                                    though my company remit epfo amount before last working day of every month (tvs brakes india limited padi chennai 50)
                                    the same is not properly credited to my acct every month

                                    i am a retired person and pension amt is just 1780 per month which is big one for me
                                    there is no proper procedure or system in the branch to credit this to bunch of pensioners accounts

                                    i have to fight for every month and u can see the crediting dates in my acct no regularity

                                    even the previous manager promissed she will take necessary action in this regard

                                    when i wanted to talk to teynampet branch person who normally send list and the same to be manually entered
                                    this month list only one person name was appearing looks funny my name was not there

                                    in this computer age this system of manual credit seems to be absurd
                                    if staff goes to sabarimalai no credit will be done till he returns how great it is

                                    the teynampet branch staff was not willing to talk to me as an acct holder and affected party
                                    total irresponsibility on the part of the staff and bitter experience for me

                                    each bank employee if he will be getting his pension in future and some one do this to them then they will feel the pain

                                    i request for a permanent solution to this issue immediately

                                    till today 9 2 2012 my pension is not credited i gave life certificate too in time

                                    the pension must be credited in the second working day of the month

                                      i have a instacash internationaldebit card no [protected] from indian overseas bank while using the debit card at pune for withdrawal ofcash nearest atm at pune-shivaji nagar branch code COBN069001 ON 03022012 AT ABOUT18.37:36 FOR RS 5000/ TXN MADE AND GOT A SLIP OF RS 5000/ BUT PHISICALLY CASH NOT GIVEN AND EVEN WHILE SHOPING CARD DECLINED.I AM QUITE IN EMBRASSING AT PUNE,I CAME HERE FOR OFFICIAL PURPOSE,I CONTACT YOUR HELP LINE BUT NO SATISFACTORY RESULT GIVEN.THIS CARD VALID UPTO 03/12.
