Address: Indian oil bunk,chamaraja Nagara,Mysore.

Iam an account holder in indian overseas bank of pollachi ngm college branch.
I used my debit card for a diesel purchase in a bunk near chamaraj nagar in mysore.
The pump boy swiped the card to debit amount of rs.19700 but the transaction is failed.
Again the boy repeated the same with the same issue.
The transaction is failed.
This happened on 17/06/2020.
Time - 3.22a. M
Amount dispensed - 19700
Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Iam in a heavy critical situation to face this dispensed amount .
Since due to corona problem there is no money transaction.so i cant handle the situation without my money Rs.19700.This happened before a day .
As a person from middle class family if it happens like this.error is common but try to solve the issue by 1hour..i have called the customer care number to file a complaint but they say that wait for 48hours.i am person from middle class family how can manage this situation.
Please i request the bank to help me in this situation

    Please, i want to disclose it that l recharged rs.255 dth dish tv online through iob atm card.
    Date 03/06/2020 my saving account was debit rs.255 but my dish tv account was not credit and update.
    Please credit amount rs.255 in my saving iob bank account because it wasn't credit in my dish tv account.

      I received 2 smses on 11th june, 2020, each stating that rs. 177/- (Totally rs. 354) has been debited from my account. On 15th june, 2020, i visited the bank branch to enquire, as the bank's number provided online was not being answered.
      I was informed at the bank that it pertains to my sip & that the relevant mutual fund which is linked to this bank account has charged the same. I found out after the bank visit that the mutual fund does not take any such charges.
      I want this issue to be addressed and need information on why i was charged the said amount by iob.

          I don't have any bank account with indian overseas bank but still i am getting sms from bp-iobchn for someone else's account activity.

          Please check the message sent wrongly to my mobile no. And stop sending any messages to my phone no.-

                We are holding 5 f. D. Receipts from gotri road branch, vadodara which were maturing on 12th may, 2020 but could not submit the same to the bank for redeeming the same due to lockdown in the country.

                Since we had moved to gandhinagar, gujarat a few years back and are holding a savings bank account with gandhinagar (Gujarat) - 527 branch, all these fd receipts were handed over to the gandhinagar branch on 21st may, 2020 with a request to get these fd receipts transferred from vadodara to gandhinagar branch and also close all these fd receipts. The closure proceeds were requested to be deposited in our s. B. Account. Since then, i have visited gandhinagar branch on couple of times but the needful has not been done so far.
                We are in need of this amount on urgent basis and already around 10 days have passed, it is requested that the amount may please be deposited in our sb account immediately under intimation to us.

                        Hi, i am dr sudhanshu kumar and have nro account in iob, roorkee.

                        I had visited the branch in person on the month december 2019 and wanted the staff to activate my account and reactivate access to internet banking. The branch officer was unable to actives my account and input my address in the system. They could not active my on line banking either.
                        Hence they forwarded the compliant and advised me that they will get in touch with my via email or phone. They have not done that so far. Now i am in australia still waiting for the above to happen and cannot physically visit the branch. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience in india and am fuming at the lack of professionalism by iob and their staff and very poor communication indeed

                        I want your assistance asap as i need to access my account to make payments and transfer monies.
                        Please assist me to :
                        1) reactivate my account
                        2) get me access to internet banking

                                That bank workers are not at all doing their work. First of all what for the bank is there without connectivity. Bank workers are coming very late as if they're coming to picnic and having their leisurely time without serving their duties to customers. All the workers should be fired as well as the bank is fit for nothing. Better idea is to close the bank provided all the customers credits and other stuffs to be paid off without affecting them.

                                  On may 16, my father went to nearby atm to withdraw rs.1000 using my atm card from iob bank. While doing withdrawal, suddenly atm got disconnected due to power of. So transaction has been failed but i received message at 12:29am from the bank such that the cash has been debited, but we didn't receive any cash. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I badly need in this lock down.

                                        I had purchased some provisions on 25/04/2020 for rs.154/- the shop owner used my i o b debit card two times. But the result showed as failure.                                         I was waited till date (08/05/2020) that the amount will credit. But it is not done.
