This is for your kind information that Myself Sukanta Kumar Sahoo a professional social worker, working with women, Transgenders and vulnerable population past 16 years . Yesterday i had a worst experience while visit IOB, Fire station branch . When i was accompanying my sister for loan under DAY -NULM, the branch manager behaved very badly and she is doing this for past 7 months .Earlier also we had faced the same .Being a social worker i felt very bad and helpless .

I would like to request you to take necessary action against her .

    Good after noon
    Myself Sukanta Kumar Sahoo, I am a social worker . Tomorrow I had visited the IOB, Fire station branch at Bhubaneswar, Odisha with my Sister who has a SHG group account in this branch . Already 8 months have gone but the branch manager change the time for visiting side again and again. In this regards tomorrow i asked to the branch manager for visiting the site for SHG loan under NULM Din dayal Group loan scheme . But unfortunatily Mrs. Hembram (Branch Manager ) misbehaved me and told who are you to ask me . This is depend upon me . I may or May not give the loan . You gate out from here . Which was very pain full for me as a social worker . I want to inform you that since 15 years I have been working for Women SHGs and Transgender also .

    Hence I request that please kindly instruct her to change the behavior towards costumers .

    I'm applied for ATM before 1 Month. But i Didn't get my card. Even they make not sure if it was generated or not. i called and visit lot of times but their response is not enough good. As a customer i want to know about my details . So please let me know it.
    I forget my net banking password also i tried to follow your IOB Forget password method . But I did not received reset password in my register mail id . So Kindly do the needful

      Herewith i have done a fund transfer of amount 1500 through net banking imps on 17.8.19 2.30pm from my account it shown debited rs 1500 from my ac but still it has not credited to the concerned account holder but it shows debited in my ac as i have informed about this to the branch they asked me to wait for 24hrs else asked to give a return complaint regarding this so kindly do the needful and credit back the amount as soon as possible.

        Change of number has been done 4 times going to the bank... But i am not able to create upi account... When i approach the bank they say it has been changed.. And when i try creating a upi account it shows mobile number has not been registered and i tried the same in iob passbook app even there it shows mobile number has not been registered... Please try to resolve the problem as soon as possible..

        I have payed through online payment to book a train ticket but that transaction was failed. And my amount has been debited from my account then that was refunded to me. But not yet credited to my account

          Recently iob bank has debited amount rs.106 from my account as charges mi. No proper reason and passbook also not properly updated. Notification on debit message only i have received. Every month they are debiting such amounts for unusually thing's. As i mentaining government insurance scheme in it, it's not compulsory for maintaining monthly average balance in it.

            I have canceled my ticket on last sunday. It's been been one week i haven't received my money back to my account. I have also enquired with ixigo customer care services they have mentioned that my cancellation amount has been already transferred to my account. If its not received yet then it might be because of some problems from bank side. Please do help to receive my amount.

              Today i tried to withdraw amount from tmb atm in pollachi. At the end of the process the transaction failed due to some technical issues. But the requested amount has been debited from my bank account. Till now the debited amount is not credited back to my bank account. Please do refund the debited amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.

                I have made payment to adani electricity through iob net banking on 10.8.2019 at 18.25 pm which failed, but amount of rs 5540/- is debited to my account, i thought it may be reversed within 2 hrs, but it is still not credited. I have tried to call all the given numbers on google but nothing happened all the number provided on net of indian overseas bank are not correct some say number manya nahi hai, or says u you have dailed invalid number, some even dont pick up the phone, some keep on ringing, i am just fed up all this, now i have decided to close the account with iob which i was maintaing since last 20 years

                  1day before i was booked a train ticket in irctc rail connect app and the payment made through the phone pe app..in phone pe app showed the transaction was successful and my amount was debited in my iob savings account but my ticket was not yet booked.. It ll be happened before 2days but not yet i didn't get any refund amount.. I am very scare to make any bookings thru this mobile apps.. Help me to get my refund amount kindly do the needful as soon as possible..

                  When will I get my refund amount .. here with I have attached the images both irctc nd phone pe app clearly know whether the amount was debited and the ticket not booked .. still I didn't get my refund amount from my IOB savings acc bank..

                    This is to inform you that rs20000 amount got debited from my account without any information and when i checked the mini statement it says that the amount was withdrawn from atm and that is on 12th of aug 2019. This is quite annoying and unsafe that the amount is getting debited automatically.

                          Sir, i have been chasing bank manager for a month to help on re set the netbanking password, and phone number is updated against my account, but i could not get otp to reset the password, bank manager is not at all helping me on this.

                          And i have also received new chip debit card, to set pin number from iob atm is become challenge for me. Again same issue otp is not hitting to my mobile eventhough changing my mobile number, i would request to rbi to close this iob there is no response from bank official and no support for anything.

                            I have returned a product of rs. 499 to amazon on 26th july 2019. On tha same day amazon had initiated the refund. Now on 2nd august 2019, they provide me refund reference no.[protected] and told me to raise dispute through iob because it is stuck at the bank. But they are not getting me the proper solution neither credit my refund nor raised any dispute. Even i have contacted with branch as well as on customer care.

                              My mother name poongodi.. Having account in vaiyampatti branch ifsc code (Ioba0000520)... (Indian overseas bank)... Every time my mother going to your branch... There is no response from bank side... Including manager... Ur people r not guiding properly...in our village so many people r un educated... But still bank people's r not handling our people properly... Last time my mother requested for passbook entry... But ur people didn't give response to customers... Pls kindly address this issue... And warn ur bank people...

                                Sir, Gudiyattam IOB staff are not behaving as custodian of my SB account. If I want my account transferred to IOB branch near my regd address they should not delay or refuse my request for transfer. They should see my mail and send a reply to my mail registered with Bank. Gudiyattam IOB has much infighting inside and they show their grievance on customers. Sir, Gudiyattam IOB is and senor officials are "cats and rats" on customers.

                                  Please check the following sms sent to me from indian overseas bank yet i don't have any bank acc in this bank.

                                  Rs.1000.00 debited to sb-xxx3793 acbal:696.51 clrbal: 696.51 [self ] kavindapadi on[protected]:54:34. Iob.

                                  I am receiving these type of smses since last year, i was so irritated from these smses. Please pay attention to my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am holding an account with iob at janakpuri c block branch. I am unable to reset my password for internet banking. Because of this, i am unable to make my internet banking transactions and is causing a lot of hassle for me. I have dropped them an email as well one month back, but haven't received any resolution for my issue. Various follow up emails have also been sent by me for reminder but no response yet. I have also tried to call my home branch but they never receive telephone calls. This kind of attitude is highly unprofessional and is causing a lot of hassle and discomfort to me.

                                      Myself varalatchoumy, on july 26th i've done a transaction through netbanking to the gold scheme..in the legend saravana padi... Rs.13320 amount was debited from my bank account. Which includes two scheme.. But the status shows transaction failed for the payment... Even i've verified in the saravana directly.. When i went there in person they told that the transaction was not done... Kindly do the needful at the earliest as possible

                                        Self i. H. L. Kingston, iob, nehru park branch account number 22943 tried to withdraw money (Rs.9500) from the hdfc atm machine located at periar pathai, choolaimedu and the display showed :your transaction time is out and the card ejected and i waited for few mins and left to sbi atm kodambakam and withdrew rs.10000. Since i received the sms i found my account was debited for the transactioned failed, i started called the toll free and customercare number cand no calls where lifted and so i am senfding this mail kindly do the needfull.
