I have purchased textile products at pothys chennai on 20th july 2019 at 4.02 pm for rs 2523/- and the amount was debited from my sb ac no [protected] (Avadi branch), but the transaction failed and was cancelled (Tid : 44039494 / time 15:59:28). Hence another transaction was made and the same was approved and debited from my account. The cancelled transaction debited amount of rs 2523/- was not yet reversed to my account.

Today we withdrawed 1500 Rs from Lulu mall SBI ATM, we didn't get the amount but amount was debited from my Account.

    I am having a savings bank account in indian overseas bank, maraimalai nagar branch. My account number is 23169. I am unable to use my account for the past 1 year. I don't know why my account number was blocked. I am maintaining minimum balance in my account since account creation. I am having both mobile banking and internet banking but unable to use both. Please help me use my account.

      I am ex staffK.K.Kalia roll.no.43010.I had availed loan against deposit and closed it on 4.6.19.Even before closure, I was knowing that interest is being wrongly charged and matter brought to branch notice.Excess int.amounts to Rs.1.06 lacs, duly certified by branch concurrent auditors.Request was forwarded to R.O.Delhi for approval.No body lifts telephoneIf somehow, it is lifted, , response is poor.Even email to R.O.dt.20.7.19 with reminder dt.24.7.19 evoked no response.Kindly look into matter with instructions to pay interest till date of settlement as matter is pending for more than 45 days.

        I, shiniya. T roll no-60369, iob sent the claim application to medsave, coimbatore on 27.04.2019 by registered post. My claim number is 20190417b[protected]. But i am not yet received the reimbursement to my account till date. I already asked to mr. Tirumoorthy & mr. Panneer selvam of medsave, coimbatore regarding my reimbursement and the queries raised by them through e-mails and telephone calls are resolved on time. Please take necessary steps as soon as possible.

        I have given so many letters with bank and already informed to customer care on 14.09.2017, but No action taken by bank or customer care till date.
        I already have an account registered on a different no. And then I changed to new one but they haven't updated the number yet
        It's been days so, plZz do it ASAP

        My money was deducted on dt 5/7/2019. I was given complain on dt 6/7/19. I want to withdrawl 1000 rupees. But deducted 2800 rupees. After some days 2000 ruppes getting. But 800 ruppes not getting yet.

          I am a customer of iob of mayiladthurai junction branch. Some one has misused my account and transferred amt to the extent of 15000 online in a single day. I have no sms, no atert for the said transactions. When i happen to see the account to my surprise amount was transferred to filpkart three time totaling to 15000. Immediatetly i block my account and registered a complaint to bank in writing.
          The authorities are unable to give a solution to my problem instead asking for questions as if i have disclosed my details. They also directs me to go to police instead seaking a solution from bank.
          I speak advice as to what should i do so as to get my money back.

            I am Selvi holding a savings account in iob bank Aragalur branch, salem.

            I used an SBI bank atm Hastinapuram branch to withdrew an amount of inr 5000/- on 04.07.2019 around 8:00 pm) the transaction had failed and no money was dispensed.the amount has been debited from my account. When asked the bank authorities they replied that the amount will be credited in 10 working days. Still now i didn't receive the amount yet.

            Please consider this as a serious issue and help me sort this out.

                  I requested for refund from amazon on 26th of june. My refund has been initiated on 2nd of july. But it's 10th of july today. But i didn't receive my refund for more than a week.

                  I don't understand why it takes so many days to process a refund. I'm very disappointed with indian overseas bank's service. Please refund my amount at the earliest.

                      I used an icici bank atm stone ridge, hitech city hyderabad branch to withdrew an amount of inr 5500/- on 19.04.2019 around 3:00 am) the transaction had failed and no money was dispensed. But next day on 20.04.2019 the amount has been debited from my account. When asked the bank authorities they replied that the amount will be credited in 10 working days.                         I am unable to activate the upi pin from all applications. Please see the error shown in attached screenshot. Please provide the solution as soon as possible. It is saying, your bank account is inactive.

                        I have sent this complaint mail to the respective ids of the bank, branch manager tried to help me, but he is unable to help. As the issue is from the technical side.

                        I have not even a confirmation mail that somebody has reading my mails from their [protected]@iob.in.

                                  I am sb account holder of iob, karumandapam branch [protected] and my debit card number is 6522xxxxxx9520. I have made transaction at canara bank atm and south indian bank atm on 05-july-2019 for 1st amount 400rs and 2nd amount 500rs thru trasaction

                                  #rs.400.00 debited to sb-xxx4876 acbal:2757.81 clrbal: 2757.81 [atm-e-loun ] trichy-karumandapam on[protected]:19:31. Iob.


                                  This first transaction failed but amount is deducted.

                                  I made second transaction same time thru trasaction

                                  #rs.500.00 debited to sb-xxx4876 acbal:2257.81 clrbal: 2257.81 [atm-sib mk ] trichy-karumandapam on[protected]:24:22. Iob.

                                  And this secont transaction also failed but amount is deducted.

                                  And i made third transaction from iob atm its sucess

                                  Please help to check and refund the failed tranaction please...

                                    My a/c no: [protected] (Yess enn caterers) without my knowledge a/c linked with hotel rich inn a/c no:[protected] with the help of mr. Bose triplicane bank manager. They would have taken od 2 lacs (Frequently) against my a/c and repay the amount without my signature and my knowledge. Hotel rich inn linked with more than a/c like this to get od's with the help of branch manger. Even then branch manger and mr. Raja proprietor of hotel rich inn are business partners in money exchange company running in raja bather street t. Nagar. They meet the persons who all are having fixed deposit in branch to invest their business with high returns. Recently started u hotels in same raja bather street.
                                    Kindly take a necessary action against this.

                                    Even i used my account when i was opened but till date Mr.Raja proprietor of Hotel rich inn he only used my a/c with the help of branch manger.I asked many times about this to branch manger he said that bring them to resolve the issue.Mr. Raja having number of dummy a/c's like this in the same triplicane IOB branch.Apart from this both are business partners.Even then identify the separted old people who are all having fixed with good money ask them to cancel the fixed deposit entertain to invest their business to get more profit as per norms and rules it should not be entertained.Its against the law.

                                      Maine apke bank se loan liya patliputra branch se.. Mera naam dheeraj hai a/c-[protected] us samay mere naam ki policy ki gyi jisme dukan ka mera health insurance etc... But kisi tarah ka koi card nhi mila aaj tak mujhe.. Jabki bola gya tha ki health card milega... Aur mere acount se har mahina 2 mahina pe paisaa kat liya ja rha hai.. Maine application bhi submit ki uske baad bhi bola gya ki ab se paisa katna band ho jayega lekin aaj phir acount se 177 rs kat liya gya... Agar aisa karna rhta hai jhuth bol ke kaam karna rhta hai to acount kyu kholte hai kisi garib ka paisa kyu kat te hai. Jab mai time pe paisa bharta hu to phir nazayaz kyu kar rhe hai..                                         Am a ragul from tamil nadu, pudukkottai, keeranur..,, in there iob bank its always people rate wrost server and wrost staff, i complaintany of 10 more times but they can't repose,, i had a google pay, and phonepee in there i can't send money to anyone because the bank server is always out, but the money is debited from my account, but still return yet, it is 3rd time my money gone, then how i hope iob bank, am doing a bissness, am trying 50 more times but just 10 times only send the money,, so please give me perfect solution
