I order on amazon in sony walkman next i am cancelled my order but the amount 910 rupees are not refunded. If 880 rupees are refunded to my email address. But amount not in account. So please kindly solve this problem and order is cancelled but the amount is not refunded y because so you refunded the money to me and the same time i need the money for important work so kindly request to you to refund the amount the total amount for walkman rs 905 and order is cancelled so to refund to me thanking you

    More than 1 year the pass book printing machine is not working at this bank, bamanpukur bazar branch code 1133. The consumers are suffering everyday. Secondly the atm machine is into the bank. After closing the bank the customers are not withdraw money. There are many space infornt of bank to setup the atm machine. Why we avail iob atm card if we not get services properly. Plz solve this two problem to serve consumer.

      account locked. unable to reset. showing invalid account number.

      I was forgot the login details. My sb ac number is.[protected] branch st stephen hospital. I am unable to use net banking as the account showing locked. Trying to reset but it showing invalid account number. Even i cant do any online transaction through out upi. I also try to call their toll free number but the lines are remain busy as always. What to do?...

      I tried to book a ticket in uts app on 23rd may 2019 @ 6.14 pm from perungalathur to saidapet and amount of rs.10 has been deducted but ticket not generated and so i booked ticket from another bank account @ 6.18 pm. My bank account number is associated with my phone number [protected] and i paid that amount through google pay app. When will i get the refund for my first transaction?

      I deposited cash in Indian overseas bank ATM Cuddalore pudupalayam main road on saturday(25/05/2019) at 10.23 am, My deposit was succesful but after that the machine notified as ( Out of order) i haven't received the deposited money till now, as it's an emergency kindly do the needful to reslove this issue.

        I made a purchase in paytm and i returned the product. Paytm initiated the refund but in my bank account the amount has not been credited. Its been 6 months.. I gave a written complaint in iob triplicane branch 2 months back but still my refund not received.

        Coffee day arvind eye hospital Vendor is not accepting 10rs coin blaming that IOB bank coimbatore is allowing them to deposit 10rs coin even after RBI rule.

        As a citizen of INDIA I would like to know from IOB bank.
        IS 10rs coin a valid corrency of INDIA?
        Why are u not allowing your customer to deposit 10rs coin?

          I am unable to login to my internet banking as the site asks for password change. Whenever i try to change the password, they are sending the otp to some other number. From last 6 months i am not able to log in. Iob customer care is always busy. They have separate number for otp issues[protected] which they never attend. I have also complained on their web portal, but no response.

          Please tell me what type of customer care is this when yiu are not even bothering to attend the call.

              My name is javeed akram and i had ordered a (Welltech vivo x21 bluetooth smartwatch and alloy antique silver keychain) of amount (Rs 1, 150 and rs 163)
              In amazon on (12/3/2019) and after i didn"t receive my product for a long and on (23/3/2019) and (25/3/2019) amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
              And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian overseas bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is ([protected])

                Rs272 not got credited yet. Iob credited Rs529 yest. And i was charged debit card amc twice for the year 2019 once on 15.3.2019 rs108 and again rs177 on 20.5.2019. Request to credit rs177 for wrongly debiting my account for debit card amc charges.

                  I am having sb account in indian overseas bank, collectorate branch, dindigul with account no: (No.[protected]) and i received a message on 14.5.19 by 21.55 hrs that my account has been debited with rs.5000/[protected]n), but i have not done any transaction or used my debit card or i didnt let any details also to anyone. So the amount has been wrongly debited and i request to clear and credit the amount to my account

                    I have to complaint for debit card wrong transaction 15/05/2019 no response for my complaint please refund for my money Rs. 800/only
                    Worst service rude behaviour of workers
                    No proper response for any requests bad bad bad... So worst bank in madurantakam... I have ever see like this wrost bank its is in madurantakam branch only
                    It’s been long time a sum of Rs .2500 debited from my account and I hav raised a complain but still that amount haven’t credited as it didn’t dispense that respective amount on 03/05/2019 at ATM-OFFSIT around 22:34:09.
                    Kindly address this issue as no one is ready to kick the call or raise this to resolve

                        Sir, this is flora from avadi.. I transferred 3500 to my house owner on 10th april, 19 through online... At the time of transaction due to poor network transaction was failed.. I got a message from app stating that your money is safe with your bank and it will be credited within 3 working days... After 3 days again i got a message stating that iob has cleared that your money is safe in bank but it may take one day to show your credited amount... How long to wait.. When will the bank credit my amount.. I'm hardly in need of money... Kindly look into this issue..

                            My payment for nsr card failed due to technical problems but i received message from iob stating that 472 amount was debited... I called nsr department asked about this they said they didnt received the payment and they told to ask my bank to refund the money so kindly help me to get the money back. I got placed in wipro and they asked me to register for nsr card and they mention it as mandatory. This is very important to me and am from lower middle class i cant pay the money back, i dont have also. Plz kindly help me to resolve this problem

                              I have an iob account in nggo colony, coimbatore. I didn't use that account for a long time, so my account got deactivated. They said that submit a kyc form to activate the account. So i submit kyc application and deposit 30000rs. They promised that my account will activate within two days. After 1 week due to emergency i have to withdraw 20000rs. When i ask token they are saying that your account hasn't been activated, come afternoon or tomorrow. How could i believe such a reputated bank for emergencies. Please solve the situation.

                                I attempted withdraw 5000/- at icici bank atm venkateswara colony saroornagar opp road 3, hyderabad. I processed my transaction at the last minute at that time atm machine was shutdown. While i'm waiting at atm it is initialization processed it will on after that check my balance

                                  I have submitted requisition for a new cheque book on[protected].
                                  I was asked to collect it after one week. Sadly till date[protected]
                                  my cheque book is not ready and your staff at Branch unable to
                                  tell me when it will be ready. I am at a loss to understand the reason
                                  for such a long delay for compliance. Indeed it is a Very Poor Service
                                  from IOB. The delay is affecting me very badly.
