I am a sb account holder of iob, jeypore branch. After verify of my account statement, i shocked, some one hacked my account and transferred of rs. 20, 217.00 to hdfclife[protected] on 31-10-18 with out my knowledge. For this transaction i've not received any message on my mobile or email. So pl. Help me and do the needful to refund my amount.

    Good day!
    Dear sir/madam,
    I did an atm transaction on 02/11/2018 through axis bank atm located in pillaiyarkoil street, okkiyampet, thoraipakkam, chennai - 600097. During the process, the power failed and the atm did not dispense my requested amount of rs. 10, 000/-. The above-stated amount of rs. 10, 000/- got debited to my account no. [protected]. I waited but the power did not return.
    The transaction details are as follows:

    Withdrawal amount:10, 000.00

    Cheque date: 20181102.
    Kindly do the needful and reverse the amount to my account.

      I did a atm transaction to withdraw an amount of rs. 10000/- through axis bank atm located in pillyarkoil street, okkiyampet, thoraipakkam, kanchipuram dist. While doing so power failed and the transaction which was in process failed and the amount was deducted from my account no. [protected].
      Kindly do the needful and reverse the above amount to my account.

          On 23 rd oct 2018, i have made online transaction of 4198 rs twice times through netbanking, but transaction gets failure both times. Both times money gets debited from my account. Now, almost 10 days gone, reversal action doesn't taken on it. Kindly takes this issue as serious matter because almost 8396 rs were been debited. My branch: thiruvi ka nagar 1002 account no.

            amount debited from my account without any transaction

            On 19th may i made a pos transaction at vsanthan co t. Nagar for the amount of 40, 300 rupees using my iob debit card. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction did not complete. I informed the bank with complaint id[protected]. They said they will resolve. I got a letter from vsanthan.co that they did not receive the funds. I gave the copy of the letter to assistant manager at my home branch of iob. He sent it to the head...

            Im getting message about credit to my sim no that ur bank account has been credited but im not the iob user someone is registered to this no but i brought this 2 weeks before from the retrailer shop my mobile no is [protected] pls check and verify them or make them change their mobile number that is linked. Im getting disturbed. The deposit process is done at cudddolore ot. Im getting notification whenever the user is deposited or been cedited.

                My name is teresa deepmala joseph, i have an indian overseas bank account in baruipur, kolkata. Recently i have been getting an sms from my bank stating money being debited. But, it's not me who's debiting it. Tuesday rs. 189 was debited and today rs. 177 was debited. All without my knowledge. I even tried downloading mpassbook of iob but it's of no use. It keeps saying that my account/phnumber is not registered. Since i am a working woman and though they are just minimal amounts. I am still concerned about it. I even tried calling iob customer service, but there's no response from their end. Please help.

I'm contract brach help line oral confirmation they replied unsatisfied reason and answered the "come and ask branch". This is not a formal ans for queries.                       I have opened one savings bank account number [protected] on 03.08.2018 in vembakottai branch, viruthunagar district.
                      I have deposited rs. 10, 000.00 on 17.09.2018. An amount of rs. 177.00 deducted for atm activatiom charges on 17.09.2018 but atm card received on 04.10.2018 and atm grean pin generated on 17.10.2018 by bank. An amount of rs. 17.70 deducted for sms alert charges on 24.09.2018 but mobile number was enrolled on 04.10.2018 by the bank. I have submitted the application for internet banking actvation on 20.10.2018. I met the manager for net banking activation several times but it is not activated by the vembakottai branch manger till now. I am not happy with the service of iob vembakottai branch manager. I am planning to close the account in your bank. For opening an account and activation of atm and internet banking it took approximately 3 months.

                          I am having my salary account in icici bank. I tried to withdraw an amount of rs. 10, 000/- from iob on 1st of october 2018. But the request was not done and immediately the amount got credited in my account. I have tried for the second time as i was very much in need of money. For the second time also the request was not serviced and i have not received my amount till today. I gave a complaint in icici bank within few minutes and they have tried many times from their part to get my money back. They have tried from their second level and i received a mail from them saying that my dispute could not be completed by iob and they need 2 more months.

                            My atm card has been blocked due to new emv chip card but still i can't receive with your sion (Mumbai) branch.
                            I got massage 11 oct that you collect your new card after 10 day (21 oct 18) but when i visit your branch for card the staff reply me that system generated but card is not available physical in sion branch. Also one new massage got on 26 oct 18 some technical problem your card will delay 15 days more.
                            Kindly do needful because this time is festive season, i am working in field work in metro cities so i have facing more problem without atm card.

                            I request again if it not possible new atm card, so resume my old atm card as previous.

                                    Just to bring to your notice that am holding an sb account iob mmda nagar. I was getting my gas subsidy in my savings bank account earlier. After linking of aadhar, it had been redirected to airtel bank. When, i approached the bank manager, she categorically said that its not our fault, you will have to approach iocl for the same. Iob has nothing to do with those issues. Is that true???
