Sir/madam, i am account holder in iob kurudam palayam branch. They deducted extra amount to my amount. I'm contract brach help line oral confirmation they replied unsatisfied reason and answered the "come and ask branch". This is not a formal ans for queries. I'm in another state out of station so all the time i'm not visit bank. So u should take further action to ppl. Thank you......

My father expired on 27/01/2018. He was employed in indian overseas bank, binjhol branch, panipat (Haryana). My mother is eligible for family pension but still she is not getting it because of delay from central head office of bank in chennai. Just to bring to your notice that am holding an sb account iob mmda nagar. I was getting my gas subsidy in my savings bank account earlier. After linking of aadhar, it had been redirected to airtel bank. When, i approached the bank manager, she categorically said that its not our fault, you will have to approach iocl for the same. Iob has nothing to do with those issues. Is that true???...

On 13th october, around 5 - 5.30 am i tried to withdraw amount from atm machine but amount did not dispense from machine but deducted from account. I informed the same to bank people through customer care number and i have also provided letter to the manager (Iob bank ammapalayam branch tirupur) regarding this. It has been almost 10days since the complaint was raised but money did not credit back.

Its been 10 days now that i made my sbi credit card payment thru iob visa debit card details but the transaction got declined and the amount of rs. 58459 was deducted on 12th of october 2018 and is still not reverted. I'm the normal citizen of india. I want to know that employee of iob bank which is located in trichy why not using the lot of techinal. Updates in real world. For example for simple. Passbook print we have to. Wait for 4 pm and passbook kiosk also not working. Employes of the branch are not sitting in thier respective seats so people's are hanging around the bank. I opened iob savings account on 27th August 2018. I applied for debit card on 31st August. I received the debit card on 19th September 2018. I went to bank for card activation. But the ATM said that the card was authorized. The branch said that you have given a different mobile number. So I gave my new mobile number. After giving my new number, I didn't receive the one time password. When I contact the helpline, they're not answering....
