Kumaraswamy raja nagar collectorate virudhunagar 626003. Above a/c wrongly debited ₹177 date 15/9/17 twice 21/9/17 and 16/12/17 totally four time for ecs/ nack return and reduce my minimum balance. Many time compliance to branch manager but not satisfy. You do need full iwithin week or i take legal action against bank

    I am m. Jyothsna holding a sb account no.[protected] in andhra loyola college branch, vijaywada. I mostly use this account for net banking. When i used this atm card through online few transactions were failed but the amount has been deducted and few we're refunds for the returned products. But i am not receiving any kind of refunds to my bank account even though that has been initiated by the website. I visited the bank several times regarding this issue but no use. Hence i request you to kindly re-create the amount into my account as soon as possible hoping you are customer friendly. Kindly do the needful.

    I was using cub ewallet, Rs :190 load in my IOB account help of my (ATM card ) my money was debit in my IOB account but not credit in cub ewallet pls refund my money immediately

      On 3 jan 18 i made a transaction from my sbi a/c [protected] to an account of your bank through bhim app against aadhar number of beneficiary linked to account number[protected]. Transaction was successful and ref number[protected] was generated, but amount was not credited to beneficiary account number. Same matter is enquired with upi pay as per them the transaction was successful but the same is not credited on beneficiary account number

        Sir,
        I am a disable exservicemen, as a texco staff i am working in tasmac organisation. While on duty i lost my both the legs. Sir my atm card got damaged and i given in written before two months. As i am disable i could not visit that branch oftenly, but they told me that all help they will make for me. By forcly i asked for my atm card rudly they answered and send the card yesterday. But they have taken fifty rupees for courier. They have not told me they will charge for sending my atm card. Till now no bank has been charged for courier. Its their duty to send the atm card to customer by courier. They told they will help and why they are charging from disable person.
        Kindly do needful

        Dear Sir,
        I Dipanjan Maity have an account in IOB. I have applied for ATM card and got the PIN, but before collecting the ATM card form the bank I lost that PIN. Now how can I regenerate the PIN.

          I did online payments through myntra, everytime from this iob bank this type of problems coming and takes alot my time, also the employee of this bank are not helpful and not doing there work properly giving excuses all the time.
          My refunds never refelected on this bank account and for this short and simple task they are asking me to submit an application with proofs. I want to know why for a little payment they are doing so??
          Please take an action for the raja puri branch employees they are not doing their work properly and i will close my account from this bank as it is very useless bank they even cant help.

            I did 30, 000 transaction through online banking imps on 26/12/17 to sunil but the transaction was failed.
            But my transaction money was not credited to my account. I compliant to bank but those people not responding to my problem. So i kindly request you to credit my money to my account.

But recently from your side the amount has been deducted from my account without my knowledge, even though i'm not using atm for withdrawal cash more than two times in a month.                 I have a housing loan in iob kilpauk branch. Also i have a nrord recurring deposit account in the same branch.

                The recurring deposit has matured on 2-1-2018 also approached bank to close the recurring deposit account.

                But the bank is keeping on resisting not to close the account. They have no right to hold my money.

                I have planned to make housing loan emi for the month of january with that. It's unacceptable and against my rights.

                  Dint receive my atm card its been 2 months literally begging behind the employee they very inactive. They dont respect customers. Women entrepreneur branch. Everyday i go to bank and ask them about the card they say come tomorrow i'm busy. And a women a working their mrs. Valli she never gives respect. I hope this won't happen to any other customers. Fed up with ur service.

                    I did a ola money recharge on 8th december 2017 for 600rs.
                    But unfortunately money was deducted from my account and ola money was also not updated. So i contacted ola money customer care and they told me to contact bank and i did so now the present date is 5th jan 2018 but till now any action is not being taken. Iob customer care is not giving proper response for this. I am totally frustated of all this. Please take a liable action for this.

                      I tried to subscribe an app from play store and proceeded for the payment procedure... After giving the bank details i suddenly found that i have successfully subscribed the app without getting any otp or pin request... After some moment i also received the debited message from bank... This indicates that any one can easily do transaction by merely knowing my card number and cvv code.
                      I want the reason for this type of insecurity!!!??... And also some precaution advice!!

                        I am a senor citizen, i am a agriculturist in coorg madikeri iob bank
                        My transaction is from 1995 in this bank there was no issue till last 3 months
                        In this bank,
                        I have taken loan in this bank it was so easy for me to do the transaction,
                        Last 3 month ago i have applied for a agriculture loan in this bank and given all the papers to the manager, he has seen all the papers and he told that he can give the loan in 15 days you can proceed the work in your estate, we have spend money to do the work in estate seeing this loan, and went many times to bank to approve the loan. The manager was just telling me to come after 2 days like this he have taken 3 months, now he is saying he cant give, the document was all correct no issue in my document but this manager he don't want do give the loan, at last i knew that he is doing this to all the costumer,

                          I have an current account in iob bank afmc pune account no 229, i have used my debit card at a fuel station on 24th jan 2017 the transaction has been declined but i got a message that my account has been debited rs 2000/- i emigitaly informed the branch they told me to visits to the bank and give a written complain, after that i got one more sms after 2 days that the amount is been debited and will be credited in 2 working days but the amount was not credited i have visited to he bank several time and i have given written complain 3 to 4 times but the problem is not been resolved till date

                            I have encountered an unknown transanction from my atm card on 25th december, 2017. I submitted an application to the branch manager, hingna road branch nagpur, on 28th december, 2017. I requested her to take the prompt action cause if she had forwarded the application, sbi would have given us the cctv footage. She made excuses and did not forward my application.

                              I have done online net banking transaction via paytm towards payment of flight tickets. Account got debited but transaction at paytm was a failure. They informed they had refunded to the bank, but the amount not credited to my account.

I am also using your internet banking system & Mobile banking. I had transferred through IMPS System of Rs.23930/- to Mr. Harshadkumar Natubhai Solanki his Account No.[protected], the Dena Bank Account and its IFSC Code is BKDN0111360. The amount of above Rs.23930/- deducted from my account immediately on 2th Jan 2018 IMPS Ref No.[protected], but the amount neither received to the above mentioned beneficiary person Mr. Harshadkumar Natubhai Solanki nor return back to my Account. I had informed this to my Home Branch, they checked the same found correct and they instructed to mail this issue IOB web site/.

                              Please solve the Issue either it pay to the beneficiary Person or return back to my account as soon as possible.

On 29 dec 17 at 1415 hrs try to withdraw 8000 rupees from uco bank atm at adampur but it couldn't successful and i got error code 008 from atm slip on txn no. 6918. Whereas for same txn i got message for 8000 rupees deduction on my regd. Mobile.

                                Sir, I am an EPF pensioner, yearly renewal my life certificate for epf on our local branch ( IOB-1395- Surandai ). the bank Staffs charged this service for Rs.100 for un officially, approximate 2 lakhs epf holders in use this branch.
                                please care and action this corruptions immediately.
                                Make sure the regional languages used in related states and also confirm with that mobile apps and websites

                                  On 25th december from phonepe company they have taken an amount of rupees 20000 /- from my fathers account but my father did not not place any order to phonepe even my father is not registered in phonepe app. Through frad call andwhat detail i get from net banking is "ecom-phonepe private limited mumbai mhin-n478892o charges 20000 rupees".

                                  Please book a complaint and send to phonepe company and try to refund the amount

But assistant general manager tells there is sufficient valuer in coimbatore zonal now no vaccancy available. Please help me to empanelment of valuer in your bank.

                                    I am ritu tiwari, a/c no. 1631*6408, branch-sec-45, noida. I use paytm for doing some transaction through debit card. I transfer 3 times 3500rs to the paytm in which two times money reached to the paytm but in last transaction bank notification shows invalid otp. Through invalid otp money not reached to paytm a/c but deducted from my bank a/c. So refund my money. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I hereby bring to informed that the my home account is[protected] and amount is 3000000 (Thirty lacks only). I have sanctioned on 23.10.2015. Now i am closed home loan and take over sbi branch. Before to close home loan i given representation to reduce interest. The manager said that we are to reginal office, puducherry. When i get loan at the time of interest is 9.5%. Now 8.40% whatever it is l need reduced interest to my account. My branch is 100feet road, puducherry. This is kind information and necessarry action take please.
