Two months before, my mom updated aadhar with her iob account and gas agency. Post that we ordered two cylinders and the subsidiary wasn't credited to iob account, when i enquired with agency they gave last five digit account number and name of the account holder the sad thing is that is with iob. I am from chennai. I have an iob visa international debit card (For name sake). The most irritating part is the iob has suddenly stopped me from making international transaction. I have been trying to convey my greivance to the customer support but either they beat around the bush or give a solution which never works out. Here in iob - mugalivakkam - branch, chennai - tamilnadu, there is a nepali origin staff working as a customer service staff is very rude to customers who don't speak english. She is not a good listener and she makes fun on customers. She hates people who speak tamil and most of the customers felt very offensive.

My kind request is to train her to learn the local language or train her in at least of handling customers who don't...

This complaint is regarding about a individual iob bank branch royapuram. The person working as counter serivce staff in iob royapuram branch are not behaving in good manners and not only him, but some of the staff in iob are not behaving in good manners and they don't have the politeness to stasifiy the customers wish. There is a problem in getting otp, i have faced this problem so many times, now also m facing, i'm fed with this problem, i'm requesting you please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Respected sir. Iam maintaining iob a/c in ariyalur branch. I tried withdrawing money from another bank atm (Vijaya bank atm) on 16/10/2017.
