My name is kanthraju bearing account no [protected] maintained at bogadi branch mandya district today i did a neft of 4000 to my account but i did not recieve it later i went for a atm centre to withraw 2000 rs but it showed as failed later i got a msg saying 2000 is been debited from my account... I didnot get any amount plz do the require ment as soon as possible

    I shankar siddharth is having iob sb a/c no.[protected] under the branch sivaganga. My iob atm card no.6521 xxxx xxxx 2661. On 23.12.2017, i tried to get money from hdfc atm, k. K. Nagar, chennai. Unfortunately, the atm card did not come out rom the atm machine.

    I therefore request iob to block my atm card.

      After my IOB debit card was stolen, I made multiple attempts to reach the customer care and emergency numbers, after which they registered the complaint and also asked me to email. I emailed and after 2 hours 45 minutes got a confirmation email from the bank saying that the card has been blocked. After updating my passbook, I got to know that the card was still being used for more than 4 days and 50000 rupees had been deducted at different stores. As again, nobody at IOB customer care picks the phone. I’m highly disappointed and saddened as this is my hard earned money and IOB has been immensely careless.

        I hv an account in parshant vihar branch wit account number saving ([protected]) on my name RAHUL BAHL.. my complaint is :-
        I transferred the money from paytm wallet to my account number ([protected]) and its been more than 2 months it has not been credited in my account. As per thr side ( paytem) they have deposited the money to my account and they provided me the RRN NUMBER WITH THE AMOUNT.. the RRN number they provided me are

        So I request u in writing that needful be done immediately or else I may be compelled to take further appropriate legal action i.e getting an FIR re00
        n to approach appropriate court.
        kindly take a look at this matter and deposit the money in my account number without further delay (( a/c No[protected]).. BRANCH number 1542..

          I had attempted to withdraw money from icici bank cantonment branch, trichy atm of rs. 10000 on 24.4.2017. The amount has been debited in my account. But not received cash. 2 complaints this regarding to the branch manager of indian overseas bank, district court branch. Subsequently i had received the message from indian overseas bank central office chennai, your complaint has resolved (My complaint id is[protected]. But still now the amount has not credited my account. I also approached the icici bank, cantonment branch trichy and explained my transaction details. They have not take any steps or any response to me. Kindly take necessary action to my complaint to credit the amount in my account as early as possible. Thanking you

          I had given a complaint 4.8.2017 regarding my amount rs. 10000, at the time of withdraw a cash from atm amount not received but slip only received. It was shown as '0'. But till now not resolve my complaint.

            Ref my sb a/c [protected] in your patuli. Kolkata branch

            Dear sir,
            I am to inform you that on 18/1/16 an amount of rs.1199/- was debited from my account against the application charge for passport. But when i checked the status, payment failed was shown along with a statement that the amount would be credited in my account within 7days. After that period i went to the manager and submitted a written complaint. Unfortunately i being a senior citizen with increasing forgetfulness, forgot the whole matter. Now when i need a passport, i suddenly remembered the case. Most probably this was a mistake from your side also. The said money should have normally credited in my account.

            I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action and credit the amount to my account.

              Atm pin could not be generated by any means so please help in getting it.
              Atm pin was wrongly entered and could reset it again so tell me a way to reset the atm pin.
              Any option in internetbanking where we can reset atm pin.
              Do help me as it is very urgent and iam in need of it very much.

                While paying online payment through iob net banking at that time OTP is not generated my registered mobile number. the same should be complied in the iob branch but no response in this service.it is very regretted. so once i reuest that nessasry rectification for above matter at early please.

                  Good morning!!!

                  My father has account ([protected]) with name chameli rampal at indian overseas bank rohalki kishanpur, haridwar (Uttrakhand) pin-249402.
                  On 29th of october 207 he using atm at hdfc atm anchor electricals sidcul haridwar
                  For the withdrawl of 10000 but due to cash unavailability money was not withdrawl but deducted from account.
                  For the same he visited iob branch and complained for the same, they registered complaint and said for return back of money within 2-3 days. But till now no money return and again he visited then they registered another complaint for the same and not response accordingly.
                  So, no satisfactory action has been taken from bank side. This is very poor response from customer point of view.
                  Request you to plz do the needful for the same. Here i also attached passbook summary.

                  Please consider this case, till now NO Response for money return.
                  I went to ur bank iob in that manager is not answering correctly if we ask how many cheque will come it will after 10 days and meet me and also net banking also no response so we are going close account pls put proper person to talk customer is very angry to inform that bank iob thiru vika nagar branch

                  worst answer from bank i never expected

                    From my a/c some body clear the check of amount rs 150000, the bank it was found that the cheque was tempered from the corner to remove the crossing of the cheque, there was the clear indication in the cheque that it was rubbed on the back side to erase my ppf a/c no. The second point which needs to be looked how they cleared the cheque of this poor condition (Tarn & rubbed).in view of above i request to look the matter and take appropriate action and it's a request give my money.

                      Two months before, my mom updated aadhar with her iob account and gas agency. Post that we ordered two cylinders and the subsidiary wasn't credited to iob account, when i enquired with agency they gave last five digit account number and name of the account holder the sad thing is that is with iob. Agency guys told they would transfers by based on aadhar where it is recently updated. When i asked with perambur branch manager, he couldn't help me saying it is not in their hands to address.

                      Because of negligence of iob subsidiary is credited to unknown person. Requesting to help me to get this issue solve and last two months subsidiary has to be transferred to correct account.

                        I am from chennai. I have an iob visa international debit card (For name sake). The most irritating part is the iob has suddenly stopped me from making international transaction. I have been trying to convey my greivance to the customer support but either they beat around the bush or give a solution which never works out. I am deeply hurt as i am a sincere tax payer but the bank doesnt cooperate with me to resolve my issue.br...

                        Here in iob - mugalivakkam - branch, chennai - tamilnadu, there is a nepali origin staff working as a customer service staff is very rude to customers who don't speak english. She is not a good listener and she makes fun on customers. She hates people who speak tamil and most of the customers felt very offensive.

                        My kind request is to train her to learn the local language or train her in at least of handling customers who don't speak english. Basic respect is mandatory to elders especially while working in front desk in the reputed bank such as iob.

I want to take loan from your bank but the bank manager repeatedly rejecting my loan approval by telling submission of documents i will approve your loan but when i took all the documents he told come tomorrow. After that next day he seen my documents and told that your service gratuity is not started i can't give you any loan. But other hand newly employed man gone to bank and the manager gave him the loan.in this case why the new employed man got loan and why i'm repeatedly getting rejected by your bank manager.                               2 month back i had opened new account in your bank in sholinghur branch.

                              Last two months i have tried to link my aadhar number but i am not getting any support from sholinghur branch

                              4 time i have submitted my aadhar copy to bank but still now not updated whenever i visit branch simply they told don't come to bank regarding aadhar update. Also they used unwanted wards.

                              Even they are not considering my age (62) many times i have visited but not getting any responses kindly help me to update my aadhar also please inform to your bank employees to give some respect to customers.

                                    Sir, my name is nitesh kumar, my account number is14609 which is operated at iob, bariatu branch, ranchi. Sir i have done two transaction of rs 1086 each for irctc ticket on 27/11/2017 through my debit card but ticket is not generated. The ticket price have been deducted from my account and not refunded till now. Only 1086 refunded to my account. So i request you to please refund my amount of rs. 1086 as early as possible.

                                      I am kaushal kumar, my a/c : [protected] with munshipuliya branch lucknow. My home address is c-77 shivani vihar colony kalyanpur lucknow. On 23 july 2016, time 11am (Apprx) went aradhana garment faizabad. U. P. Bought a pair of jeans cost 2300.00 and i paid 2300 by swiping my iob atm card and transaction was successful. But jeans was defected just after 5 minutes i returned the jeans and the shopkeeper by his mobile void the transaction and told your money will be refunded in few hour. When money was not refunded after a week i lodges a complaint on your tollfree no. And also in our branch munshipulia lucknow. But till this date no money was refunded. And not any response i got.
                                      When i saw that no any action has been taken on my complaint then i reduced my transaction.

                                      Sir kindly please take a right action and return my money as soon as possible.
