    I am senior citizen and went to lajpat nagar i new delhi branch on 7
    Dec 17 and i asked the staff that i wish to link aadhar of my joint sb account no.[protected] and confirm me that i can do this today. After their confirmation i came again with my daughter for aadhar linking, after long time lady manager or 2nd man (I do not know her name or designation as she neither told me her name or any name plate or badge was showing her name or designation) attended me and tole that system is not operational since morning. I told her. That i came after confirmation and you was aware that i am waiting for aadhar linking. Her reply was not as per expectation. She needs more counselling how to attend customer. My other complain is branch should start functioning on schedule time and senior officer should inspect this. All staff should display their name etc on the table or badge. Customer should be attended promptly and time limit should be fixed for each transaction.

      This complaint is regarding about a individual iob bank branch royapuram. The person working as counter serivce staff in iob royapuram branch are not behaving in good manners and not only him, but some of the staff in iob are not behaving in good manners and they don't have the politeness to stasifiy the customers wish. They are shouting like barking dog towards customers. This is the way they behave to customer, what they think about us that they are the one have job to do we don't have any job or any commitments. So iob main head department has to take action against that particular branch. And then to the person who work as counter serivce staff in iob he did not coming in proper time to the bank. If bank open at 10 am, he is coming at 10.30am and then he will speak to his collegeue after that he will enter into counter service and he will collect the form then he will give the cash, what he think about the customers we are standing for such long time he coolly coming at 10.30 am and then he start to collect the cheque or form in 10.50 am and then he will shout us like slaves so we have to be keep calm to collect our cash. This way you stasifiy the customers wish. Then to for more numbers of customers are waiting to take cash from service counter only one cash service counter is operate where is the second person work as counter service staff. So iob bank main head department has to take action against the respective staff who doesn't behave in good manners toward the customers and my request is to make two counter service as mandatory in your bank so that it will be easy to collect cash for customers wish. So you guys didn't take any action against this issue you have to face the consequences in consumer court

      For every week it is asking for us to change the password.It doesn't make sense.Inorder to keep the website securable one we do have many other options in the current technology.This makes us to confuse with the passwords and also consumes more time.Such an irritating system .kindly change this kinda system.

        I have two accounts with iob as per details given below :

        Iob, rangarajapuram branch - sb acc : [protected]
        Iob, tenkasi branch - sb acc : [protected]

        I am using apple i phone6 and downloaded your mobile banking application for my use. Though i registered in both the above branches for operating your mobile banking application, for the past 6 months i am struggling to get mpin thru sms to my registered mobile for start using the same.

        Despite my repeated visits to both your above branches, though they also tried, they could not help me and the fact as on date is i did not get proper support from iob to use your mobile banking application. Due to very poor customer support by your branches i practically reduced my banking activities with iob.

        It may kindly be noted that no one is having that much time to make repeated visits to the banks on these issues. Using net banking and mobile banking services is mainly due to avoid visits to the branches and to allow them to perform their duties properly without much of disturbance. Since i am so tired of the services by iob, i already transferred few of my fixed deposits to some other banks. Still i have two deposits with you and being a very old customer of iob and my first bank account was with iob only i thought of continuing with you. Though i am dealing with many other banks with two accounts i never faced such a problem in operating their mobile banking applications of those banks.

        With repeated follow up my complaint was accepted by your csd only on 27th nov. 2017 and the complaint id:[protected].

I tried calling the number and email id provided in the website, but got no response. Its urgent for me to be done.

            Hi
            There is a problem in getting otp, i have faced this problem so many times, now also m facing, i'm fed with this problem, i'm requesting you please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Bcz of this m thinking to close my account. It's not user friendly, if i want to attach my bank details with the app there i have to enter otp bcz of this problem m not able to use those apps. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

              Respected sir. Iam maintaining iob a/c in ariyalur branch. I tried withdrawing money from another bank atm (Vijaya bank atm) on 16/10/2017. I entered rs.6000 but i received only rs.300 cash and balance amount rs.5700 was not received. I have already complainted about this by giving a letter to iob bank, ariyalur branch, they replied that iob head office has not accepted my complaint. I request to deal with this as early as possible and take proper measures to get back the money.

                Always many iob customers are suffering a lot for drawing amount from iob atm. If we forgot to draw amount or not used atm debit card, u r blocking our atm card. So for checking r drawing min amount from atm, it's always remain closed. Why? What is the purpose? Either withdrawal from other bank limit bring to more than 10 times or unlimited. Otherwise for a single drawing from other bank, make withdrawal limit at a time rs.20000/- or more.in this area, most of the people are not having awareness about giving complaint through online. So activate the atm always which is near southgate main iob branch office atm.

                  Greetings!!!

                  I am gandhi prabu, holding a savings account in mamallauram branch since 2007 ac no-18073.

                  I have borrowed a loan for rs 50000 in the year 2012 and closed in 2014 still it is reflecting in cibil report that i have not closed loan and i have out standing of rs 23000.

                  14.11.2017 i have contacted the branch manager and checked with whether if there is any due still to be paid the manager has given a loan closure statement saying that i dont hold any loans as on date.

                  Sir, now i am depressed and unstable situation due to indian overseas bank because when i applied a loan in public and private sector banks they have rejected my application saying that you have paid rs 50000 loan how can your repay a rs 1000000 loan.

                  I have closed a loan 2014 and still it is reflecting in my cibil report this shame on indian overseas bank.

                  Sir, if its still reflecting in the cibil report then i have start a protest in the bank by siting outside the bank holding banner against bank.

                  I kindly request you to solve the issue asap

                        Hope this e-mail finds you well.
                        I am having my sb iob account in ariyanayagipuram branch - 1377 in tirunelveli.

                        On 31 october 2017, i have tried booking tickets in irctc. Unfortunately, the amount has been debited from my account and the ticket booking is failed against transaction id : [protected]. Amount deduted : rs. 2195
                        Later, i have contacted irctc and they informed me that they have already refunded my money on 02 november 2017 itself and also they have provided a refund arn number to trace my refund.
                        I have filed complaints to my bank many times in this regard and have not recieved a promising response.
                        I would like to inform you that it's been a month and i have not recieved my refund money still.
                        Hence, i have contacted my card issuing bank with the provided arn number. Unfortunately, they informed that they could not help me to trace or refund my money. My bank informed that they have no idea or knowledge about what arn number and they don't use this feature in their premises.
                        As an utter disappointment, they even informed that they couldn't do anything from their end.
                        Please trace my refund status and help me by crediting the money in my account.

                                Hi,

                                I had renewed a tax saver fd in killipalam branch on 25/01/2016 for next 5 years. The official had given me renewal marked in my fd receipt for next five years. After 1 year, fortunately, i checked my fd details through internet banking and it was displaying like the tax saver fd was not renewed, i have checked this with bank through phone, they reverted like may be due to technical reason.
                                Last month i visited branch and enquired about this, the officials reverted like due to some system upgrade at that period they have not given the instruction to system for renewal and my deposit remains as dead there and they cant do anything, i need to close it and withdraw money and put as a new fd.

                                I had taken it with the current branch manager and she had taken the case very lightly and reverted no way to resolve with out any loss for me. The fd amount is only 73000 and may be due to that and she had reverted like even though their mistake, i need to suffer the loss.

                                My question is, as a customer why should i suffer for their mistake?

                                    This is for your information that in iob bhawanipatna branch misbehaving of the bank employee to the customer and threatening to close the savings account in the branch. Whenever i used to visit the branch
                                    One of the staff mr. Singh talks in a rude way and in unsocial language. It makes my mental disturb and further insults me in public.
                                    So i was bound to make the matter know to you for your kind goodwill to look above the matter and necessary action

                                      Here is a branch in daulat ram college ifsce code is ioba0006708 there a lady employee name gurvinder kaur she has no manner how to talk with customer. 27/11/2017 i went in branch for cash a cheque. She told your a/c is not here go your home branch. Whenever self cheque can cash everywhere in same bank branch. There is a lot of complaints against her. Please transfer her from this branch. Her mentality is not good she behave just like a essential.

                                        I have a salary account in indian overseas bank in branch sivakasi. My account number [protected]. This month 22 nd i pay the my emi for bajaj finservs, i do 3 transactions using iob internet banking, first 2 transactions completed. 3rd transaction amount 3049 rs debited my account but not credited in bajaj finservs account, i call customer care but not responsible. Please credit debited amount rs 3049 in my account. Please do the needful.
