I have sb a/c in iob thandrampattu branch a/c no 297. I had borrowed two gold loan in 2012. Loan a/c number [protected] for rs. 2, 12, 000/ and [protected] for rs. 52, 000/. I have settled both the loan a/c in 2013 but still it is showing as outstanding balance in my cibil report. Both cibil and the bank is not not clearing the loan account which is already settled. Due to this wrong information in my cibil report i am not able to apply for any loan or credit card.

    I had received iob atm card at last may month. But i didn't receive my pin number for last 6 month. I already ask he bank around 4 times but they didn't response. So i am unable to use my atm card for last 6 month. So i request you take action to send my pin number to my residential address or mobile no as i submitted in my bank.       Dear sir, ecs of my hdfc personnel loan deducted from my account on 11-aug-17 (Amount rs. 12361) but not recieved by hdfc bank. I have attached the statement of iob (Ref of deducted amount) and statement of hdfc loan installment. Presently iam not able to reach the iob bank where my account is exist because i have left that place, so please help me in this regrad.

        I am applying for home loan transfer from dhfl to hdfc and when hdfc has inquired for the cibil report it shows that i have applied for loan from iob bank with account type other accountnumber - [protected] and ownership individual for a loan sanctioned amount of 2680943 with dateopen/disbured on[protected] by iob to me.

        Please find the given by cibil to get in touch with iob and details given is[protected][protected].

        Have never requested for the loan as reported by cibil on my name from iob whereas also all the iob customer care team is transferring to loan department. Have mailed and tried to contact the iob loan team whereas they are not answering on call also not on e-mail.

        Also unable to submit the query from their website - http://www.iob.in/CustomerServices.aspx

              7, 300 imbs today (3:44. P. M) i will send it imbs charge has been taken but the amount was not yet recived by the coustumer. I have call over the coustumer car they have gave me a number i have call those number[protected] i have call this number he is not responding @ the time of 4:20. Missing of money for the quarry we are asking a doubt means need to response is must would you think am i begger... Weather i have only account on your bank you are thinking.                 Sir,
                This is a customer's voice from pondicherry. I hold a sb account in iob, lawspet branch, pondicherry. Banking services are generally very poor. Particularly staff's attitude towards customers is very very worst. Two days back i went to bank with a requisition letter for bank statement. They took 2 days to issue the same. Only tdy 9-nov 17, i got it. Most of the times printer is not working. The messenger lady is very worst in behaving with customers. Complained to manager but he is supporting his staff. They have job security. So they dont bother about their responsibilty. Many lady staff are chatting among them and not at all listening to what customers say. Pls take immediate action. Let all the staff attend an orientation programme for basic manners first

                  This is to inform that i've a saving account with iob bank st. Stephens hospital branch. I deposited 1000rs here at the time of opening account. As i the account non operative then only my lpg subsidy credited into it. Now i come to see to close the account and i got to know that i only have 500rs here in the account bank debited all the rest of my balance however they didn't provide any atm, or cheque or net banking for this account. I didn't even use this account they only wanted to keep 1000rs in this account which i mentained. Please help me out to get my money back.

                    I'm a person having account in indian overseas bank (Branch-pandiyan nagar, tirupur).in these branch, the cashier didn't provide him service properly. He treating the people very rudely. And also he doing his work very slowly. By this peoples getting irritated. India has embarked on a major revolution towards a transparent economy through digital payments. But now only the uneducated peoples are took their first step to banks. Likewise these type of servants hurting their ignorant. It should be stop. Please kindly take some action.

                      We had a current account in iob, ponneri branch (Ifsc code: ioba0000380) for past 10 to 12yrs. We are running iocl petrol bunk (Customer service business) so we are in the position to accept 10rs coin from our customer but we cant deposit in the bank for past 5 months because the bank staffs are not accepting the coin. So it is difficult for us to handle the customers & 10rs coin. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                        I made a booking through makemytrip and cancelled d ticket and they refunded the amount on 10th oct 2017 and dey are not yet deposited in my account it’s been a month n no progress and i tried contacting helpline worse helpline ever no one responded to me well it’s been a month and my money aren’t still deposited so wat shud i leave hopes on my money or something like that.?

                          Am having account sb - 15003 in dharasuram iob in thanjavur district. For past two years am continuously following for debit card. Am out of station till last 3 years. Yesterday i enquired about the status. Suddenly one of the staff dijju jayakumar started shouting and instructed to close the account and he is not responsible for answering everyone even in front of bank manager who is requesting to not shout at customer like this.
                          But he said that he doesn't want to clarify everyone and if you not interested close the account.
                          Even the staff mr. Dijju jayakumar is not even listening to superior staff itself so am submitted account closure forms.

                            I have an ac pay loan cheque, i went to iob bank in walajapet-632513 my branch. But they # manager is saying that it will take 4 days to clear your cheque but in every bank they take only one day why is that ur bank has not having that option. And i asked #. Manager that if i deposit my ac pay cheque in other iob bank then ill shall get or not. He said that it will not happen there also it will take 4 days. And i think he doesnt do his job perfectly. For my same account i asked for cheque book before 2 months he said it will come inpost. But no post came for 2 months after i shouted in bank he gave me cheque book that day... Please do favour to this bank take actions

[protected] through atm machine at neyveli branch. But the transaction should be cancelled. But the money should be stuck in that machine and also not refunded till the date.                                       Sir, i am reside at chennai i have been in gudiyatham for the past four saturdays and sundays, i am an account holder in your st. Thomas mount branch bank. For the past four saturdays and sundays your atm centre in gudiyatham which adjacent to the bank more particularly not working it tells contact another atm centre, when i was asked to the bank officials they lethargically told that all saturday and sunday atm unable to dispense money. Take necessary action to save your customers.
