We have deposited cheque on 08.06.17, bank guys told clearance will take 10days,
We have approached today 19.06.17, still not cleared, manager said we cannot say when it will be cleared either on 21.06.17 or may not be!!! We cannot say
Are they running grocery!, not respecting people.
10 yrs before this bank was good, now it is the worst, you can investigate their approach with the customers.
They are not respecting, using rubbish forcible words to customers as such it is their money.
I am an nri customer, due to thier approach already i have shifted my account to hdfc which is no.1! In our area. Best customer service support
Please note that the party who has issued the cheque to us told that, he cannot keep fund in his account more than a week,
If the cheque is retuned i will keep the concern who is lazy in doing the process and will take necessary legal action.
Fyi, we have done the similar cheque transactions with canara bank, it was cleared within 2 days.
This approach is not the first time they are used to do to all the guys as no one is inquiring them.
