I i s k ammaji deposited rs 2 lakhs on 17 may 2016 at akkayyapalem branch in visakhapatnam a p up to june 2017 they paid monthly interest except for jan 2017 interest they deducted swipe charges but suddenly they closed my deposit on 15 july 2017 without my request and also deducted rs 2812 for premature closure my deposit number is[protected]...

I have two nre accounts:

Iob ra puram branch a/c. No: [protected].
My online id is gahe02

Iob mylapore a/c. No: [protected]
My online id is gahe03.

I can't make online transfers from the above two accounts. I have been doing the follow up for more than a year either with r a puram branch and/or with mylapore branch with no result.

Mr. Thirupathi is working with iob perambur branch, chennai. He is not able to communicate in tamil language as a guy basically came from andhra pradesh. He should talk tamil first if he want to work in tamil nadu. He is not proper when customers ask something about products, otherwise it is difficult to the bank for growth. Finally bank need to transfer him to jammu or tripura or assam if he is not giving proper response to the customer....

Sir i have purchased coloured printer from amazon by on line shopping through my sba/c [protected] from yur kapurthala branch on 03.07.2017 but it shows error. I paid cash immediately. I got education loan for the year[protected] in indian overseas bank, aragalur branch. My loan number is [protected] which i got principle amount of 194000. I have paid totally rs. 164000. I didn't get any subsidy amount till now, so that my loan amount reached over rs. 390000 due to compound interest. I have submitted the needed documents for subsidy. I request you to take necessary action to close my education loan account....

I had paid an amount of 966 towards property tax from my above account
Rs 7.24 was aded to this amount as transaction cost
Rs 1.30 was added as gst for transaction cost
Rs 5.00 was added as bank charges

Total amount shown was 979.54

But the bank deducted rs 989.54 from the account.
Why?...

I got a message from iob on 3rd july stating that your deposit account number 165704xxxxxx653 is getting matured on 09.07.2017.
But without any further information my fd got extended to 10 years on 09.07.2017. And it can be renewed till 18.07.2017 (Tuesday). And bank have mentioned
Kindly close or renew the same by logging into your internet banking within 10 days from the date of maturity of the deposit.

For the past 6 months, i am receiving transaction details as sms from unknown account. The account no. Is sb-xxx4336 and the name is sankari and i have no knowledge about the branch, city and the person details. Please consider my complaint and take necessary action against the issue.
