Sir... As my mobile number has been changed I have asked the official to change it and then my number was updated... But when I logged in to internet banking I am receiving the message to my old number... When asked to just give them the information, they asked me to give log in details. I was not willing to give the details and told them to I called them to just tell them to tell the issue... But he was very rude and he cut the cal as he was angry as I was not sharing the details with him. And he was not ready to listen to what I was telling. Banking officials are very rude and not willing to answer us... Pls take action against them. Pondicherry town branch... Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I made a payment of 2700 twice on 03-july-2018, but card was decline by the pos machine. i got message from bank that money has been deducted. it has already been 11 days but i did not got the refund.please help me out of this as soon as possible.
