Dear all

I have an current account in iob bank afmc pune account no 229, i have used my debit card at a fuel station on 24th jan 2017 the transaction has been declined but i got a message that my account has been debited rs 2000/- i emigitaly informed the branch they told me to visits to the bank and give a written complain, after that i got one more sms after 2 days that the amount is been debited and will be credited in 2 working days but the amount was not credited i have visited to he bank several time and i have given written complain 3 to 4 times but the problem is not been resolved till date

I do not have IOB ATM CARD and i have not receive pin number. So i request you to send my pin number to my residential address as i have all application submitted in my bank Branch. For your reference i submit my residential address below.

I was using cub ewallet it's the one of the net banking, I was loaded Rs:190 in my IOB ATM card my ney was debited in my account but not credit in cub e wallet so pls grand me refund my money immediately

Kindly investigate urgently and arrange reversals immediately.
