With regards to the trailing conversation of order no.[protected]. The customer care representative not providing correct statement when i ask to get the refund. I made lot of calls, every calls they said only its in process. When i send an email there is no response. When i ask the customer care person to drop an email like when i get the refund they said mail communication related thinks we will be handled its different team. I dont know how to get the refund. Totally fraud propels. Only one guy taking to me every time name "abi minye". Only one or two peoples handling all over the customercare i think. Every time i will wait for minimum 20 mints to get in touch with customer care.

    With regards to the trailing conversation of order no.[protected] with a customer care representative i was assured return process would initiated and refund would be given back to the bank account but the product was successfully delivered back to the company but refund amount is not yet processed back to the bank account. Tried reaching you on your customer care number but failed as usual. Also dropped a mail regarding order no.[protected] but received no response. Request you to revert back as soon as possible and process the refund back to the bank account.

      I have ordered "poly silk multicolour printed saree - zy3096" from indiarush on 2nd july 2017. The product got delivered before the scheduled date. When we looked at the product, it was of very poor quality. So, i have requested for return pick-up.in spite of repeated requests, indiarush did not arrange for pick-up and they insisted us to ship the product with tons of conditions. Finally i have shipped by spending rs.200/= and the product has been delivered back to them. Now, indiarush is not ready to refund the product cost and the shipping charges. They have credited only the saree cost as indiacredit points - where i need to choose the product from them again - which i do not want to do it (Based on my first experience with them). So, please help me in getting my money back along with return shipping charges.

      I have been mailing them from past couple of days and there is no response from them till now.

      I also need to understand, why can't they arrange for pickup when they can deliver the product to the same address?

        The product delivered was of poor quality and not worth even 1/10th of the price that IndiaRush charged us. Their return/exchange system is flawed, I am unable to send the product back to them and the courier facility has returned the product back to me twice.
        No one answers their customer care helplines. Feel completely cheated by this website.
        I want a refund either in cash to directly to my bank account - no refund in kind.

          I have ordered a suit from the website indiarush.com but i didn't like the fabric so i immediately use to place return order they said that i hav to courier it from my end and this whole process will take place 15 days but it has been passed over 1 month and now firstly they are not picking up the call and sending messages from their service no that your order is still undelivered. I have checked it from akash ganga courier service from which i courier the return order and they said that it has been delivered. M y order id[protected]

            Hi team,

            I have purchased a saree from indiarush.com. Since saree quality was very poor so i returned it. When i called customer care that they told once they received an item they will credit the money back in points and after points credited they asked to call customer care back and get the points transferred as money into bank account. From the day i returned i am trying to call the customer care[protected] no but its coming "all our executives are busy" so i tried to email them. There also no response. Please help me out to get my money back

              I have ordered 2 different sarees with different product ids id no[protected] is a chevron printed black and white saree even though my dashboard says it has been shipped when i tracked shipment the courier shows no information please find out. Another saree poly silk white ptinted with order no[protected] is bearing also the the order no[protected] on my dashboard. And has been sipped. I do not know if the same saree is being shipped twice. Pl. Clear this confusion. I can not accept the same saree twice. Pl. Do the needful sincerely yours hemamenon

                I ordered a sari and received the worst product ever. What i ordered is not what i received. And worst part again is i can't even return it because 7 days for return is over. Totally psycho company. :angry: :angry: :angry:

                I called the customer care and asked him if he can initiate a return now. Note: it was the 7th day from the date of delivery. But i got irresponsible answers such as company policy and blah blah blah. Is showing a beautiful product in the picture and selling worst product their company policy? :angry:

                  I ordered for the purchase of a saree from the online portal indiarush.com. Details below.

                  Order date: 31/05/2017
                  Delivery date: 5/06/2017.

                  After it was delivered, i found that the saree was not of the same quality as being shown in their online portal,
                  It was very different low quality product i was very disappointed by looking at the saree.
                  I have raised a return request with them regarding this too. I had to bear the expenses for returning this item safely to them by paying 300 by couriering it,
                  I have contacted to costumer care too but they are like will inform u but till now no response fed up of this company

                  I'm not interested in replacement of the product to buy anything else in this web portal.
                  I need my money back with the courier amount which i paid for returning their product
                  So please do help me out to get my money back as requested above.

                    I had 1999 rs in credit wallet of indiarush, when i selected the clothes and proceed for payment that time it debited my wallet amount but didnt receive any confirmation of order placed.
                    Plus they have taken same order twice.
                    And in there order history its showing two orders for the same set of clothes.
                    Tried contacting the customer care but all their executives are busy from 30-40mins.

                      Request you to process my return request for order no.[protected] and initiate refund process to my bank account. The quality of the products you sell on your website is dirt cheap. Tried reaching you on[protected] several times but failed (All customer service representatives are busy attending other calls please call again later). Highly disappointed with the service provided by ur company and so called customer care no. That does not exist. Request you to revert back as soon as possible.

                        I was purchased a saree from india rush but the quality nd design was totally different from the described pic. I tried to contact at india rush so many times but all time all executives busy on another call. After long waiting they didn't pic my call.                           I have ordered 2 sarees and paid a cod of 3350/- rs, the product i ordered and what i received is completely different and the quality of the product is horrible, such cheap quality i have never seen before.
                          I have contacted helpline of india rush and wrote multiple mail but no response.
                          I want a refund. Customers are not fools.
                          They cannot get away cheating customer like this.

                            We had ordered 2 dresses and they were the worst quality even a dog wont do his business on it. So we returned them this website does not even have a return policy once your money is wasted it is wasted. We have to buy some yuck stuff again so never mind when we tried doing our order was not eligible for cod so we tried to use the credits to buy and all the credits drained out and they are not picking up the phone i have already called maybe 16 to 19 times they just don't care worse website ever do not even look at this website it is total waste of money. They think someone gives us money so we can buy stuff

                              I had ordered 2 beautiful looking silk sarees costing 1744 and 1794. After i got the first order, i tried to cancel the second order, but it was shipped even after i sent email to cancel it. The material received is pathetic not even worth 300 rupees. I do not want to replace the product. Or get any ndia rush credits. I can send the sarees through courier. No one picks the call when we try to call the customer care number, i have dropped several emails as well. Pathetic service. I need the money refunded to my bank account, if not i will file case under consumer court.

                                I have been shoppping online for several years. but these INDIARUSH people are THE BEST fraud people in wasting our money. they are wasting our money in their costumer center call, return amounts need to be paid by us, and highlight the worst quality of cloth. please stop this ##### website to save our customers. my friend also ordered got a waste cloth instead of her saree. she also faced the same issue. we are roaming to courier and post office and calling these ##### 1000 times .. getting mad for the past 3 days... we both are wasting our time and energy.

                                  I hv received worst quality Saree from indiarush nd I paid 1950 for that nd was very disappointed. No refund of cash nd told me to return product myself nd I paid 350 courier charges in DTDC . I need my amount back with courier charges I paid . I don't want to purchase any products from here again. Other companies refund cash to our bank account then why not this company.Fake company I hv ever seen .

                                    I had purchase a Saree of 1950 but when it got delivered I was disappointed as I received low quality of product. No refund via cash even and no return pick up from Bangalore and customer care executive asked me to dispatch product myself and I paid 350 for courier service to return the product and again I am not interested to purchase any product from here. So please return my Saree amount and courier charges to my bank account . This is a worst company I have ever seen and no return refunds via cash but other companies do refund via then why not indiarush. Cheating company.My order number is[protected].

                                      The saree ordered was for the value of Rs.1845/- and received a saree not even worth Rs.200 with very low quality which was really frustrating and disappointing. When tried reaching the customer care cell was informed that they don't have a facility to pick it back, hence had to return the product by courier DTDC by spending another Rs.230/-.

                                      THE PRODUCT WHICH WAS DELIVERED WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. THEY DONT TAKE ANY RETURNS AND ASK US TO DISPATCH BACK TO THE SELLER. EVEN IF WE COURIER IT BACK TO THE SELLER, THEY DONT UPDATE THE STATUS...

This is to inform you that i have just received my order No.[protected] of a black n pink poly silk saree cost of which was charged at 1794/- including shipping charges. And i am very very disappointed when i opened my delivery and what was inside ! Surely this was not what i had ordered ! The very colour is different black looking like grey and the pink was NOT the pink shown in the picture.!

                                        Also i understand on being queried the blouse was supposed to be BLACK, but another totally different colour of PINK material is inside which is sent as blouse piece !!

                                        How can you people do this and make he public fools !! Shame on you India Rush ! Yours is definitely a FAKE company. Tried contacting customer care on the given # but made to hold indefinitely with no response.

                                        And then to be informed, on contacting you by email, that i need to send back the order untampered, submit my courier receipt and then you people will EXCHANGE my purchase NOT refund my cash ! Down right cheats !
