I have ordered "poly silk multicolour printed saree - zy3096" from indiarush on 2nd july 2017. The product got delivered before the scheduled date. When we looked at the product, it was of very poor quality. So, i have requested for return pick-up.in spite of repeated requests, indiarush did not arrange for pick-up and they insisted us to ship the product with tons of conditions. Finally i have shipped by spending rs.200/= and the product has been delivered back to them. Now, indiarush is not ready to refund the product cost and the shipping charges. They have credited only the saree cost as indiacredit points - where i need to choose the product from them again - which i do not want to do it (Based on my first experience with them). So, please help me in getting my money back along with return shipping charges.
I have been mailing them from past couple of days and there is no response from them till now.
I also need to understand, why can't they arrange for pickup when they can deliver the product to the same address?
