I am shalu and
Ordered a dress from indiarush on 3-4-17 (Order no[protected] on getting the delivery i opened the packed and found very poor quality of dress, delivery man misbehaved and i was compelled to make cash payment of rs 1640 on assurance from customer care that money will be refunded on return of parcel to my bank account. I placed immediately return request and the dress was picked by indiarush, but again after calling indiarush repeatedly i was surprised to learn that money will not be refunded and i have to buy another product. Being helpless dealing with this poor company i placed another order. When goods did not arrived i called customer care (If was really difficult to get call picked by customer care of indiarush) and found that replacement order was cancelled due to technical problem.
Now again after repeated call and chase i found that credit is not showing in my account. It is really worrying with such type of online sales company cheating customers. I thing i lost my money and lakh of people might have lost money or ignored to chase them as indiarush is real clever to linger so that customer gives up. I am also ready to give up my money but would request government agency to take stern action on this company so that any other citizen is not fooled

      I had returned a lehenga and was assigned credits of Rs1999. However when i tried to place a new order worth Rs 1600 using the credit amount it not only debiting
      This is highly unacceptable and expect to be refunded. No credit will work this time. Such inconvinience is not at all appreciated...

        Order a suit from indiarush, soon after i ordered got a call from indiarush and as buying first time from indiarush so i confirmed return policy and they assured that if i didnt like the product there are easy return and can call on the same number, action will b immediate and aftr i received i found very low quality product so tried to contact the same number my call eas continuously disconnected n then i trief all customercare number bt i unable to get thrgh any customercare number, email not getting thrgh the customer care, wrong email id given on site. Dont knw how to go about it.

          Returned a garment (order[protected] on Feb 25th. the shipment has been delivered to the vendor, still no refund has been given only excuses.
          everytime i call the answer is "give it 24 - 48 hours more !)
          This is very frustrating and I will never never buy from this company again.
          Their CEO (Mr. Jain) very nice in talking but zero in action. Trying to be like an American company by stealing their customer service "Jargon" but no actual action.

            I had ordered a semiprinted lehenga from indiarush site of Rs.1399/- dated 22/11/2016
            Order No.[protected].It took more than 5 days for delivery.The quality of the cloth was so cheap it was not even worth of Rs.500/- .I retured it on 30/11/2016 n now they are not ready to refund my money according to their policy we have to buy something or other from them and on top of that again they are charging shipping charges.I need to file a case regarding cheating to customer even provide me the update for the same with my refunding details as soon as possible.

            This is my secound complaint.After calling several times india rush is not responding my calls.They have credited my india rush account with only 900/- out of 1500/- .I need my refund back and not as india rush credit but in my bank account.

                I had ordered a product worth Rs.3200 and received a very cheap n fake product. The design shown in the site was very different to what I have received. I want to get my refund(cash) and not put my hard-earned money into such a fake site like Indiarush in form of credits.
                I would like to get back my refund money as fast as possible. The product was mentioned to be of sequined work but what I have received is a very different one with some few stoned work. The product is of very poor quality. I would request you to refund my money and initiate in shutting down the website as it is just fooling people and looting them.

                    I ordered products from here. Quality was the worst ever. And now they have credited points in my account instead of money. All #### products are available here. Bot worth a single penny. But they loot customers like theives and worst onlinr shopping website. And they charge 50 rs every time something is to be ordered. Fool making website. There is no single product that is worth even 1000 rs to buy from here. I am just looted and my 3500 rs has just gone vain in this waste websitr as credit points. Dont even know that they are even geuine or not. Cheapest quality even worse thay road side products. Also worst return policy available.

                      We are seller of indiarush with ther name of craftsculture, registered 3 moths back. we have sold many sarees from 12 October to 29 October but company didnt paied of a single product till date. we have took several follow up and send mail regaidin out due payment. till last week got replied that "October payment under processer will give soon"
                      now either not received phone or its out of coverage. and nobody giving reply on mail...!!!
                      Is there any one who can solve the matter or we need to go to court?

                        Hi,
                        I haven't received the payment for October month, and the company is buying everyday with one reason that they are nt paid by the courier company that's y is delaying our payment.
                        But that isn't our lookout.
                        We are facing a hell lot of issue.

                        My personal request to many Vendors that please don't get ur self registered with INDIARUSH or else you will face a hell of problem with this company in future regarding the payout because as they have mentioned in panel that " For all delivered orders between 1st to 30th of any month payment shall be released by 30th of next month.

                        But this isn't true they make you suffer a lot and apart from that when i try to call them they never receive the phone calls.

                        I am totally fed up with this guys.

                            I had ordered one lehnga from Indiarush site. It got delivered to me. The quality it too cheap and its nothing like what i had ordered. Only the color is same, everything else is totally different.

                            I paid 3000 for this total rubbish product, it looks like a road side. I am really depressed with it.

                            I went to my account under Returns, it says " You have no item to return".

                            I called up customer care then, he said money won't be refunded. What the hell is this. What i ordered is so cheap and not at all the way it looked. Not even the design. It is totally different.

                            I don't want to buy any other crap from this site and I want my money back.
                            If the quality is too bad then I should get my money back. Why should I order something else in place of this one.

                            These people are simply keeping celebrity pictures and other designer clothes but now I got to know what the reality is.

                              I ordered for "Poly Silk Orange Semi Stitched Lehenga Style Suit - Kg12". I received it today. After looking the dress I feel that you are looking like a fake company. What is this ? for what item I have ordered, I did not receive the same. You delevered a old cloth to me. After my complained you changed the dress on website. That is not good for you and your companys value, please keep in mind that it can be worst for you.

                              Note: I wanted it to return, I called on[protected]AM-7PM) but till 20 minutes I did not get any reply. But I was trying again and again one of your representative attend my call, I told him all the story. I just asked for refund, he told that you will find the refund option after 24 hours.

                              I am very disappointed with you. You are not doing Good. You are making fool to customers. Now When I am clicking on the dress what I have booked, there are looking other dress, it means after my complained you have changed it.

                              I need my refund, if you have humannity and want a good customer reviews please reply my mail.

                              One of your representative is saying that you will make the refund in Indiarush's account, no need to refund in indiarush's account, Did I paid you from Indiarush's account, then why are you talking like stupied. Listen, I need refund in my personal account, so please mail me to get my account details. This is my advice for you please don't make fool to customers, and do a trustworthy business.

                              I placed the order with this website, they charged rs.2200 for the worst quality product that I have never seen. And they say that the will not refund the amount even though I returned the product. It is such fraud website that I have never seen. I'm gonna fight for my money. Please be aware of these websites and help me too.

                                Hi,
                                I haven't received the payment for October month, and the company is buying everyday with one reason that they are nt paid by the courier company that's y is delaying our payment.
                                But that isn't our lookout.
                                We are facing a hell lot of issue.

                                My personal request to many Vendors that please don't get ur self registered with INDIARUSH or else you will face a hell of problem with this company in future regarding the payout because as they have mentioned in panel that " For all delivered orders between 1st to 30th of any month payment shall be released by 30th of next month.

                                But this isn't true they make you suffer a lot and apart from that when i try to call them they never receive the phone calls.

                                I am totally fed up with this guys.

                                  I returned my product anarkali suit[protected] on 14 Dec 2016.and I got indiarush credits worth 1899. I tried to use this several times in d effrent days. I called them many times. While making payment with credits they also asking for shipping charge. So I'm trying to use my debit card for that. By every time showing trouble. I'm fedup and waist money and time. I want money. I requested them to give me cash on delivery option bt no use. At first time they give cod option.after getting their money they don't give any options

                                    I ordered a lehenga (Z1036) on 1st jan 17, (Order no.[protected] when i received it was very bad quality and low class product.. Far from what was promised in the display pic. Low quality embroidery, looking very cheap. Then when i called customer care i was informed no money will be returned instead i can purchase someting else but how can i trust them again. I want refund of my money in my bank account asap. I am reluctant to waste time on this worst online store and want my money back

                                        I had ordered 2 sarees for my mother.there were two big holes in the saree.when i requested for refund they asked 2 photos, which i uploaded.later a customer care lady called on my moms no.and saying "aap dekh lo phir" as if they dont care for customers.i wasted 2000rs for it.guys dont ever buy from these cheap stores.they are manipulating people by giving third class stock.which is defective.still it had been 3 days.i am hoping for the return person boy to take that defective piece.beware buy from good genuine site as they dont have refund policy.they will either exchange or give credits in there account.forcing you to buy from them again.

                                        the refund by the team was given but when i tried to buy the product the refund disappeared. i contacted to customer care while he told to wait for 24 hrs.still no money credited to my account
