I ordered a Poly Silk Beige Stitched Long Anarkali Suit - SF808 from Indiarush (www.indiarush.com) worth Rs. 1444 on 8th Dec 2016 (Order number:[protected]. Due to quality and color I have requested for return and refund the amount to my bank account.
Please note, while placing the order it has not mentioned that based on the return product company will replace with the same product or refund money will credit to the customer's Indiarush account. I applied for refund, they had sent their courier guy for pickup. I have sent the item back, however now they saying that they will not refund the money. Instead they will give credit which I can use to buy from their website. This is nonsense, the most pathetic ecommerece store I came across. This is the first company i see who has made this rule.

Kindly help me getting my money back from Indiarush.

Hello, I receive an email notfication from Indiarush that they have processed my refund via PayuMoney. This is what I call as great cutomer service and helping customer. Ajay Tomar helped with my refund. Excellent customer service, but should not come to a point when Customer has to scare by saying we will put Complaint. Thank you again. I am closing this isue as resloved.

I receive an email notfication from Indiarush that they have processed my refund via PayuMoney. This is what I call as great cutomer service and helping customer. Ajay Tomar helped with my refund. Excellent customer service, but should not come to a point when Customer has to scare by saying we will put Complaint.

    This is the worst website you could speend your hard earned money on! I ordered a lehenga and what i got looked nothing like the picture online.
    I strongly advice you to spend your money elsewhere. It's a shame how these people are duping everybody!
    I'm going to tell all my friends and fanily to never order anything from here!
    Please help me get my money back.
    I don't want to use the credits they've given me, because i'm sure whatever i order with those credits is going to be extremely poor in quality, again!

      Hi,

      I have ordered one of the product via Order #[protected] worth Rs 4999/- and found that the product was different from its picture. So, the same was being returned back. After the item being received by the vendor, the customer care called back and mentioned that the Duppatta was not received. We checked that and looks like it was missed and called back the customer care to inform about the same. Customer care mentioned that the reverse pickup will be arranged and there will be no charges for it. However, once the product has reached the store, the Indiarush customer care deducted Rs 200/- for the reverse pickup, where the cost of Dupatta was itself not more than Rs 100- Rs 150/- The surprising part is that Rs 100/- is being paid back to the customer, when the customer arranges for the reverse pick-up and the company deducts Rs 200/- fot it. When I have requested to refund back the money to my account, the Indiarush comes up and say that we don't have the policy of refund back to account and it will be only done in the form of IndiaRush Credits. The other point to be noted was that the Indiarush was engaged in illegal practices like tax evasion, whereby the product is being sold with the invoice having no TIN number. I would like to have my amount being refunded back to my account, as it was unexpected for an online portal not to refund back your amount to the bank. Please advice me on the next steps.

        I ordered a dress in november month and cancelled it same day. And asked for refund after so many mails & call i got no response. Then i posted the complaint against IndiaRush. Next day i got mail that my refund request has been processed.
        I was said that i would get my refund againts my order, on 2 December!! I was happy to know this and i marked complaint as resovled after getting mail from payU. Still, I m waiting for the same. They said amount would be reflected in my card by next 5-7 days... I rather waited for 8 days more. Now, what to do after this...

          I already had opened a case and they not even refund my money mark my case as resolved. That girl pooja rana who called me not picking her phone and number is - [protected] and her email id is - pooja. [protected]@indiarush.com, even i mailed to ceo of this company rahi jain and his email id - [protected]@indiarush.com, even he don't have time to read customer's email and their problem.
          I ordered a georgette pink machine work semi stitched lehenga - 7sh65 of worth around 1450/-, after i received the quality of lehenga was not good as it was seen in website and i returned the product. But its has been more than 2 months over still i have not received my money yet. When i call customer care every time they will say you will get your money in 2 and 5-6 working days. Now i have finally decided to file a consumer complaint. Request other friends never ever try to purchase anything from indiarush website. They are a big fraud company.               This is regarding order no :[protected]. They delivered wrong product, in which shall and pant color was not matching with top. I clearly opted for replacing the product and without even a notice, they refunded the money into Indiarush Wallet. I am not interested in getting back the refund in terms of wallet. I need the money back. Its a clear case of cheating by delivering wrong product. Indiarush not able to replace the product. I need the money back.

                    I ordered a semi-stiched lehenga with order number[protected] from IndiaRush almost a month back. The quality was not good and I requested to return the cloth. It's been more than 15 days but no one came to pick up the courier. I have called as well as emailed them 4-5 times but all they replied was they are looking into the matter and will get in touch with me. I received a message 2 times about the pickup but no one came. Now they are saying that my area is not under pick up which doesn't make sense at all. They are not even responding about my refund which i don't want in their stupid wallet. Very very bad website please don't trust or buy.
                    Today after complaining so many times i received a call and i have requested them for reschedule a pickup from their listed pick up pin code, but she said that maximum it will take 4-5 days to pick up the order, which as per them is high priority.
                    They have not informed me anything about the refund.
                    I want my money back, total amount which i paid in cash to them. Don't want it in the stupid Wallet.

Next morning i also called to customer care and confirmed cancellation..yet i got product delivery at 18 Nov. I rejected the parcel. Still waiting for refund..Plz refund my amount so that i can purchase the new dress with the same..there is a wedding in my family and i stuck in all these, i didnt get the solution what to do ... I am neither able to purchase from market nor from the same shopping site.. And i am not sure whether my refund would be done or not... Pls provide me a solution of my problem .. I request...

                        Had ordered a saree for my daughter's annual day requirement on 20th of november, 2016. I get a call from their customer care mr. Manoj today i. E., 25th november, 2016 (Mobile number : +91-[protected]) stating that the delivery will be delayed because their respective vendor has not supplied the same. Now 4-5 days more days to deliver which means the purpose of me ordering is not fulfilled. So i have sent a mail to cancel my order. I spoke to their customer care as well and very conveniently he said cancel kardo and disconnected my call. Its very un professional attitude from a dot com company.

                        God knows if i will get any refund or not. I stronly recommend people to not use indiarush.com as it cheating the people. Lots of complaints are already been registered against them.

                                This ia the worst worst website to buy from, the shown image is 200% fake n does not match the product. The quality is so so so cheap n colour omg it's like cheap . And it is now more than 15 days, but i didn't get my cash.

                                        Every time they are making excuses. I have already sent them the all required details.
