The saree ordered was for the value of Rs.1845/- and received a saree not even worth Rs.500 with very low quality which was really frustrating and disappointing. When tried reaching the customer care cell was informed that they don't have a facility to pick it back, hence had to return the product by courier DTDC by spending another Rs.230/-.

I ORDERED A SAREE, THE PRODUCT WHICH WAS DELIVERED WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. THEY DONT TAKE ANY RETURNS AND ASK US TO DISPATCH BACK TO THE SELLER. EVEN IF WE COURIER IT BACK TO THE SELLER, THEY DONT UPDATE THE STATUS AND WHEN WE CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ABRUPTLY CUT THE CALL. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

    I have ordered sarees from indiarush website and the saree i got was horrible material was so bad, then i requested the return, they approved.Then i shipped it by my own and still there is no update.I have already submitted the photo of the courier tracking number on the returns section of your website, I received a message saying that I will get a call, but I haven't gotten one yet. It's been one week. I called customer care several times they didnt pick up my calls.till now I have not got my refund to my bank account I want my money back...if you people cannot keep your back end updated i will have to move the Consumer Court because of your pathetic service.

      I orderd saree from india rush.my order number is[protected], item number is #829765, #829763, #829764. I ordered them june 18th 2017.I dissatisfied the quality of items and sent back to you. I have already submitted the photo of the courier tracking number on the returns section of your website, I received a message saying that I will get a call, but I haven't gotten one yet. It's been one week.f you people cannot keep your back end updated i will have to move the Consumer Court because of your pathetic service.

        I ordered for the purchase of a saree from the online portal indiarush.com on 24/06/17. Details below.

        order date: 24/06/17
        Delivery date: 28/06/17.

        After it was delivered, I found that the saree was not of the same quality as being shown in their online portal. I have raised a return request with them regarding this too. I had to bear the expenses for returning this item safely to them.

        But subsequent investigations in online pages like facebook reveals that they have stolen the display picture of the saree being sold from other sellers (Studioayana), whose quality is far superior. This means that they are tricking the Indiarush customers to buy a product by putting up a superior looking photo, stolen from other pages.

        Also, Indiarush doesn't credit the money back to our bank account. Instead it is credited as Indiarush's store credit, which forces us to buy some other product from Indiarush again.

        I feel really cheated and I wish the following actions to be taken, which they are refusing to do as of now.
        1. Indiarush owning the fee for the return of the product
        2. Indiarush crediting the amount we spent to our bank account.

        I request the consumer forum to take necessary action immediately and stop this site from selling products with fraudulent details.

          Maine saree kharidi jisaki kimat Rs1794 hai. Lakine photo aur actual saree me bahot different hai. Aur return karane ke liye pic up facility nahi hai aisa bol raha hai... Aur paise bhi return nahi hone vale hai... Aab aise item ho kharidane ke liye to be koun shopping karega iss site par se...mera to woqt aur paisa dono bhi barabad ho gaya... Logo se aisa khilvad na kare khuda se daro thoda to... Don't cheat...

              This is the umpteenth number of time that I am trying to contact the customer care. Your phone number is never picked up by anyone. I received a completely different product than what I ordered. I have already submitted the photo of the defect on the returns section of your website, but I still get mails asking me to do the same. I received a message saying that I will get a call, but I haven't gotten one yet. It's been 5 days.

              If you people cannot keep your back end updated and keep sending mails for updates from me, then I will have to move the Consumer Court because of your pathetic service. Kindly get in touch with me in earnest, or else I will have no other option.

              Looking forward to finishing this return as soon as possible.

              I have sent the product 7 days ago. I have also uploaded the photo of the courier receipt in the return request. How long does it take you guys to update something? Will I get a refund or will I see you in the Consumer Court?

                      They are trapping customers and you can't get refund even if product is not good.

                      I have ordered georgette lace work pink & yellow plain saree - nx137
                      Order#[protected] which was a replacement and they denied to pick the order. Then i shipped it by my own and still there is no update.

                      They are trapping people with very poor or no support. Please help

                        I bought a lehanga and fabric was not as promised. Hence, returned the same within a week with additional 450 courier charges since they don't have a pickup facility for same location where they delivered it within 2 days of ordering. N number of mails were sent to me to provide courier details to track. However once i couriered and shared details there was no reponse. Its been 2 weeks that i couriered and i have nnot received any update and no points credited to my account. I called customer care twice and they always say it will take 2-3 days. I had to pay 2k for worthless lehanga and then courier charges and still waiting to get points credited. Horrible experience with indiarush. Would not recommend this website to anyone.

                          I am sorry to inform that this company is an absolute fraud and cheat. I have returned the product but repeatedly i am calling on their customer care number but getting no response.
                          Firstly they sent wrong item after that for returning i am getting so mad to just connect with them. Now the product i have returned and the money is with them and i don't know what should i do?
                          Such fraud they have taken the money and the product and there is practically no way to get connected with them.

                          Now do i have to visit reg office in delhi to get back my money.

I want to return it now, i am trying to call customer care getting no response, i have mailed 2-3 times you say will revert in 24 hours... I am going to complaint it to ceo mr. Rahi jain now.. It was my first order from indiarush and had a very bad and disappointing experience (The product was not upto the mark and now problem with returning it...                               We were seller on www.indiarush.com.our name is perfect shopping. Brand name is shopping queen.
                              We were selling women's ethnic wear on it. So we receive payments after we receive orders from indiarush.com and payment term written on agreement says that sale made from 1st to 31st of any given month, payment of them shall be made on last day next month. E. G. Payments of orders of 1st jan to 31st jan shall be made on 28th feb. But payment was never made on time. We have all the payments pending from feb. We registered complaint earlier bt paymnt of feb is made partially. March and april pending still. They are not replying us on email as well on phone calls. Please see screenshot of emails as well as agreements.

                                I was ordered saree some 25 days back order number is[protected]. But saree was worst with dirt marks and low quality. So I returned now I want my money back to my bank account because I won't trust India rush because worst products. I don't want to order any thing from India rush. I called customer care three times they will tell with in three days money will be refunded but till now I have not got my refund to my bank account its almost one month over. I want my money back.

                                  I have placed an order for two kurtis in which i got 1 order number for both.
                                  The quality of the kurtis was poor, hence i raised refund and the deliver guy took both the kurtis, i have mention on the slip that i gave two items where i need to sign on the pick up slip.

                                  I got refund for 1 kurtis, im being following up for another kurtis, where i'm played like a ping pong ball.

                                        Placed saree order online ( Poly Silk Printed Yellow & Pink Saree - P117) which we received through order #[protected], but quality of Saree is not worth Rs. 973/-. we have also paid shipping charges too. Courier Person didn't co-operate and didn't allow to open while delivering the despatch.
