I ordered for the purchase of a saree from the online portal indiarush.com on 24/06/17. Details below.

Delivery date: 28/06/17.
After it was delivered, I found that the saree was not of the same quality as being shown in their online portal. I have raised a return request with them regarding this too. I had to bear the expenses for returning this item safely to them.
But subsequent investigations in online pages like facebook reveals that they have stolen the display picture of the saree being sold from other sellers (Studioayana), whose quality is far superior. This means that they are tricking the Indiarush customers to buy a product by putting up a superior looking photo, stolen from other pages.

Also, Indiarush doesn't credit the money back to our bank account. Instead it is credited as Indiarush's store credit, which forces us to buy some other product from Indiarush again.
I feel really cheated and I wish the following actions to be taken, which they are refusing to do as of now.
1. Indiarush owning the fee for the return of the product
2. Indiarush crediting the amount we spent to our bank account.
I request the consumer forum to take necessary action immediately and stop this site from selling products with fraudulent details.
