I bought a saree through online from indiarush.com on july 4, 2017 through cod, it was polysilk multicoloured printed saree - ez257, order no[protected], item no-851559, invoice no-i[protected]d8b,
Sir, i returned that promptly according to their specification of packaging, because the quality was too poor comparing its price. I e-mailed to their site but no action has been taken so far from their end.
On the pick-up receipt the numbers written was[protected]/arnitretail - dfs (851559), that is the pick-up receipt no and order id i guess.
I need a replace/refund of the product purchased by me soon.
Please help

My order no.[protected]. I had returned this product due to size issue and had requested me to allow me to select some other item of same price, product was collected in 1st Feb.2018. I was informed once product reaches supplier I Will get update within a week and then I can select other product. But no update. Kindly check .
I ordered blue colour Shivangi joshi lehnga worth rs. 799. But today I got 4 pieces of clothes in a parcel from kiteshop in same price they r fully trash nd rubbish. I need my cash back otherwise I will complain in consumer court . It's a serious warning. ### this site .
We ordered[protected] Saree items 1140417 and received found different colours according to order colours, we not like this saree please return saree

    Dear sir,
    I had placed an order on 27.09.2017, order id:[protected] and the expected delivery date was 04.10.2017. I wrote and even called the customer care to kindly deliver the product before 04th as i am leaving india on 5th oct.

    I canceled the order on the night of 4 oct as the product didn't reach to me as per the delivery schedule. On 5 oct i was not available in delhi. When i checked my account it shows the product has been delivered to me. On 6oct i wrote and i requested to customer care to kindly clarify the things and process the refund against the product.

    On 11th oct, i again wrote a mail narrating everything again. But no response from indiarush. Again on 16th oct i wrote a mail and requested to at least bother to reply the customer.

    On 16oct i have a received a response "we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your case to our concerned team, we will try to resolve it at the earliest".

    On 20th oct i have a received a response "we would like to inform you that as per courier update the product has already been delivered and for the reference, you may check attached proof of delivery".in this list against my name, 2 persons have put their signature which is not readable.

    On 21st oct i again wrote that when i had canceled the order why the delivery has been made? Secondly, why the courier person didn't call me before delivering the product to an unknown person? Thirdly, when nobody was available at my place why the product has been handed over to an unknown person?

    But i have not received any response to the queries put by me. After several correspondences and writing several times to customer care finally i have a received a response on 7th nov as "we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we have checked with courier company and the parcel was handed to your warden of narmada hostel. Please check with the warden as she has taken the product and same has been confirmed by our courier team."

    On 8th nov i again wrote my address is 1015, narmada residences not narmada hostel. I am not residing in a hostel. It is my request to collect the product as i don't know anybody in the hostel. I also requested to arrange the pick up of the product. After reaching india on 18th nov i called several times regarding this issue also communicated my contact nos through the mail and also to the customer care executives.

    On 27th nov through customer care executives i had a word with courier person and explained that he has delivered a product to the wrong address. After that, i received a response "as we had a word with you, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded this case to our concern team and they will be notified you as soon as possible.".

    After this mail, i have not received any response from indiarush team. It has been two months the indiarush team is neither able to answer the queries put up by me nor replying to me.

    Sir, this is the second time i am experiencing trouble with indiarush. Kindly sort out the matter and also the dates and correspondences can be verified.

      The sarees supplied are poor in quality and the look colour combination totally differs from the ad on facebook.in facebook ad nowhere written no return/exchange. Though i attached the pics of product as shown in ad and that i received but your executives are adamant to justify that the product is same. Really disappointing i will never buy from you and discourage others to buy from you. The quality is poor. You are not doing business but making a fool of public.

          Although with a credit policy on return, every other shopping site transfers the amount in the bank account on request.
          What I ordered has made me not to ever shop from indiarush again.
          They refuse to transfer the amount. now my 2k bucks are stuck.
          Regrets to shop on this site.

            I don't know what are your terms and policies, but i need to return this order no.[protected]. The order was costing rs.1825, and you have taken rs.1875. The fabric of the product is poorest. This was first time i ordered from indiarush, and my experience is worst. I need to return this order and refund my money in my account not indiarush account. I will not be shopping anymore from this site. I want my money back.

                  Hi,

                  This is regarding my complain about order #[protected], i have raised more than 5 complaints on their site, receied only single call on 15 sept stating that payment will get clear in 3 working days, still no refund has been made.
                  They are closing ticket /complians without resolving the issue, i heard india rush never do refund of money, their product quality is very very cheap.
                  On the name of silk they are selling curtain clothes, such brands should be closed asap, as they are fraud, who's policies are made not to follow.

                  I am putting this complaint so that i can get my refund of 1650 inr, returned pick up on 17th august, till date they have not refund my money. Also they representative never give any clear information.

                    My mother order one item for me order placed at 5 feb 2017 & order delivered at 11 feb 2017 & the product quality is so cheap and low quality. So we raised the complaint to return pick up at 13 feb 2017 & order picked up at 17 feb 2017. After picked i have mailed to india rush same email address at 18 feb 2017 for refund my money & called to the customer number they said after we received the product, to check the quality and other thing after we refund your money at india rush account. 24 feb 2017 they generate my india rush account and refund my money. They do not send the money at my account and they said you have to use this money in between 6 month after six month money will get expire. After some time ago 8 april when i do the order and see there is no money at my account so i have continuously get in touch with india rush team and send mail and also touch with phone call at daily basis. They said first conversation that they have not received the item, they i have replied that you sleeping earlier that is policy first you check the product then you refund back & second time they said product was incomplete then i have replied my order is one piece gown and courier person was check the full gown then he picked up. Third time they said you (Customer) send the wrong produced and i have replied the same. They are fraud people without inform me they deducted my full money. After long distribution again they mailed me and send the msg they again refund my money at 19 april 2017 and still know waiting for my respected money. I haven't received my money they done big fraud with me they cheated me.

                    I'm waiting for my respected money as India rush mailed me that 24 feb 2017 & 19 april 2017 that they refund my money but still refund is pending. I want my money as well as. Many of times I was called the customer care but unfortunately no result I got.

                        The saree sent is tore and poor in quality, it will tear completely if pulled a bit.The plastic within which it is packaged also seems to have cut by some sharp object and the saree is also tore in the same place where the plastic is cut and the design of the cut in the saree and plastic is same

                          I have bought saree worth rs.1589. After the products reached, the quality of products is not good.. I got amount credited into dashboard. I need my amount back into my bank account. But not in indiarush account. I want my money back.

                          Besides, the customer service is the worst. Never phone numbers work, waiting in line to talk to executive. This is not fair from indiarush side. Iam so embarrassed with ur site. I want my amount refunded into my account and executive should call me. Or else i am going to complain legally.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,

                            Mu order no #[protected]
                            I have ordered three products and the same has been returned by me 11 days ago due to the size issue. But i haven't received any acknowledgment from indiarush.

                            I called several times regarding the issue but no one ever entertains the call. I haven't received any mail from indiarush confirming the receiving of the products and the processing of the refund amount.

                            Kindly refund the amount of the products returned by me.

                              Really bad service. Have to be hold for 15 min just to get in touch with customer care over call. After 3 follow up mails n 3 long calls also no resolution to my query.
                              I want to return the saree i ordered as the quality is very bad, it has lace in place of border, def nt how its looks in the image.
                              Aftr a mnth of following up they say it cannot be exchanged!
                              Not happy at all! I recommend not to buy anything from their site.

                                This is with regards to the trailing mail of order no.[protected] it's sad to inform you that i have not got any response from your company regarding the status of refund of rs. 1199. Nor got a refund in my bank account. As mentioned before your customer care support services are pathetic. Tried reaching you on your customer care no. But failed as usual nor getting any response from your side through emails. Also wanted to how could you update the return process as closed before processing the refund to bank account. Request you not to help me waste my time unproductively regarding order no.[protected]. Else legal action would be definitely taken. Request you to revert back as soon as possible.

                                    I bought a saree for rs 1794 from indiarush. But the quality was very poor and its actual price comes around rs 300 but their rate was 1794. The saree material quality i got was different from that of the image they displayed in their site. It was cheating. Since the quality was poor i returned the product but i didn't get the refund. Now they are not responding.
                                    They told that they will refund the amount after they receive the item. But no response after several mails.

So, keeping one saree for myself, i returned 5 sarees back. So i followed all the process and submitted pickup receipts images too. I got amount credited into dashboard. I need my amount back into my bank account. But not in indiarush account. I want my money back.
