I have ordered red semi stitched georgette suit but they sent me the blue unstitched cotton suit. I have returned my product on 13th october. After that i called them 4-5 times and also sent mails, but they are saying we have sent you the cash you'll receive it in 2-3 working days. But it is now more than 20 days, but i didn't get my cash.

Every time they are making excuses. I have already sent them the all required details.
The quality of the product was very poor and they are making excuses to make a refund. From the last week "received with slip" i can only see this status there.

    Hi,

    My wife purchased a Kurti with order number IndiaRush.com : Query regarding Delivery of order #[protected]. We have been trying to call the customer care and mailed them thrice for the product to be returned because it was not we were expecting but to no avail.

    We called them numerous times but they just keep on promising that the pick up will be arranged in next 48 hours but it is still not done.

    Request you to kindly take some action as this is not ethical business.

      I ordered one product, a suit, sea green colour and I got some other colour which was not at all good.
      I raised a complaint at '[protected]@indiarush.com' and i have been following up since 4 days. No one responds.
      I tried contact Number [protected], but either its busy or its switched off. No one has even tried to contact to ask what is the issue.
      Is this the kind of service these people are providing.
      In case I am not getting any reply or call from them I am going to take this matter to consumer court.
      Worst ever online experience that i have faced.
      I'll post on social media and wherever I can, to make people aware about this fraud site, fraud owner.

        Order number[protected]. I had ordered a lehenga from indiarush, but what i received was a totally different piece. I had immediately returned the item, which has been received by the seller. But i have not got any confirmation regarding the refund. The amount has not been refunded in cash or as credits. The policy assures refund in some way, but they have not been responsive so far. The customer care number is absolutely useless. No one picks up the phone. And no one has replied to the emails i've sent. This behavior is just ridiculous. And if i don't receive any confirmation for the same in a day or two, i might have to take some serious action.

            I am waiting for a refund on a saree since august 2015!!!
            The saree was on order # 10012314. The saree (#1016) has been returned by me. It was returned in the same package with another saree (From the same vendor). The vendor claims to have received one item but not #1016. Indiarush was having computer problems when i was trying to process the return. On phoning them i was asked to return the product anyway and send indiarush an email asking them to refund the money. After several promises made by the staff from indiarush i have still not received my refund.
            The case complaint has been elevated but i have yet to hear from them.
            Could someone please let me know what is going on???

            THIS HAS TO BE A RECORD - Waiting for a refund since August 2015 - order number is[protected]. I was missing a digit in the order number. I am sure if you WANTED TO you could have found the order number from my name or typing the given order number, even though a digit was missing. My mobile number too should be in your system. I am not going to publish it here. I have written you guys almost 100 messages (emails) and I don't know how many times I have tried to call you unsuccessfully.
            Do you see the common denominator in all your complaints? - POOR QUALITY, REFUND NOT ISSUED, CAN'T GET THROUGH TO INDIA RUSH. ... what kind of a business do you run????

              I had my worst ever online shopping experience with indiarush.
              Order #[protected]

              Product received yesterday.. Totally disgusting... Y do u have to take the pain to send that crap to my place.. Please immediately pick that up from my place and get my money refunded asap in my bank account.
              I ordered it for my bday and u guys totally spoiled the occasion..

                  I had ordered a saree on indiarush which i received around 18th Oct...Due to quality issue and a huge difference between the item(the one which was on d website and the one which i received) i made a request to replace and asked for refund.i attached the receipt too which the delivery guy gave me after picking the item frm my place...its been 5 days now...neither i received any call back, messege, mail or refund

                    I am Hardik from HVD International. I have started selling on India-rush since July 2016.

                    As per there payment policy, For all delivered orders between 1st to 30th of any month payment will be released within 45 days but since i have completed 81 days but not getting any payment.

                    Two days before i contacted payment team of Indiarush he said me that on 20th October 2016 he will pay July month payment and in 28th October 2016 but now no any payment received and also not pick up call.

                    Also if courier pick up not done by courier company then he charged 200 rs penalty to seller while product value is only 150 rs and also this is not mistake of seller if seller does not have product then why he should generate manifest??

                    I think the website is fraud, as its not making merchant payments, or as a courtesy, reply is expected.

                      They cheated me ... they have sent me poor quality of clothes and very dull color ... I request them for returning of dat dress ... they told me to sent that back to them .. they will return my money in bag within 15 days but now almost 2 nd Half 2.5 months are over they even not receiving my call nd not giving my money back ... they didn't give me any response at all

                        I have faced these issues for 3rd time. So please try to resolve these issues immediately within 24hrs.

                        1. Although COD is available for the items (which I have saved in my cart) but during placing the order COD option is not showing (Internet banking/debit card/credit card - these options are showing)
                        2. When I placed the order through online payment, money debited from my account but in this app it showed me payment unsuccessful.

                          I have order green poly silk suit there are lots of stains on suit and bottom. One sleeve is stitched colour of all the three pieces do not match with each other. I have already send the email for it along with the attached photos with request reference no. 145452.

                          I want to change more over the customer care no its busy.

                          Do letme knw the next step and resolve this.

                            I have ordered a product on 1st October from Indiarush online shopping portal but the quality of product i got was pathetic, it was totally different from the product which i have seen on website. i confirmed it from Customer care before ordering that if in case i don't like the product whether i can get my amount back in my Bank Account or not and they confirmed me that time that you will get your amount in Bank Account if in case you don't like it. i have returned my product 1.5 weeks before to their representative but still i have not received my amount and whenever i call on customer care their number is busy.

                            Yesterday only they responded to my call after trying to call them 20 times a day and now they are saying that they only have replacement policy not returning policy. They are playing with the customer's emotions and money. and i am tired of calling them 20 times a day . Infact i asked them to make me talk to their senior but they responded so rudely and said they do not have call transferring facility. So why the hell they have opened this site.
                            I have complaint through email as well but still have not received any answer from them.
                            I want my money back. my amount is Rs 1270 and my Order number is[protected].

                            I would request Indian Consumer Complaint to please help me in getting my money back .

                              Hi, I received a wrong order and on return after several calls and attempts, the courier picked it up. I got store credits. But how can I trust the website again? I need refund. I do not want store credits. I want the money to be transferred to my bank account. I had sent an e-mail asking for the refund. Also, I was forced to check on store credit as there was no refund option available. I had mentioned that in my comments section. I do not trust the website again.                                 Hi Team,

                                I have ordered for red and brown combination Georgette Saree but what I recieved is plane white torned transparent clothe. if I call to customer care there is no response at all they don't pick the call. This is what you people give service. shame on you guys. you should not break trust. I want my cash back I'm not going to buy any products from your site and I suggest the same to my friends and also I comment the same in social media as well. Have a courtesy at least to attend the customer calls. Its embarrassing and disgusting.

                                      I have placed an order in India rush on Feb 2016 #[protected].

                                      I have returned the product and they too confirmed the same.

                                      They told that they would be refunding the money as credit stores ie 1149 r.

                                      Its been 8 months and they have not done it yet.

                                        I ordered some dresses from Indiarush.com however due to the degraded quality of the material I decided to return them the very next day. Since then all I have been doing is followup with Indiarush. They are asking me upload the receipt of courier and when I arrange for the courier, he never shows up. He passes my house but does not pick up the courier package. I have sent so many emails but in vain. I got an apology email from their CEO Rahi Jain as well but no action was taken after that. I can submit more details if needed.
