I have not got my money in my bank account till now also more than 1 month is going to b over when i m talking with there castumer care so they were saying that the transaction is in under process sir u only tell me transfer of money or any transaction will take minimum 2to 5 min n maximum 24 hr sir this fake company was doing transaction from more then 1 month n that could not be done till now also so my request to u that plz solve my issu regarding my money back in my account.

    India rush seller service is so bad they hve not cleared my payments since february month's orders and now im getting email stating my account will be suspended as they r not willing to deal with resellers..

    Before suspension i want all my payments to be cleared..
    Pls help my resolve the issues

      I have ordered one product on 5th May 2018 and had returned the product next day itself. And now it's almost two months. They have not credited the money yet saying that bank account details are not correct. When this issue came for the first time, I have sent them the scanned copy of first page of cheque book. And again they are saying that bank account details are not proper. I don't know what they are up to.

        Hi,

        This is 3rd time I am complaining about Indiarush.com / Arnet Retail, we are continues follow up with this company, they people only giving commitment to us but not paying from last 7 months (Dec 2017 till date). (total 7 months), I am small seller, if we are not getting our payment every month then how we will survive? how we will run our business? Indiarush.com / Arnet Retail has harassing vendors by not paying of there monthly dues, our shop name "Shree Mauli Creation".

        There is no any responsible person for our issues in Indiarush.com, no one is pickup calls, no one replying our emails, even director ignoring our complaints.

        Please help us to get payment as early as possible, we hope there are lots of vendors still waiting for there payment from last many more months, please help all o[censored]s to get our money.

        This is fake reply, from last two months they are telling us that they will pay, They paid in the month of May (dues of Nov 2017) after that they are only giving commitment from last two months, I kept all communication record with me, they fails to fulfill their commitment, I got threat from Mr.Amrit Sing on email ...i.e.(If you want payment then be polite and wait and also its not her it me who hold the payment and it will only released only if you be polite and silent or else do whatever you want !!)...

        Now we are going to take this with higher authority, this company is fraud company, many vendors has withdraw there products from this company website due to non payment of dues.

        Hence necessary action should be take on this company.

        Yet Indiarush not responding, they just telling they will pay, but not giving any payment date, also this company acquiring new vendors for selling their products on Indiarush and not paying to all old vendors, whose payment pending from from last year or two, again they will do same thing and new vendor will suffer and this company will enjoy on vendors money, kindly take any action on this company so that they will clear our dues.

            This is in regards to an online dress material purchase (Order number#[protected], from the their website on 6th june'18 & the same was delivered on 11th june'18.
            The order has been duly returned to india rush, in impeccable condition & also within the due time lines. However, till date, there has been no response, from india rush, either regarding return of money or related credits etc.
            This is a clear case of manipulation & cheating by the organization as they neither return the customer's money on return nor any communication of any kind for the customer money which is blocked. Communication to the company is only returned in vague responses with no clear reply from the organization & suddenly they will also close the complaint.
            Strict legal action needs to be taken against the organization is this is a clear case & manipulation of customer money blockage with no refund in any manner & no response from the organization.
            Also punitive action should be taken against operative procedures & intents of such organizations!

            This is in regards to an online purchase made on india rush website on 16th june'2018. As per the committed timelines of website (Also attached), the order was confirmed on 16th june, was to be shipped on 20th june & was to be delivered on 22nd june'2018. However, on inquiring the status with the customer service team & raising the concern, as the order was not even shipped till 22nd june' 18 as per the website, the compliant was responded by mentioning the compliant has been forwarded to the concerned department & later closed without any due intimation of status. There is no information from the organization on order delivery status & repeated reminders are being responded by vague replies & no clear delivery status / date etc.
            The money is blocked with the organization & seems like a case of manipulation & deceit by the organization!
            Strict legal action needs to be taken against the organization is this is a clear case & manipulation of customer money blockage with no refund in any manner & no response from the organization.
            Also punitive action should be taken against operative procedures & intents of such organizations!

              I placed order of green gown on 31st may. Order id[protected]
              Till 7th june i didnt got courier... I called on customer care, they r saying ki aap ke side se return hoa hai on 4th june... Which is not at all possible... My mom and stay at home whole day... So its not possible ki lock laga ho. And second time this thing happened with me... U put product on return on your own...
              Now you will say why we will do this and all that...
              So let me tell you and others reason behind this... Aap ka product jab out of stock ho jata h tab aap lug ye karte ho... Over booking ke wajah se aap manage ni kr pate... U guys r lier... Nd aap ko sharam ni atti apne customers ko jhutt bolne m... Cancel khud krte ho nd bolte ho return aap ne kiya h... Shameless people

              After I complain I got no call from you..
              I got a message which says,
              Hi, your order[protected] item RK Onlin.. of amount Rs. ##INVOICE_TOTAL## is Out for Delivery. Check your mail for details.
              Maine socha chalu atleast dey care nd problem solve kiya...
              I tracked the order... It says at 11:21 friday, order is out for delivery.. I waited while day at home... Till 10 pm no one came ... After that I tracked order again... Now it says at 9 pm, bad/incomplete address...
              Mr/miss owner of indiarush stop playing bad games with your customers..
              First time you gave reason ki aap ne order return kiya... Second time m aap ko mera address hi ni mila? First time m aap ko address bhi mil gaya tha and maine return bhi kr diya tha... Right? Second time m aap ko address incomplete nazar anne lag gaya?
              Aap ne basically socha ki complain aii h... Order out for delivery ka.msg bhej dete hain... Baad m koi aur reason de dengay.. Tell ur staff mr/miss owner Atleast reason ton valid diya karu..

                After continue follow up with Indiarush team, they are not responding to emails or phone calls, phones are ringing but they are not picking calls, our payment pending from Nov 2017 till now, they people are talking arrogantly, saying that they don't need sellers.                 We always give preference to seller when it comes to any issues they are facing. Though it is quite possible that phones sometimes were not picked but it has never happened that revert has not gone or done to sellers whether in the form of calls or mails.
                If there is a delay in payment it has been informed and the reason why 2000 sellers are still working with us !!
                I would request to share the details of your company so that payment will get released if any outstanding left !!

                Who is the replying authority ? now i will file case again your company in Mumbai High Court, how unprofessional people you are, above reply is 500% fake reply, I am attaching email communication with your company, even screen shop giving in this email.

                "We have spoken with Mr.Amrit Sing...he is arrogant, Ms Charu (handling seller accounts)...she never response to our calls (her number is [protected]), your customer service team has not concern with us, they says we have restrictions, so we can't help you. Your CEO...do not have there hold on management...keeping him in cc...he not bothered to intervene, Ms Aarti...no response to any emails, Mr.Mukesh ([protected]) promised me that company will pay us on 18th of May 2018...but yet not a single penny has transfer in our account, neither any responsive email from your side."

                Even today I was call to Mr. Amrit Singh on his mobile number, but he has not pickup my call not reply my emails, Ms Charu...seller Ac manager, we called her many more times from different mobile numbers, but she did't respond, her colleague told that this is her personal number and she is on leave now...disgusting all...

                Hope serious action will be take against such company who harassing poor vendors, if they are not able to do business then wind up the setup and pay to vendors.

                  I ordered a lehnga on 7april, got it delivered on 16aptil 2018. The quality being very cheap, I raised the return request. I had to bear the expenses. They have not provided any contact no of seller to give it to courier company. Till now I. e. 11may 2018 they have not updated my return. My courier guy says the parcel is received by them and he has provided me the name and no too. I called India rush 4times out of 4, 2times they said courier is received and 2time not received. They are not giving me no of seller, they are not updating my delivery status, they are not providing any refund. In short, they are not genuine, they are careless fraud people.

                  Also, Indiarush doesn't credit the money back to our bank account. Instead it is credited as Indiarush's store credit, which forces us to buy some other product from Indiarush again.

                  I feel really cheated and I wish the following actions to be taken, which they are refusing to do as of now.
                  1. Indiarush owning the fee for the return of the product
                  2. Indiarush crediting the amount we spent to our bank account.

                  I request the consumer forum to take necessary action immediately and stop this site from I buy g products with fraudulent details.

                    I had 864 credits in my india rush account. The india rush customer executive suggested me that in stead of ordering anything (Which i didn't want to do), i can get those refunded in my bank account.

                    I agreed. And he raised a ticket for the same.

                    It's been more than 2 months since i am following up with the india rush people, i received no good response. They are just saying, "my request is under process and i will get the refund in 5-7 business days once initiated."

                    I really wonder if 5-7 business days means waiting for more than 2 months!

                    Kindly help me out in the same.

                          Hi,

                          Never purchase anything from india rush website. This website is a fake website and the sellers registered with them are also fraud.
                          I purchased a grey colour lehenga worth rs 3358 with order no :[protected] from this website on 11th april 2018. On getting the parcel when i opened it up to my shock what i recieved was torn bedsheet and rags.
                          I contacted the customer care and they assured me that they will offer me a resolution and take back the wrong product.
                          After that twice the pickup executive came and returned without picking up my product. Afterall the troubles and nuisances i faced, india rush now claims that seller sent the right product.
                          They dont have any proof but just claiming that the seller sent the right product.
                          I feel so cheated and this is a major fraud group that is operating. The seller earns money by sending torn clothes to customer.
                          I heard that customer is the kingping of any industry but here this website is looting all the customers by all their means.
                          I plan to make all the prospective customers aware of this fake website and will put this message accross all the social media to make prospective customers beware of the website and the seller "srk".

                            Dear team,
                            I had ordered cloths with order id[protected] from indiarush.com

                            The product was completly different from the one shown on website interms of color & quality.

                            I initiated return request but indiarush is forcing me to get the return in form of credit points rather than money. I dont want to make future purchases then why should a firm force customers to only provide option of return in form of points.

                            Kindly look into it & get my money refunded in my account

                              I am a seller at indiarush as penny lanes since january, i have already filed a complaint regarding this matter but not got a solution . I am giving it another try, they are now not paying there sellers as i also did not get paid since january. They have to pay me for month jan feb and march . They do not reply for mail or any calls, kindly provide a solution for this

                                Hi,
                                I am a seller at indiarush as penny lane and its been three month. While joining the company they told me i ll get paid for my product sold at the end of each month then i joined in mid january, then they delayed it then mid feb then march first week, then they gave me a window of 45-60 days i waited. Then they said march end i ll be paid. As that has not happened yet so i complained, nai w they are saying it ll be done by 5 to 10 of april.
                                I am getting a idea that are not in a mood to pay me soon. I need this problem to be solved asap please
                                I have complained to management and the director of the company about it.
                                I am not getting any response now

                                  I want my cash back, i ordered saree of Rs: 1825, and it is not even wroth 400rs.
                                  Customer care is not picking up my calls.

                                  Image shown and product received is way too different. I want my cash back. they havent provided facility to get cash back.
                                  I dont want to ever order anything from their site.

                                  Worst website, be aware guys.
                                  Dont ever order from there.

                                    As saree was not of good quality so I have return the Product back.
                                    As per review of India rush.com most of the product are of low and wanted my money back to my account.

                                      With due respect it is to intimated that i had booked a ladies kurti & pazamma as imaged on line but on receipt of the ordered product it is deeply regretted that the product is of inferior quality and this witness clear cut intentional loss to customer as per customer reform today i had conversation with mr rajneesh and he apprised that the product will be collected within two days & payment shall be refunded immediately before i approach indian costumer reform for cheating i morally want to inform the incident to settle ity on priority and in future such cheating should be completely stopped hoping priority action otherwise i shall approach customer reform for cheating please.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that in had placed an order for two items (Sari) one of them has been delivered but unfortunately i haven't received the other item till now. I have mailed on 31st jan at 11.45 till now the issue is not resolved. No one is even bothered to reply or call. Thousand times tried to call the customer-care but no one picks up the call.
                                        As this was my 1st time i ordered and had horrible experience. I will share this with my friends and social media.
                                        Took the full amount and send only 1 team. Nice way to cheat. Very very disappointing as a brand.
