I send mail for my refund amount to u. one call come to me and want my account no i told him i dont know u r u employee of indigo or not then he misbehave me on call. Then i send u again a mail to misbehaviour. then another call came to me i told him too i dont know u then how can i give my personal account no details. sir, i again request u to dont call me again for this enquiry. again another call come from mob no [protected] and he want to know about tmisbehave. i told her about every thing then he also misbehave me and said me phone rakh tera amount abhi block kar dunga dhundhta rahega. this is the way to talking any customer . I want my money back in the same account where he is from credited .

    I complaint to u for give my refund amount of cancellation of ticket, one call came to this mob no [protected] and he want to know my account no i told her i m not give u my account no then he said me that i m talking to indigo airlines. i said her i am not knowing u how i can give u my account no so he misbehave me and he cut the phone. i said him that check your status where u receive the amount of booked ticket, so please credited refund amount in the same account. why i am given u my account details.       Dear sir/madam I availed ticket namely Mayur Kumar Chaudhary booking reference no GBQGND dated 10/10/2015 from Varanasi to Jaipur. But due to some personal reason i cancelled my ticket on 09/10/2015. Ticket was cancelled on same day at varanasi airport and staff of your company said me that refund amount will be send on your account in 07-10 working days, but there is a month to go my refund amount will be not credited in my bank account. I speak to your customer care she said that your refund amount is credited in your account on 09/10/2015. Truth is that my refund amount is not back in my account. She said me check ur account and i said to her i checked my account today too. Refund amount is still pending at ur end.         Hi, I want to share a very bitter and most ridiculous experience with Indigo Airlines, Bangalore which happened in my travel by Indigo 6E 394(Bangalore-Delhi) on 6 Nov 2015. My flight was scheduled to depart at 6:15pm and I reached the Indigo check in counter just 45 mins prior to departure i.e. 5:30pm. There was a long queue at the counter and since I had to check in my luggage, I asked the lady at boarding pass counter to check in my luggage soon for flight. She initially said they can't do as i'm late but then as I already had the boarding pass, they asked me to carry the baggage to cabin. Till here it was fine. But then their Senior Manager Mr.ALEXANDER pitched in and said that since the luggage is of more than 7Kg, they won't allow me to take it to the cabin. I said I will pay for all the luggage more than 7Kg but still he was adamant and did not allow me to check in. Inspite of requesting repeatedly, he did not listen to a single thing. That's how he made me miss my flight. I had to travel from Delhi to Lucknow also by train which was scheduled for 11 pm at night which also got missed. Then I asked him for the options for going to lucknow directly by flight for which he told me about the flight for next day. For that he said that I will have to pay Rs20, 500 as per the current ticket rate. He did not reduce a single penny from this ticket and from my previous ticket which was booked in Rs4500, he deducted Rs3200 for late onboarding and other than this, he charged all 18K bucks to me. Main point here is, I was not allowed to check in just because of my hand baggage weighing 3kg more than 7kg. I was ready to take out some stuff also to reduce the weight to some extent but still they did not listen. We all know that people carry all big trolleys also to the cabin and at this moment when I was missing my flight just because of this reason, airline people should have the courtesy to give importance to passengers than luggage. Each person is allowed to take 15Kg+7Kg handbaggage then was it such a big issue for this manager for restricting me from going in the flight and that too when I was there at the counter sharp at 5:30pm. We can understand now how indigo is earning money by cheating passengers. A very strict action should be taken for such people like Mr.Alexander(working at Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore) at managerial positions. If you cannot satisfy your customer then there is no point of topping the list of Airlines. Indigo found a good way of cheating people and earning money by taking advantage of the passengers weakness when he has no option than to board the next available airline. Then A further update on Indigo airline by which I travelled finally on 7 Nov 2015 6E 146 from Bangalore to Lucknow. The flight was delayed by 1hour 5mins, boarding also started just 20 mins prior to departure. What happens to all the rules now? And when I asked the staff members that can I cancel this ticket and book a new ticket in some other airline then she said this ticket cannot be refunded or cancelled. What the hell is this now! What if someone has strict timeline for some work! Passengers have to understand all the concerns and when it comes to passengers then you don't listen to any of their problems. Isn't it ridiculous and most pathetic way of cheating passengers!!! Appreciate your prompt action on this. I have attached all the necessary documents. Thanks, Nimisha

        There should be thorough investigation of this matter by checking the video recording at the airport because the people at managerial positions like Mr. Alexander are big liars and big cheaters. They are filling their pocket by earning like this from passengers.

        I want the whole refund of my ticket.

          My self Keshav a=Agarwal and My friend Rajesh Mishra had booked IndiGo Flight 251for Oct 28- with Confirmation #RGEY3B New Delhi DEL to Gauahati GAU 5:35 AM -7:45 AM. We checked in at counter around 4.35 a.m. on 28 Oct 2015 and Mr Gaurav was there. He told us there was 20 kg excess luggage and we would be charged Rs. 250 per kg and we said immediately we would reduce luggage and give to dirver and with 5 to 7 minutes we did this and he took our ticket and meanwhile we were adjusting luggage he started checking other passenger inspite of knowing we had 5.35 a.m flight and as our turn came he said we can go to other counter with one of the boy who keeps luggage to other counter and we would get boarding pass there and when we reached there we were told that counter had closed and it was 4.57 am and we cannot board the flight. We were shocked to hear this as Gaurav never told as anything and he purposely did this knowing the fact that after 4.50 am check in would be closed. When we went to manager he said he could not do anything now and when we said it was fault of Gaurav and not ours he can check with him why he delayed us. When we went to the counter Gaurav was not there someone else had come. We were told to wait for cancellation for next flight 6E 743 at 7.45 am or 10.50 am flight. We were told to wait till 5.45 a.m as cancellation happens two hours prior and then status can be ttold. Mr Gagan Deep was the manager and till 6.30 he said the flight was full and he would try to get us flight to Dimapur because we were to go to Dimapur after delivering lecture at ST Clares School Gauwhati to Dimapur. At 6.55 he called us and said he has made arrangement in flight 6E743 with seat number 13 A and 13 C 7.45 a.m. flight and we would have to pay Rs. 3200 per ticket as cancellation fee and when we resisted he said okay pay rs 2250 and since we had no choice we agreed to pay as there was hardly any time to argue. We left for Gauwhati where we were not allowed to deliver the lecture as we were late. We missed flight because of Gaurav and then we were charged Rs. 4500 for fault of Mr. gaurav and we lost the contract we might have got after the lecture from the school.               Hi Indigo Team, ,

              Last Friday (30th Oct, 2015) I was travelling from Bangalore to New Delhi, flight No. 6E-122 and PNR No is V7RUKP, I dropped my luggage at baggage check-in counter. When I landed at New Delhi Airport (IGI) and received my luggage in different condition. The side zipper of bag was totally damaged) I don't know what they have done with my bag. Now it totally waste for me. Please find below attached image and Boarding pass for more details.

              I Think it was my first and would have been the last travel with Indigo. I have informed my company that going forward please don't book Indigo flight for any of the employee. As they can't take care of our baggage. The customer would have lost their important things Who will be going to answer them.

              When I reported the complaint at New Delhi Airport what I heard from them is (Sir we are really sorry will rape your bag so that you can easily hold it). They didn't even try to raise a complaint. That time i was in hurry because i wanted to reach my destination to catch connecting train.

              Please do the need full.

                I took a Indigo Flight 6E878 from Mumbai to Bangalore for my workshop. I was carrying a portable amplifier with me for that purpose. The ground staff did not allow me to take in in the cabin baggage. I told them it is expensive and needs to be handled with care. They said they will put fragile sticker and it will be alright. After reaching Bangalore when I got my luggage, to my dismay It was broken. When I contacted the ground staff there one lady called Netravati gave a very cold response saying that 'we can't do much about it Sir'. This is not expected from an airlines which boasts about its service.
                I want to lodge a serious complaint and want the refund for the loss from the airlines. I now have to hire a PA system for my workshop in Bangalore. Indigo needs to pay for all this.

                  Dear Sir, This is to kindly inform you that Self Mr.fekchand naktu Patle booked the ticket of indigo Airlines for date :19/11/2015. from Muscat to Mumbai and ticket been confirmed from your side. As due to urgency self thought of changing the ticket date on 11/11/2015.due to insufficient balance in my card it could not able to processed and result showed decline.hence my plan for travelling changed again to 19/11/2015.accordingly i have applied for leave in my organization. on Today i.e.05/11/2015, Self thought of reconfirming the ticket date from your online chating indigo representative.Your representative informed me that my ticket been changed already on11/11/2015. I received ticket from your representative today i.e.05/11/2015 confirming for 11/11/2015 from indigo and when i checked my ATM Card there is no deduction been done for the change in date. Here, my concern is 1)Why does your representative kept quite till i discussed with them? 2)Why my tickets date been changed where the charges itself for changing been not processed. 3)Why i have not received the ticket if it is changed on the same day? Now, Can you please take a note of it and help me to issue the confirmed ticket on 19/11/2015instead of 11/11/2015.Attached here with the tickets for your information and necessary action.                     I have to travel from Vadodara airport to Delhi airport on 08/11/2015 at 06:55 pm. Airline delay the flight with 25 minutes. So I need alternative because it's their fault not mine they said if you cancel they will pay 914 and i[censored] want alternative then they will charge 3700. So I don't do any thing. I booked my ticket with make my trip so I search on their app on mobile they showing if you cancel they will refund 3083 rs so I insatantly cancel my ticket but they refund only 833 rs.                       I had booked an #Indigo flight from New Delhi to Vadodara for journey on 2nd Nov’15. Flight number was 6E 702, to be departed at 5:45 am. I started from my place at 3 am just to catch the flight and be able to attend the office on time. I reached Delhi airport before time; had enough time to do check in from a kiosk at the airport itself; did security check in on time; around 5:15 am. Seat number allotted was 16F. (PNR – TF697U) It was around 5:30 am and still there were no announcements of #Indigo flight; nor was there any information on the display screen. Anyhow, I went down to the gate number 19 from where I was to board the flight. On my way to the gate from 1st floor, my boarding pass was rescanned. I reached the gate and found a queue, so I waited behind to let the queue clear. Unfortunately, while I was waiting for the queue to clear, I didn’t realize that it was a queue for gate number 18 which is obviously adjacent to my gate. I still had enough sense to confirm with the #Indigo staff near queue at gate 18 and she informed that the queue was for gate 18. I quickly moved to gate 19 and it was 5:40 am. Still 5 minutes before the departure. There were 4 more passengers who had reached a few seconds before or after me. But gate number 19 was closed and the staff at gate 19 informed us that we had missed the flight. We all were very upset and requested the female staff to let us go as there still was some time. She kept repeating one statement, that you have missed the flight. She had an agenda to waste as much time as she could by engaging us in meaningless argument. Same thing happened when we asked her to call her supervisor. She didn’t call him straight away. She shouted at one girl to call him, who in-turn again shouted. After a good 3-4 minutes, manager came. But now it was officially 5:45 and nobody could do anything. It clearly showed the indifference on part of #Indigo staff. Even after when the manager came, he proved himself completely useless and wasted more time by just arguing with all o[censored]s. Now after telling the complete scenario, I need to raise a few basic questions to #Indigo: 1. When we had a valid boarding pass, and had gone through security check, that means we were at the airport, then why did the flight leave without us? 2. When other airlines like Spicejet, Go were all announcing their flight departure details and even calling out to passengers who had not boarded on time, then why can’t the same be expected from #Indigo? Don’t you care about the passengers who fly with you? 3. Let aside the announcements, there wasn’t anyone at the gate to call out that the final boarding is going on and nobody could call our names. 4. Why isn’t your staff cooperative? They are not polite, but at least teach them to behave well with customers who pay money to buy tickets. 5. I had to buy a new ticket, spend an extra Rs 4300 on that. Missed a day of work. I need to be compensated for that. Tell me when and how? We get the tag line and brand motto of #Indigo that ‘On time is a wonderful thing’. But on time ‘without passengers with a valid boarding pass’ is a pathetic thing.

                        I have paid for two passengers named - monika sarkaar & debankur sarkar for the round trip fm mumbai to ahmadabad and ahmadabad to mumbai for 10th nov 2015 & 13th nov through net banking fm corporation bank trans id is ecrp[protected] on 3rd nov 2015 also got message fm bank on mobile it has been debited. But indigo call center person are saying they have not received any amt & the tickets are on hold till 10th nov morning 6 a. M. Or else i have to do again the fresh booking. The flight is at 7. 50 a. M. It is a total fraud case and harassment for the passenger and they are not refunding my money amount of rs. 7148/ - . Please do the needful as early as possible.

                            With PNR no. G2K95L I have modified the date of Travel from 25th Oct 2015 to 23rd Oct 2015. When I went to Airport at Pune the Indigo Counter informed that there is no ticket in your name. I was shocked as through Make My Trip portal I have paid all the balance charges R.4911, to modify the date and how it can happen. I was having an Important meeting and thus I booked another ticket in same flight from Pune to Kolkata on the spot. It was not only a great financial loss but I undergone through severe mental stress. Please look into the matter and refund all the money to me. Such mistakes should not happen in future.

                              Ibhad booked abticket for dubai on 11 Oct 2015 which I could not board because of ecr stamp on my passport but they told me that within 24 hours I can reschedule my flight I had called the customer care number within 24 hrs that is on 12'oct 2015 at around 1.00 pm in afternoon then he asked me whether about my travelling details I informed him about my new passport issuance and he said ok sir then call me tomorrow for confirmation I told him to book Sunday ticket then he told me that u please confirm and tell me tomorrow then I told fine the next day I again called him at around 2.00 pm and again thrice at 3.30 pm on same day that is 13 Oct 2015 thenat first call they didn't speak to me properly and next time they were just transferring my call but didn't reply properly I just want an explanation o[censored] cannot reschedule then don't promise to do so and please refund my amount as wrong information was from your side and today I went to book a ticket again there I had atalk with Mr.mathew who said that that if I mail u my problem then u would refund at least some amount .please sir it was wrong information from your side that caused a problem to usfor reference I am giving my booking reference no ODCEYN flight no 6E61

                                Hi, I was booked two ticket for Lucknow from flight 6E 522 in morning and scheduled departure time was 10.05 AM.It's an emergency journy due to death of close family member. My booking reference no was R4VZ3V. I reached at airport just 09.32 AM. Ur staff denied me to issuing boarding pass due to late entry. I'm just requested to its urgency for me even clearing him regarding death of family member. But they are very rude and not cooperating with us. Finally I was not attend funeral of my close buddy. Just due to rude and unethical behavior o[censored]r staff. Tell me whats solution for me.

                                  I had booked ticket from makemytrip through indigo from Delhi to Singapore via chennai.But when i reach chennai indigo Staff Arpitha has cancelled my ticket flight no 6E-53 from chennai to singapore dated 03 oct 2015 .without any valid reason, I was having the hotel booking at singapore Parc Sovereign Hotel – Albert St Sun 4/Oct/2015 - Sun 11/Oct/2015, 1 room| 7 nights and having good amount in my account and having three credit card also . She harassed me a lot .she keep me waiting for 3 hours for my bag only and shouting on me, Why you are going to singapore .everyday i am sending mail to indigo for refund of my cancel ticket but they are refusing to giving my refund .where i was too much harassed by her at the airport infront of many people, at late night at chennai going here and there with my luggage . Even next day i have went through other airlines Air india on same documents, even immigration staff also not asked other documents .i want the total loss of my money for the next booking :INR 12, 206.00 +7000 for singapore hotel for one day +5000 in chennai hotel and local conveyance . I wanted to lodge the complaint against indigo for the harassment Amount Rs .100000 and cancellation of my flight and loss of Rs 25000.

                                    DDear Sir/ Ma'am, 1. I booked an air ticket of IndiGo airlines online via their website on 13th October 2015 from Delhi to Pune for Indigo Flight number 6E 135 for 19th October departing from Delhi at 1025 hrs. I made the payment from online banking of SBI with the transaction reference number IG0AVJAVQ2. The booking was done on 13/10/2015 at 10:59:32. I have this knowledge by the confirmation message from the SBI. 2. However, I never received my online ticket from IndiGo. On 16th October I mailed IndiGo regarding the same. On getting no reply I asked a friend to call up at the IndiGo customer care. In the telephonic conversation IndiGo airlines accepted that the transaction had been made but due to some technical fault my ticket couldn't be generated. They promised that I would be refunded with the complete amount within four to five working days. 3. I insisted on getting the ticket done for the same price as it was three days since the time I had originally booked the ticket and the prices had gone up in three days. 4. I was told that it couldn't be done and that I would have to get a new ticket. Having no other option I relented. 5. On October 17th I received a mail from IndiGo asking me to produce the reference of the transaction made from my bank. This was after their customer service personnel had promised for a complete refund the previous day. 6. I replied to the mail exactly after six hours fifty minutes providing the asked information. 7. I did not hear from IndiGo for the next three days. On 21st October I received another mail from IndiGo accepting that the transaction was indeed made from my bank and that they have initiated the process to refund the complete amount. I was promised the same on 16th over the telephone. 8. It is 26th October now and I have neither heard from IndiGo nor received my money. I mailed them again on 24th enquiring the reason for the delay. On receiving no reply I called up the customer care and after hearing my grievance I was again promised that I shall receive my money within four to five working days. 9. My complaint is that after accepting that they hold my money without providing me the promised service on 16tOctober, why is it taking so long for IndiGo airlines to return it. 11. I am aggrieved by the sloppy service of IndiGo airlines in refunding the amount despite accepting their fault ten days back. This has caused mental stress and harassment as I had to change my travel plans and now I am forced to run from pillar to post to get my money back which is causing me further agony. 12. Thus, I request for quick redressal and damages for the harassment caused. Regards, Vivek Yadav.

                                      To The Nodal Officer Customer Complaint, Indigo Airlines Sir, With reference to the above, we have the honour to bring to your kind notice the following sequences of happenings that took place on 25th October, 2015 at about 8 pm in the LGB International Airport, Guwahati, for your kind information and necessary legal action. That, we were coming from Goa to Guwahati by flight no. 6E 619 of Indigo Airlines with PNR 06JU JC with 9 nos of baggage bearing no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] having EQ as 0141. That, after taking 8 baggage from the belt, we noticed that 1 baggage was missing. We immediately brought it to the notice of the staff of Indigo Airlines who were on duty at that time. After 20 minutes, we got back the missing baggage from one Mr. B. Chakravarty. By the time we got back our missing baggage, the Taxi stand was empty. The staff on duty took the responsibility of such misplacement and allowed to go Mr. B. Chakravarty. That, now being stranded, we demanded the Airlines staff to transport us to the city as there was no taxi in the Taxi stand and we missed the taxi service not because of our fault. That, at this point, who were hitherto responded positively and promptly, some of them, suddenly started behaving offensively, rudely and in an irresponsive manner. They were so callous and harsh that instead of showing sympathy, civility and politeness, they accused us of beating Mr. B. Chakravarty, taking photographs by us in Airport premises without permission. They terrorized us by alleging that we wanted to shoot Mr. B. Chakravarty. They threatened us to call Industrial Security Forces to throw us out of the Airport premises. They tried to divert the issue by any means. Eventually, we had to leave the airport when the staffs begun using abusive language putting the lights off. It was done without the assistance of the Indigo Airlines staff by way of managing taxi with the help of one local youth. In view of the above, we request your intervention for the following issues. 1. Does the staff of Indigo Airlines at LGB International Airport, Guwahati have the right to play up with the dignity of women who were put to distress, agony and wretchedness not because of our fault but because of someone else’s sheer, absolute and utter negligence? 2. Is it not violation of dignity of women which has been enshrined and guaranteed by the laws of the land? 3. Does the Airline authority has no role to perceive and oversee the accurate dispersal of baggage of the passangers in the airport? 4. What is the role of the Airlines authority in case of aggrieved women who were put to distress and danger in night due the act of the negligence of the staff of the Airlines as the staff allowed Mr. Chakravarty to go by saying that it was the gaffe and mistake of the Airlines ? 5. Are the acts, as stated above, being not considered as acts of criminal negligence of duties, indiscriminate behaviour to women against which women are protected under the provisions Indian constitution, mental torture and foul use of language punishable as per IPC? 6. Are the acts of Airline being not the violation of contract between the airline and us as per the provisions of Carriage by Air Act, 1972? As per the act, the airline is liable to pay compensation in case of delayed baggage and our ticket is an evidence of contract of carriage between the airline and us as per the said act. We request you to cause an enquire into the incident and take appropriate action and let us know about the action so taken.                                         Due to flight delay missing the next flight but the airline did nothing even without arranging for flight, food n accomodation . how can the airline turn a deaf ear when pleading to arrange for the customer satisfaction. Will surely lodge a complaint to consumer forum
                                        From chennai indigo flight was suppose to take off at 7.55 am up to kolkata but it was delay by one n half hour. And from Kolkata to reach imphal, take off time of jetairway is around 12pm. As indigo is already delay the flight from Kolkata is also miss. When complaining the matter to both airlines they did nothing even the basic need. No refund, no arrangement for flight, no accomodation n nothing. Booking new ticket is the only option to reach the destination.please look into this matter.thank you
