Amount deducted twice but not refunded back

I paid the fee for rescheduling my flight as I missed the same on 3rd July, 2015 from Mumbai to BBSR. I did pay 1200 INR cash and 2127 INR through Card. First time the transaction was unsuccessful, followed by a successful one. But my account got Debited twice. When informed about the same to the airline person, she told that the amount will be refunded back to my card. But Still I didn't receive the amount. kindly look into this....

cargo delivery at delhi airport

For Not allowing to on board.

The airport manager not allow the passenger on board even there is an 40 min time for the departure.And the tickets is booked just before 2 hours for the journey because of an emergency And even in that passenger one person was aged person and also was sick from this reason they got 5 min late for the check in time. This is the worst situation had faced by the passenger as well as worst job done by the airline. Thank you for your support...

Incompetent staff

FEEDBACK I have always chose to fly with indigo. But this was my worst experience ever. Th staff is incompetent and unhelpful. If this means business only, I would prefer choosing another flight. According to the consumer rights I am going to put up a complain. And just to inform, be prepared to receive continuous calls till I am satisfied. Flight not caught how ever boarding pass issued
