It is to draw your attention that i had booked ticket from Kolkatta to Guwahati for today 7.12.15 6E 623, PNR noHEFH3U but unfortunately i missed flight because of misguided by customer call center agent.Today when i was getting late to catch flight i call two times from 5.12 to 5.25 a.m you check recording, this morning for current status of flight, that official said that flight is right time so i requested him for check in he told that it has to be done before 2 hours so again i request foe cancellation of my ticket again same reply i has late not possible.By laws of airlines i also convinced that i am late i have bear pain, but i shocked to see at display board that flight 6E 623 to Guwahati stared boarding at 9.o clock while time of flight is 7.00 am.this fight was delayed for more than two hours, but information center did informed me neither no any message, i was at ticket counter at 8, o, clock also .official present there she also did not tell me about delay of flight i requested her for refund she told me i can adjust for next flight onl yat 12.40.fight due urgent official work i took jet connect for Rs 6598 much more expensive.while that time flight 623 was at kolkatta boarding was not started, i may boarded flight but due to lack of information i missed the flight.That is financial as well as mentally harassment done by your officials. one thing more again i call to [protected] at 9, clock that official asked me to complain this we will look it.
Now it is request pl refund my full amount and alert your officials for correct information to be provided to customer in future.
Hope you will take it seriously to further not to go to legal notice by me.
