Hello sir, I need to cancel my flight from chennai to indore which has been scheduled on 19 dec 2015 because of bad weather condiotions in chennai. I have been already departed from chennai on 7th dec becuase of flood, on an urngent note. Can you please consider my genuine reason for cancelation and refund me back the whole flight amount ? PNR : R5C5GV please look into the matter and revert back soon.

    FEEDBACK: PNR is A43WKI- 6E 502 09Dec. I had a pathetic experience in your flight. Food was cold and not upto standard and my new bag for 10000 is now torn which I took a month back. I want a replacement for my bag. You can see that tag are still there on bag and I have travelled 3 times with air india in the month of November and December but nothing of this sort has happened. This is the first and last time I have travelled with indigo. I will also urge with my company to not do any booking via indigo. Call me @ [protected] at the earliest.

      Airlines: GoIndigo Passenger: Ayush Bagla Flight No.: 6E 169 From: Delhi, To: Mumbai PNR No. : X8BW7M Date of Travel: 06-Dec-15 Ticket Booked Through: MakeMyTrip I had done a web checkin for this flight, and hence had to report 30 minutes before flight departure as I just had hand luggage. I met with an accident on the way, still I reached 35 minutes before i.e. 3.25 PM at the security check. There were some issues at the security check because of which I reached 20 mintes before at the last gate from where we board the bus. My friend was also travelling on the same flight and he told me that he is still in the bus when they told me that the flight had departed. He had also informed them that I would be coming in 5 minutes. But they did not let me go, even though I had the boarding pass stamped by security and everything else. Then they told that they would adjust in some other flight and adjust the cost of this ticket. They asked for Rs. 8834 for the new flight while it was also available at the same rate online, which means that they did not adjust anything. I tried my best to ask for justice but all their staff were as negligent as they could be. Moreover, during my flight from Mumbai to Delhi (PNR O5875F, 4 Dec), the boarding gates opened 5 minutes after the departure time and people were allowed half an hour after departure time too. This is clearly a means to cheat customers and take extra money from them. Please look into the same and take necessary action.

        Gentleman, It is indeed astonishing to observe such an irresponsible behaviour of the personnel of Indigo by my wife Vijay Lakshmi Pandey who boarded the VNS-HYD flight via Delhi on 9th Dec.2015. Her seat no.is 15D. Flt.did reach a bit late at Delhi i e by 7.30 p.m.thereafter the irony began.VNS passengers were made to wait for more than 3.00 hrs.without any information.My wife was literally confined for more than 3 hrs.without any food etc.When I reached Airport to receive her around 10 p.m.I got a call from some fellow passengers mobile that Flight is yet to take off.Needless to mentioned that her mobile battery got exhausted.Thereafter, I contacted one Director of Indigo Mr.Vipin Maula at his mobile [protected] to know the actual status, besides calling my other relatives and friends to know the actual status and I am thankful to the Director who reverted with info.that flight may take off at around 10.30 p.m. My relatives also calle me and informed that due to non availability of Pilot, flight could not take off.You were waiting for the flight to come from Mumbai to take this aircraft off.This is height of improper planning and negligence that too for the passengers of Mumbai, who were wrongful restraint for no fault of theirs and they were made to starve without food or water.courtesy demanded that they should have been treated properly with right information and by providing some food and water. This calls for proper explanation besides refunding the fare with a token compensation of Rs.5000. I hereby demand the same which must be paid within 10 days failing which I shall be compelled to knock the door of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for ends of Justice.           I booked flight from Mumbai to Bangalore on 10/12/2015. Flight time was showing as 8:25 PM departure. After booking, I got a call about delay. Is this a way to cheat a customer? Because still If I go at https://book.goindigo.in, I am able to see same flight with same time 8:25 PM, there is no delay mentioned. Customer Care person told that its because of IT issue. When I called customer care and told them about emergency to Reach Bangalore by the same time. They asked me to go with earlier flight. 7:00 PM but I have to bear cancellation charges and differences.

            I had booked an indigo flight 6E275 of 03 Dec 15. My booking reference was WGS5SE on 08 Nov 15 for Rs: 8808 for myself, my husband and my infant child. A day before the date of travel, the Chennai airport was closed and it was informed when we called up customer care that we may either be refunded the amount or the flight will be provided on another day. But both o[censored]s belong to Defence forces and my husband had to reach Coimbatore to be able to go for relief operations in Chennai. So we requested Indigo to give us the ticket for the same destination on the same day via Mumbai . But the indigo staff denied to do this. After calling and chatting multiple times they provided us with only ticket till Mumbai and we had to pay Rs 8, 754 for onward journey from Mumbai to Coimbatore on the same day by indigo airline 6E363. My booking reference for the same is U6WT5C. I am feeling cheated as despite of travelling on the same day, using the same airline, tickets being available, the airline claiming in their website that they are providing tickets using alternative routes for passengers of flights cancelled by Indigo itself and booking my initial ticket sufficiently in advance, I had to suffer a financial loss of Rs 8, 754. I request you to intervene so that Indigo airline does not involve in unfair business practices like this in future and if possible refund this financial loss incurred to me due to unfair practice by the airline staff. Natural calamities and passenger despair should not be used by private carriers to make money like the way Indigo has shown in this instance. I hope my grievance will be addressed.

              I had booked 2 tickets from Mumbai to Delhi for 4th December, 2015. As there was traffic congestion in Mumbai I reached airport at 16.05 hrs. The flight timings were 16.30 hrs. I was taking my daughter for her international and national competition and took pillion half the road to reach on time. The reprentative were heartless to hear and asked me to take the 22.10 flight for 26000/_ inspire of the risk taken on bike and reaching the airport was but in vain.                 It is to draw your attention that i had booked ticket from Kolkatta to Guwahati for today 7.12.15 6E 623, PNR noHEFH3U but unfortunately i missed flight because of misguided by customer call center agent.Today when i was getting late to catch flight i call two times from 5.12 to 5.25 a.m you check recording, this morning for current status of flight, that official said that flight is right time so i requested him for check in he told that it has to be done before 2 hours so again i request foe cancellation of my ticket again same reply i has late not possible.By laws of airlines i also convinced that i am late i have bear pain, but i shocked to see at display board that flight 6E 623 to Guwahati stared boarding at 9.o clock while time of flight is 7.00 am.this fight was delayed for more than two hours, but information center did informed me neither no any message, i was at ticket counter at 8, o, clock also .official present there she also did not tell me about delay of flight i requested her for refund she told me i can adjust for next flight onl yat 12.40.fight due urgent official work i took jet connect for Rs 6598 much more expensive.while that time flight 623 was at kolkatta boarding was not started, i may boarded flight but due to lack of information i missed the flight.That is financial as well as mentally harassment done by your officials. one thing more again i call to [protected] at 9, clock that official asked me to complain this we will look it. Now it is request pl refund my full amount and alert your officials for correct information to be provided to customer in future.                     Reference :- With respect to the ticket which is booked in Indigo airlines on 1st of December 2015 with PNR number G4C46MI on Indigo 6E-561. We have booked Indigo Airline ticket for the journey on 1st of December from Bangalore to Trivandrum in advance on a discount rate. The flight is scheduled to depart at 8.10 PM and we have arrived at Bangalore International Airport terminal on time (which is 45 minutes before the boarding time ). The ridiculous thing is the staff in charge refused to initiate the check-in process for our journey claiming that we were late. The disappointing and pathetic truth behind this agenda is that we have booked our tickets at lower rates. On the very next day the air ticket rate for the indigo airlines is tripple of the rate for which we have booked. They were ready to issue a ticket on the increased rate for our travel. We would like to take this to the attention of the higher authority (and consumer court ) which is a case that can be filed against cheating the customers. Dissatisfied and disappointed with the behavior of the staff in charge at the check-in panel.
                    Indigo ignore the passengers who report at the last minute just to be able to fly before the scheduled time. They also benefit as the passenger is compelled to pay the higher price on the next flight.

                      I tried booking indigo airline DEL TO COIMBTORE on indigo mobile app on 19.11.15. using SBI Credit card. Amount was deducted by citrus pay( indigo partner), with Merchant Order Number f8e4b4b73454c7cb953a1d6d4e2d Citrus Order Number CTX[protected] Order Amount 24537.00 INR Transaction Date and Time Nov 19, 2015 11:01:45 AM but booking was not done. since then i have contacted customer care multiple times with multiple complaint PNR generated by them every time.initally they told me that my money will be refunded within 48 hrs. yesterday while talking with Mr vishnudutt and complaint PNR No. KERSJH, i was been told that citrus pay has not deducted any money so it will not be refunded. i here by request you to look in the matter and sort it out at the earliest because its already been 15 days, we are going through this mental harassment and i am not at all satisfied with the way they are dealing with problems of regular registered customers.

                        Hi, I want to lodge complaint against Flight Attendant- Yashswani- Flight 6E 447 for unprofessional attitude and negligence of duty. Me (Pradeep Kumar Nair) with my fiance (Shradhha Singh) were travelling to Delhi from Lucknow by Flight 6E 447 on 28-Nov-2015. My fiance suddenly start coughing in mid of our way because of some immediate throat clot and it lasted for 5 min. As per your flight instruction i pressed call button but i was surprised to see that all 4 cabin crew were busy in front row of the flight and discussing a food product with another passenger. I was feeling helpless and every passenger near to me was looking at her, then some miracle happened and one passenger at my front row open the luggage compartment, took her bag out and gave us her own water bottle. After 5-7min. one cabin crew came to me and served the water, when she already was serving the water on front row of the flight. Now i want to know something about your service- Is it like all the cabin crew are allowed to roam around and can accumulate to single place to boost your sales or they are allotted to serve or pay attention any specific area of the flight. Secondly, what is your priority passenger health or your sales? Being the HR head in same hospitality industry i am sorry to state that your crews are not at all professional or trained as per the standards.                           I am sorry to bring to your kind notice that I travelled from Bengaluru to Kolkata on 11th NOV 2015 and booking reference YFBDGH. the baggage carried was damaged and the handle was broken and unable to get the broken part on arrival at Kolkata by the staff at the arrival hall . she confirmed that she has taken the photo of the tag in the baggage and assured me that I will be getting proper response with regard to the compensation for the damage and also the action taken by Indigo for ensuring proper handling. However, while arriving to Kolkata on 19th No and 29th Nov I contacted the counter officials but there is no proper response.                             I had booked a single trip from Lucknow to Ahmedabad with indigo airlines. For one trip I was alloted different PNR and boarding pass for Delhi to Ahmedabad wasn't issued to Me. Thier online web checking system was showing error all the time. From Delhi airport my flight departure timing was at 11:10am. I was in que for boarding and reached the counter at 10:35. They took my luggage n after few mins returned me by guiding to another counter. I was roaming in between the counters and manager told me that flight is already full. They didn't issue me boarding pass and asked me to take next flight and pay for it. Till evening they gave me lot of stress. Indigo managers in morning shift n other staff was very rude and not cooperative with me. I have booked my tickets well in advance 20-25 days prior then how can they say that flight is full. They weren't ready to refund me. I expect a full refund of my money or else I have to take legal action against airlines. It was very urgent for me to reach Ahmedabad before 1:00pm. Due to thier mistake I have suffered from huge business loss.

                              On 29th Nov, 6 o[censored]s reported at 9.35 for 10.00 am flight in Hyderabad to CHennai. We were not allowed to board the flight, the behaviour of manager at the counter Mr.Shamit (not sure), was rude. I think they gave the seats to other people. His Manager Mr.Rajkumar was polite but could not help us. They asked us to pay 43K more for the evening flight. When posted in twitter, we got the call. When we gave the PNR No., they could not trace our tickets. They promised to return the call in 30 minutes, without any additional charges, but not received the call till today. Reference -  Airline PNR Z6L84s / R PNR *N26744U* hyderabad to Chennai - 6E 311  Really unhappy.

                                Yesterday we reached at 13 hrs at goa air port for 13.55 flight for mumbai as while going to go there was luggage scanned and took stright to cargo n allow ed boarding however while return journey at 13.1o hours they told check in closed as scanning is essential they insist us for reshedule flight at 14 .40 hrs they that is your administrator. Made time pass and left no option though I m work ing as supertendent service tax mumbai if made announced our names we can board he deliberately not done the same n your organisation harras ed mentally n financial y waiting for your reply other we may start legal proceedings though I m your regular customer

                                  I booked return flight ticket on Chennai - New Delhi - Chennai sector for 30th Nov15 departure from Chennai on 6E487 and return from New Delhi by 6E443 on 11Dec15. Even seat selected 14A and payment made on website for fare Rs.8636/=as it was confirmed by IndiGo at the time of booking. Payment confirmed by Amex EzeClick vide Reference Code 162022 at 4:53 hours on 27Nov15. PNR V2PJTR Despite 6 calls to IndigGo call center, (including second one, a conference call set up by AmEx) to confirm payment received by IndiGo, a confirmed ticket has still not been issued. Repeated calls even to call center supervisors (Jyoti Rajan, Mohammed & Sahil) have so far resulted in repeated promises that they will call back to confirm in 2 hours after checking with Finance. But they NEVER call back. I just want ticket ticket issued for which payment was made for price confirmed at that time. (And further travel commitments confirmed) Also ensure a review by Civil Aviation Dept. of GOI to review such UNETHICAL PRACTICE of trying to extract a higher post-facto price by harassing passengers by demanding a higher price announced after a sale is done.                                     I had a indigo flight on 28-Nov-2015 from Hyderabad to Mumbai which was schedule to departures on 5:45 AM. I reached at 5: 20 because airport bus was late but I was denied boarding. I already did web check-in and had the boarding pass. There was no luggage except hand bag. Still I was denied boarding. I requested them that it is very important or me to board as I had a very important interview to attend in Mumbai. When I enquired about the next flight and requested to accommodate in next flight they said no. when I requested to cancel the ticket, they denied. I always use to travel by Indigo but now I will never ever take a indigo flight and let others also know not to travel by Indigo until all my money is refunded. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Hi sir/ madam, i have booked indigo flight pnr no.GCKW2K from bangalore to varanasi, as my 850 rs ducted while adding meals but i did not got any meals.as they told to refund money withinn 3 days, but its very much more than 4 days.but i still did not got refund of money.
