I have booked a return ticket for Mum-Delhi-Mumbai on 9th October 2015 a cancelled on 19Oct 2015. as per their rules I expected rs 3000/ deduction, but they have deducted Rs 700 extra on two diff heads, this is too much deduction. I lost almost half the money though I cancelled it well in time. why so much deduction?????? please help leela singh...

Booked flight from Hyderabad to Chennai 930 PM flight. I had reached the airport by 8:50. I had a connecting flight from Bangalore to guwhati via Mumbai...which is usual for most of the flights travelling to guwhati. Very very bad experience we had a flight 6E 315 at 6.35 am on 9oct2015 .we all reached the gate at 6.15am because second security gate had too much rush.
