Bad 😕 It seems that IndiTab has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.

My wallet is debited Rs 4999 but admin did not credit the same amount which I had transferred through upi .So my wallet is showing negative balance.
I can't do any transaction/ recharge because wallet balance is negative.

I tried to make a transaction of Rs 505/- to recharge the fastag on 22nd December for my car MH04-FZ2719 and immediately I got the failure message on your web page saying "Your payment is refunded" with Transaction ID [protected]. The Payment ID is same as transaction ID. I have not received the refund amount yet.

Data Recharge payment made of Rs 999 to my Jio number [protected] through inditab on 24th Dec 2021 at 11:05 am. The payment had been deducted from my bank account but not credited to my recharge account. It had also been told that the amount refunded to Inditab wallet, of which I have no access to use.
INDITAB Kindly refund the money straight to the bank account if not paid.
If not done then I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THE SAME CLAIMING IT TO BE CYBER CRIME AND AGAINST RBI DIGITAL PLATFORM MANDATE. ALSO PUBLIC MONEY CANNOT BE LOOTTED LIKE THIS IN THE NAME OF DIGITALIZATION.
