Dear sir,
I recharge for Rs 2879 on Jan 14, 9:27 pm but haven't received any recharge though money has been deducted from my account.
I will be grateful if you look into it and resolve it as soon as possible....

My wallet is debited Rs 4999 but admin did not credit the same amount which I had transferred through upi .So my wallet is showing negative balance.
I can't do any transaction/ recharge because wallet balance is negative.
I tried contacting customer support on WhatsApp but they read the texts but don't reply. It is being 2 days no1 assisted yet.
I am feeling like I am the victim of this fraud company.

I have done a fastag recharge for my car on 29.12.2021. The money got debited but the recharge failed. The money was added back to wallet. But that could not be used for recha again. Stil awaiting recharge....

My wallet money not initiating refund...

I have tried my fast tag recharge through inditab but due unknown reason transaction got failed & it is showing payment has been refunded in Easycash wallet. Iam unable to get my amount back. Please assist.....

I tried to make a transaction of Rs 505/- to recharge the fastag on 22nd December for my car MH04-FZ2719 and immediately I got the failure message on your web page saying "Your payment is refunded" with Transaction ID [protected]. The Payment ID is same as transaction ID. I have not received the refund amount yet....

I had done recharge from inditab on my jio number and money was deducted but recharge didn't happened till now and I had done payment with Googlepay

Dear Sir

I have tried recharging Rs 75 + GST to mobile number [protected]. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is unsuccessful as the sim card [protected] might become invalid.

Please arrange to refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.

I have Recharge to my jio number on 22nd December 5.58 am for RS.91.48 but I didn't get my plan to my number and not get the refund to my bank account..so please check and resolve it sir please please......

Data Recharge payment made of Rs 999 to my Jio number [protected] through inditab on 24th Dec 2021 at 11:05 am. The payment had been deducted from my bank account but not credited to my recharge account. It had also been told that the amount refunded to Inditab wallet, of which I have no access to use.
INDITAB Kindly refund the money straight to the bank account if not paid.
If not done then I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE SEVERE ACTION...
