I recharged my jio number from this number the amount is deducted from my account still recharge is not being done..has been more than 1 hour..help me out as soon as possible

      First I did a recharge for the fastag of rs1000 but the recharge got failed and the amount got refunded in indicash wallet. then I tried using the initiate refund option to get the refund on my bank account but that feature always showing the technical error. after that I tried to buy a Flipkart voucher worth 1000rs and this time also the transaction got failed but I didn't get any refund in indicash wallet this time.
      Now I want the refund in my bank account as soon as possible.
      please help me.

      Order Id for flipkart voucher- VDEAL[protected]

            I have tried doing recharge to my jio number [protected] this afternoon through your inditab portal and the money got debited from my account. But isn't recharged till now. I kindly request you to look into my issue and rectify it as quickly as possible.
