          Hi,

          I have recharged my fasttag account using your portal for 500rs.The amount has been debited from my account but my fasttag has not been recharged.

          Kindly look into this issue asap.Kindly credit my 500rs back to my bank account.

            I tried to recharge my jio mobile No: [protected] with Rs.75/- on date[protected] using debit card of SBI. Money was deducted but mobile was not recharged.I was wondering where the money was gone.I got an e-mail on date[protected] from India Tab telling that the money (Rs.75) is in the easy cash wallet and I can use it to purchase on next order. I was happy that I got my money back. I tried to recharge my mobile on date[protected] through easy cash wallet. It is shown that .the balance in the wallet is Rs.75/-. I was happy on seeing this. I gave all the details and submitted to proceed to pay. OTP was sent to my mobile. I entered the OTP and submitted. Then it is shown that the amount was used to purchase and the balance in the wallet is zero. I was happy that I got my money back. But to my surprise my mobile was not recharged again. Then I contacted on customer care phone No: [protected].Your customer care executive told that the balance in the wallet is Rs.75/- and I can use it to purchase. I am not able to understand this. However I tried again to recharge. It is shown that the balance in the wallet is zero and I was prompted to recharge using debit card. I am not able to understand the working of your system. I request you to credit the amount to my SB A/C immediately.Regards.

              Sirs,
              An amount of Rs. 401 . 14 was deducted towards recharge of my spouse mobile. Its un traceable. Company says they didnot receive it.
              Reference is Indtab Esolutions 110027
              dated 24th october 2021
              Please see that the amounted is refunded since the recharge is not done

                I paid through my credit card Rs. 2000/- on 12.10.2021 at 19.30 for recharging Axis Bank Fast tag. Amount debited to my account but reported failed. I didn't here till now about the fate of refund to me/my account. Please let me know the position. 52

                    I paid RS 1000 through this portal fir my fast tag on[protected] with transaction ID[protected]. But the amount is not reached with fast tag and hence I was put into hardship in crossing the toll gate and was made to pay penalty at the gates. I expect you to credit the amount of 1005 debited from my bank account to my fast tag and also compensate fir the penalties I paid at three till gates and for the hard ship I was subjected because of the failure at your part.

                            I was search online recharge in google and then i visit the site inditab.com and i do a recharge of ₹** and i get a otp code and submit then there was showing your recharge was failed and ₹** was charged in my bank account and i didnt get a refund

I have already complained through your website, but there is no response from your side. So, kindly do the needful to activate the plan or return my amount to the account immediately.                                       I have made my fastag recharge of INT 505 on 20th oct 2021 amount got debited from my bank account through upi, amount debit was succeful but after a minute it showed payment failed.

                                      I need my money to be refunded on immediate basis.
