Company is not paying back my security deposit even after several calls.
Their response and the way they are addressing my concern is not at all good.
Stop their rights to run these kind of company. While taking car, they are trying to be nice. Once we take the car, their response are very very very poor.
I called them several times, all the time, they are telling that owner is not in the town at all the times. Whether they are not doing any business if the owner is not there in the town. This is ridiculous. Also the owner/copmany is looking like a fraud.

    Our joint account was hacked through multiple ATM transactions between 14th March and 15th March.We did not receive any notification or SMS alert on behalf of your bank...but we had gone to the bank for some other work..and by the by on checking the account we learnt of the account hacking.We immediately blocked our account..filed a written complaint with the bank..as well as informed the police in a written complaint.
    The bank has provided us details of the ATM transactions which shows the location as Agra and they have asked us to file an FIR...which we will be doing as soon as possible.Apart from that, the bank has not done anything..no investigation...I want to learn the procedure to get my money bank since the bank failed in its service- of failing to alert me of the unauthorised transactions through SMS alert. I am copy-pastying the complaint that I filed with the bank on 15th March for the details.

    I, Javed Akhtar Khan, have a join account with my wife Brishti Khan in your bank. A/C no- [protected].Our account was hacked yesterday through multiple ATM transactions between 12 pm 14th March to 2 am 15 th March.
    》 I would formally like to register my complaint of my account being hacked ;total loss amounting to Rs.50000/-
    》There were 6 ATM transactions between 12 pm 14th March and 2 am 15 th March.
    》The only Debit card linked to this account was with me all the while.
    》Your bank FAILED TO SEND ME NOTIFICATIONS for the above mentioned fraudulent transactions.I visited the bank for some other purpose this morning and just happened to check my balance with the staff wherein I realised about the hacking.
    》I would have not lost Rs 50000, had the bank sent me notifications on my mobile( for which I am registered) and we could have stopped the transactions after the very first one.Hence I gather the bank is duly responsible for the hacked transactions.
    》I am in the process of filing an FIR with the police regarding the same.

    Hope you investigate the matter earliest possible .

        Sir Iam a resident of Suriyagandhi street, Poompozhil Nagar, Avadi, Chennai-600062.there are two apartments in our street namely SHAKTHI and RAMANI. Those two apartment residents are leaving thier bathroom drains opposite to the VACANT land causing stagnation of dirty water breeding mosquitoes and giving bad odour.Please consider this problem heavily and stern action may be taken at the earliest. Further I like to complaint about metro connection for drainage and drinking water is not given to our street. If it will not be given in future also then this stagnation of dirty water will be a permanant problem. hence please do the needful
        Booked a uber today. There is a huge traffic as parking fee gate is choked. The guys collecting fees behave like Gundas. It took almost 25 mins to cross the parking boom bar due to huge traffic. They chrged 55 rupees to uber and uber guy askig me. This is sheer harassmemt at airport..
        I have applied for PAN in the name of Ms. Jaiwanti Peters and transferred Rs.220/- through online. But have not heard so far from Parsh Tax Solutions. Tried reaching their office no[protected]. Please update status
        The main water line running near The British Oak Tree School, Mayfair Garden, Sector 57 Gurgaon Has been leaking for past four days which has resulted in flooding of service road and the adjoining vacant residential plots. the water has also spilled on the main road. the breach in the water main line needs to be attended to urgently.

            I have called, Nasik office more than 10 times but they are not given the response for my ICICI Bank courrier. They told to us I have deliver within 20 minutes but more than 3 days they are not given delivery for my doc. No. [protected]. ICICI bank SMS coming your address not found is the auto generate message, for Blue dart courrier. Requested pl. send the SMS correct instead of Auto generate message without delivery and contact. I have lost my important work.
            I am from Noida sector 52 arwali apartment . I want to complaint about a shop in house no 82 A arawali apartment ector 52 . due to these shops a lots o[censored]nknown people visited and do unlawful activities.

              There is total lack of service. The plastic cover was cracked by technician long time back. The part is free replcement under AMC. I have lodged numerous complaints and spoken to customer care and Managers including Mr Yadav, Nitin and others, no use. Total disregard for customer. Have written emails but no use. The cover should be replaced immediately . What causes concern is the complaint is shown as resolved every time I speak to customer care. Absolutely pathetic attitude

                            Hi i am p navaneetha my a/c [protected] as my previous atm card as it was going to expire on jan 2017 so sbi people blocked my atm card in the month of nov -2016 i was receiving messages from sbi saying that my new atm card has been dispatch on nov -07 2016, later after 10 days i received messages saying that due to some unavoidable circumstance they cannot deliver at my address so i need to collect it from branch. On dec 15 th i visited branch but there told they have not received it... I cal to customer care on 17 th dec about my status of my atm card they take my details ans simply disconnect my cal i caled 3 times the same day but always they take my details and disconnect the cal... To day 11.01.2017 i called customer care they simply take my details and disconnect the call saying there are not able to here my voice... Pls can and one help me to track my atm card

                                    I am Asish Deb from Karimganj. I am having Consumer No. CX10814073 with the DAS GAS CONCERN, Karimganj. I booked for Gas cylinder on 27/11/2016 order ref. No. [protected], Cash Memo No. [protected], Dt.9/12/2016. But the same has not been delivered till date. I lodged complain to IOCL vide docket No. 2867488 & 2867489. But no fruitful step has been taken by the Distributor till day. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. In the mean time, I have also requested to distributor by sending e-mail for early delivery of cylinder but they do not respond. I think that the Officials of Das Gas Concern may sell the gas cylinder outside. Pl. take immediate action.

                                      A week ago I read in Hindustan Times that KDMC and RPF shall jointly take the action to remove the hawkers occupying Railway Skywalk. You have also claimed the vigilance will be round the clock. I was really happy and sent Tweet congratulating the Commissioner and RPF for this action
                                      Today, 28/12/2016 at about 18.20 hrs I saw the entire skywalk is congested with hawkers and passengers were unable to walk freely. Is this the measures you have taken? I have written so many complaints in the past but regret no authority dare to remove the hawkers. I am sure your mission also seems to fail and the passengers have to bear the brunt and inconvenience as usual.
                                      If at all you take any decisions then the action must be implemented but don't give such false and baseless reports of your achievements.

                                        Few days back, an update message appeared, as usual i updated the mobile, from that day the functioning of the hand set is affected, it gets slow while changing of its functions, means it gest breakes. Today all the videos are not running in the player, message appears "encountered an unknown problem" before update everything was smoothly functioning. Please do the needful asap

                                          Sir, who had supplied new notes in place of old in crores to some personal/ places when there is a limit of withdrawing of few thousand only per day. Are bank employees giving the money or the printing press is involve in it. Is RBI has the knowledge how much new notes being recovered as illegal money. Request check banks there is no cash anywhere then how truck load new notes are being recovered from houses. Is press give the new notes to bank or directly to the house if through banks CCTV footage can be checked. Pls help the people. Thanks!

                                            Dear sir,
                                            I am a NRI and own Raw house no 2, Amar co-op housing society at Sector 3j, Airoli, Navi Mumbai and had our neighbors ( Raw house no 1) coconut tree tilted right on top of our premises.
                                            The coconuts regularly fall endangering the lives of general public. On three occasions recently the coconut have fallen breaking our roof and tiles( photo attached) but on third occasion one of our visitors narrowly missed the coconut that fell just in front of him breaking the tile due to its weight and gravity.
                                            The person luckily escaped unhurt and has lodged a complaint with us for unsafe conditions for visitors. Had the coconut fallen on the person it would surely have costed a life.
                                            We complained several times but it has gone on deaf ears. This time I explained to them the risk involved to someone's life but they think it is not concerning them and refused to cut the tree.
                                            I request the concerned municipal authorities to step in to do what it takes in the interest of safety of general public by cutting down the tree and not wait for yet another incident to repeat that could take one life.
                                            I am attaching the photos and look forward to your immediate action to make our neighbourhood safe secure for the residents and also general public.

                                                The departmental store at Thippasandra is not at all customer friendly. The staffs are arrogant and facilities are bare minimum. During peak hours and evening they work only one counter. Forget about variety, there are more products 'not available' than available including your own products. There is no parking space. Employees are ill trained. Resolving the issue is your problem, since many of my friends have faced similar issues.

                                                  I am a Govt pensioner getting more than Rs.50000/ as pension. I am 69 years old.I get my pension through PNB Mayiladuthurai. Bank says that the upper age limit to get a credit card is 60. prime minister asks people to use credit and debit cards to purchase house hold articles. If a credit card is denied to a senior person getting a monthly pension of Rs. 50000/ people will laugh at banking rules of our country. It is against the wishes of our Honourable Prime Minister.Will you take steps to do the needful?
                                                  I booked ola cab to go to lohgaon airport from mukund nagar pune on 28 nov 2016 at 5am.The booking was confirmed by ola vide crn[protected].The driver did not call .The taxi did not turn up. There was no message no phone. II had to rush and make alternate arrangement at 5 am which was a bit hard.I urge pune citizens not to rely on ola service.

                                                      Street light opposite 72 rachna nagar ward 58 po - govindpura is non functional. It's a tube light which is naked on the pole with starter hanging in air. Choke requires replacement. Not functional since last two months. Complaint logged at visit sakta govindpura. Requires replacement with sodium vapour lamp/ led lamp/ new tube light set.

                                                        It is found in the near past that the administration is not at all interested about the hygiene/safety of the students staying in the hostel. They are declaring their programs as example shutdown of hostel for puja vacation without prior information to the parent and the children found unsafe in this regard. Secondly in various occasion the students found insects in the food provided by the canteen engaged by the university and is also the food price is very high. The management is not taking any action against them. The management is not also in the touch with the parents in any matter if modified. They are doing monopoly.

                                                            Yesterday I went to CBE Jn. to see off my daughter by 11014 and was in coach B2.
                                                            I went to buy biscuit in the IRCTC Stall, near to Toilet, more precisely, near pole 2032.
                                                            The MRP was Rs 10/= and the person chared Rs. 15/=. When asked he said it is Rs. 15/= only. But when I showed him the MRP, he quietly returned the balance.
                                                            Why don't you do surprise check and take disciplinary action?
                                                            If this happens in IRCTC itself, there is no point in talking about abolishing bad practices.
