This is to bring you a notice of plenty of potholes in mumbai's streets (Roads) especially potholes in malad roads those are pathetic & its very much difficult for people to drive or travel on such roads. Tn 24ac4554, white hyundai verna, overtook me from the left and crashed into my vehicle. Driver had to be chased down but again slipped away. Initially, there were 3 members in the vehicle and when they realised that i was by myself they left the driver back and took off with the vehicle. The driver later slipped away when i took the car to the workshop. I request a compensation from the driver/ owner of vehicle for the damages and grievances caused.

Initially I was informed Vodafone to change my plan as existing corporate plan don't have data usage facilities, as a result I had requested to change the plan but it was informed that it is company managed and owned by company and paid by company. I informed them it is corporate plan not managed by company. It is managed and paid by individual. Vodafone did not correct in their website. I have left company on june'12, till date it is active and Vodafone not taking any action. Repeatedly informed that it is company owned and paid by company, so authorised signatories permission is required. I told them it is managed by individual but Vodafone is reluctant to take action. I have informed to deactivate the Sim from 1st july'17, but no action is initiated from their end. I will not pay any

its been 1 month i have applyed for but when checking status in website it says return back due to insufficiant address. the address which we given is correct there is no issue with it even we have enquired with local post office as per them no packages has reached to them in last 2 month with the name of Pavitra but post office tracking updates are wrongly updated in Post office website. pls re dispatch my card as soos as possible.

I used sbi buddy wallet on 01/07/2017 for my fee & amount deducted from my wallet n got this msg from sbi buddy too (Transaction successful! Rs. 755.75 has been paid to sbi mops for tid [protected]. Thank you for using state bank buddy.) but amount not received by merchant i paid them again from my other account. I launched complaints many time even mail sbi contact ceter but no refund till now. Kindly tell me what i do.
Whenever i called customer service they told me to contact directly on mail n in mail they ask always for compalint no. Where i have already told them the situations many times.

I am a resident of 18E/5A Karamat KI Chowki, Kareli, Allahabad.The drains in front of my house are blocked and there is water logging, which is attracting mosquitoes and flies causing unhygienic condition. It is also feared that during heavy rains, water may my house because of blockage in drains.

As such, Nagar Nigam is requested to make arrangements to clean the drains on priority.

I wish to complain about the high electricity bill charged for the month of may. I never crossed over 3000 in history of 7 years. I was charged rs.5913 for the month of may that i had no option but to pay!
It is believed that the staff took the reading very late, leading to higher consumption / slab structure and hence higher tariff.
For no fault of mine, i am forced to pay such.
I request you to make correction of this and refund the excess amount charged due to inefficiency in tsspdcl.

I am a customer o[censored]co bank, naihati branch was visiting branch from last 2week for updating kyc for my personal account, but whenever i visit the branch everytime they refer the other date by stating that form is not available whereas the form is available on desk but they keep it only for account opening purpose.

And people are taking leave from their work for the bank updating work but bankers didn't value their customer and misbehaving everytime.

And even they did not accept the online printed form for that and harrash the customer for every work​.

Kindly look into the matter and try to settle it on priority basis.
And also ask staff to behav like a man with customer.

My lpg distributor is sai seenu gas agency, chennai - 39. On my repeated request regarding the subsidy to be credited to my uco bank account is not done by the indane suppliers.
Inspite of the assurance and acknowledgement give by uco bank regarding my linkage of aadhar card, the above subsidy is not credited.
Last week i gave a return complaint which was sent in reg. Post to door no.500 annasalai, tynampet, chennai 600018, replied till date not received.
I would request the authority to take necessary action and solve my above problems so that my 4 months pending subsidy gets credited in my uco bank account.

I tried to make the complaint at “ indiapost.gov.in” the complaint form comes up but never submits.
At last i am trying your “s this office to help – hopping necessary action may be taken at this office.

I had invested in some private companies in the past and I was deceived by them by sending them money to release my payment.
Recently I was contacted by NPCI NDelhi office Mr. Gaurav Shrivastava (MOB: [protected]) and KK Sharma (MOB-[protected]) that they have a fund on my name of some lakhs which was accumulated on account of investment in some private companies. To claim this fund amount, I had paid them usual processing charges but now they say that I have to clear income tax/Surcharge etc on the fund and this was also communicated to me by one of Income Tax staff (Mr. Vikas Singh) at NPCI NDELHI office.
I would like to know if this procedure is correct and am I talking to right people in NPCI Delhi & not being fooled again.

Mobile no [protected] had fraud Rs 1500 promising to give photos of kayastha girl and family. He sent only simple 15 A4 size paper and took 1500 rs. It is not the matter of 1500 rs. It is fraud to people who Are poor and want to marriage some poor people. Kindly help. Its a big fraud. Name of fraud is Prashant Kumar Pandi From Deulasahi Tulasipur Cuttack

This trust is total fraud. By calling at noida number they connect to acharya and by providing birth details they explain kundali which was quite correct. By taking individual or caller into confidence, they suggest puja or havan for amount rs. 6690/. They assure 7 day puja and guarantee for all problem. After few hours they call and demand 35000/ as more problem in kundali, which requires kesar and eight metal sword. Falling to do they have to stop puja. Then they try to pressurise and trap caller by saying some amount trust will pay and rest caller should pay. By repeatedly refusing they try to convince. That's merely trap to extract more and more money from individual. This trust is fraud and cause harassment.

Hi frinds be aware of cheating by vendors oil bus stands. I went for my sister marriage to mahabub sagar. On my return journey from marital to hyderabad. Bus vaulted for 10mins in mahabub sagar bus stand and i went to buy pulpi orange from yagnesh virat cool drinks & dairy parlour. When i bought pulpi orange 500 milli liter bottle the mel price was 30/- rupees and he was charging me 36/- rupees. When i asked for explanation he told price got increased. When i saw manufacturing date it was march 2017. When asked why are u charging extra he starred arguing with as i was having short time i quit with him and took my bus. On his shop he put a display that all products are sold for mrp only. If consumer forum officials go through this msg kindly take action against him this people are cheating the poor people bcos they are not aware of this kind of cheaters
Any one can go and hv practical experience by purchasing any product. You will come to know the fact. Dont spare these kind of cheaters.

I narender madan, am a resident of b-5/29, sector-5, rohini, the building no b-5/27-28 standing by the side of my house is quite dangerous as the exterior tiles (Big in size) of the third floor are falling down, on 12.4.17 one of the tiles had fallen on my car, it had broken the front windscreen and side-glass of my car and caused several dents on the car. Sir, earlier also the tiles have fallen on my house and ground, people have escaped by inches, there is a danger of life as children often play over there and any mis-happening can occur. Therefore you are requested to take an early and strict action.

I had purchased my redmi 3s prime phone on 16th september 2016. That the phone gets automatic switch off. On 01.10.2016, 22.02.2017, on 06.03.2017 0n 16.03.2017 and on 05.04.2017, my phone;s mother board has been changed apart from sceen and side key. Still the problem persists.
The last time on 05.04.2017, i was instructed by the company to give my phoen to service centre and the guy replaced motherboard, on 06.06.2017, the phone again got automatically swittched off. I called the technician guy from the service centre who repaired my phone. He told that he is unable to solve phone probelm and told me to call the company.
The comapany after one week responded and told me to resend the moblie for service. They told me that they would talk to the technician but are lying, the technician told me that no phone call is recived.
These people are unable to solve my problem and hence, taking help o[censored]rs failing which i would be forced to file consumer compliant

I am a resident of H no-249, Trveni Appartment, near Vivek Vihar Thana, Jhilmil, Delhi 95 it's a matter of great concern for us i m Sr. citizen my bread & butter is my work . I have my own property House No-36, Triveni apartment some unknown people has been forcefully taken the hold on my property. I m shocked & scared against the situation which is totally against me no one is for me to help. I have called twice to 100 number but no action has taken yet to solve my problem. Day by day increasing number of illegal encroachments by unknown people being a Sr. Citizen i am not getting the proper help which is extreme discomfort and trouble. They have settled down in my property which is my saving and unauthorized.
On top of it, they have created an air of fear as they threaten the people who try to talk to them about their illegal actions.
It's a humble request from the authorities to take immediate action.

Kindly review the tax deposit by person with pan number adwpa7776j in name of ajay agarwal. His company is illegally showing the termination from november in various government places.
We have some feedback that this person & company is not paying tax and giving the salary cash in hand & be-fooling the income tax department.

He is still posted in present company which can be verify from his official visit both domestic/ international from passport or airlines during the period after november, 2016. Person appearing on website till march in corporate management till march, 2017 & till date in corporate presentation.

No water Supply at Adress B-1/208, Vikrant Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow for last 60 Days.
Complaint made on 26.11.2016 remains unattended. The complaint was done again after a month or so but neither there was any responce nor any remedial action.
there is a regular problem at this adress and Lucknow Jal Sansthan is not concerned probably on this issue

Company is not paying back my security deposit even after several calls.
Their response and the way they are addressing my concern is not at all good.
Stop their rights to run these kind of company. While taking car, they are trying to be nice. Once we take the car, their response are very very very poor.
I called them several times, all the time, they are telling that owner is not in the town at all the times. Whether they are not doing any business if the owner is not there in the town. This is ridiculous. Also the owner/copmany is looking like a fraud.
