Non connection of gas pipe line

We, the residents of DG-3 block vikaspuri, New Delhi (more than 300 residents) have applied with Indraprastha gas Ltd for pipe gas line connection in the month of June 2010 and paid an advance of Rs 6,000/-.

They have done only some digging work in the colony and after that nothing has been done. It is more than 4 months we have not heard from them the status of the connection.

I applied for a new connection with IGL through Future Fuels on 16/05/2010 Form No. 917772 and Receipt No: 101634. A large number of flats in my complex have been given connection, but whenver i ask the site incharge he says your name is not on list. I contacted the Project Manager Sh. Imposition of additional service charge

As mentioned on IGL’s Bill, an amount of Rs.5 has to be paid by those who make use of the Easy Bill outlets for payment of gas bills. However, the outlet at the Sector 4 Market of Dwarka is charging an additional Rs.5 (i.e. they are realizing Rs.10 from each customer). According to them, “Rs.5 is for the company and Rs.5 for us”. Billing Problem

I have recieved a bill (BP No. :[protected]) with Invoice No:[protected] dated: 03.08.2010 with an amount of Rs.1962.47 /-. Meter reading is given from 16/3/2010 to 15/7/2010(4 months). Out of this 4 months we were out of station for around one month (25 days). So the bill amount of Rs.1962.47 is given for around 3 months (Rs.654/- pm).

Rs.654/- per month is too high. Regarding this I had sent one email to their customer...

No response to enquiry for new connection

I have telephoned repeatedly and written to Indraprastha Gas Ltd to request them to fit a gas pipe connection to my residence in Jorbagh. I am a tenant on the first floor and my landlord already has a connection on the ground floor.

They keep promising to come 'next month' and it has gone on for 5 months like this. I wrote a letter to them on 5 March 10 and sent it by registered post - no response.
