I have applied for refund for BP NO [protected] ON 18TH OF Sept 2010. I was told that i will get the refund within 2 weeks.

Today more than one month has been passed but i have not received the same.

We, the residents of DG-3 block vikaspuri, New Delhi (more than 300 residents) have applied with Indraprastha gas Ltd for pipe gas line connection in the month of June 2010 and paid an advance of Rs 6,000/-.

They have done only some digging work in the colony and after that nothing has been done. It is more than 4 months we have not heard from them the status of the connection.

I applied for a new connection with IGL through Future Fuels on 16/05/2010 Form No. 917772 and Receipt No: 101634. A large number of flats in my complex have been given connection, but whenver i ask the site incharge he says your name is not on list. I contacted the Project Manager Sh. As mentioned on IGL’s Bill, an amount of Rs.5 has to be paid by those who make use of the Easy Bill outlets for payment of gas bills. However, the outlet at the Sector 4 Market of Dwarka is charging an additional Rs.5 (i.e. they are realizing Rs.10 from each customer). According to them, “Rs.5 is for the company and Rs.5 for us”. Pipe line gas connection in home

I applied/ booked for the pipe line natural gas connection with Indraprastha Gas Ltd. in the month of February 2010 for my home, with the amount of Rs 5,000 as security amount and the form cost of Rs 1000. The amount has been debited from my account in the month of March 2010. On number of times I made the complaint with their call centre number and on the given customer email ID but till date...

I HAD REGISTERED A DOMESTIC PNG GAS CONNECTION VIDE IPOOOOO944 AFTER PAYING RS.5000+1000=6000/- IN APRIL 2010. AT THE TIME OF PAYING THE AMOUNT, THE COUNTER IN CHARGE TOLD ME THAT CONNECTION WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 3 MONTHS. I have recieved a bill (BP No. :[protected]) with Invoice No:[protected] dated: 03.08.2010 with an amount of Rs.1962.47 /-. Meter reading is given from 16/3/2010 to 15/7/2010(4 months). Out of this 4 months we were out of station for around one month (25 days). So the bill amount of Rs.1962.47 is given for around 3 months (Rs.654/- pm).

Rs.654/- per month is too high. Regarding this I had sent one email to their customer...

I took Piped Gas Connection from Indraprastha Gas Limited for my Dwarka residence in 2008 and till date my meter reading is only a mere 1.10 units. This is because we generally do not stay at this address and only use is once in a while when we visit.

Since IPGL were blindly sending me bills every month for various amounts, I contacted their Customer Care and explained...

I have telephoned repeatedly and written to Indraprastha Gas Ltd to request them to fit a gas pipe connection to my residence in Jorbagh. I am a tenant on the first floor and my landlord already has a connection on the ground floor.
