I have applied for a PNG connection for my residence House No.C-2C, Rajat Vihar Apt., Sector 62, Noida on 10 Dec. 12 vide online application wiht regn. No.[protected] and after that filled the application form and submitted the same on 21 Jan. 13 alongiwth a cheque of Rs.6000/-. Here I would like to inform that the colony i.e. RAJAT VIHAR has already allotted PNG connection and all pipelines have already laid down there. I was informed that within 3 months I will be getting the connection. On 17 April when I contacted the IGL I am informed that I have allotted with a connection no. i.e. [protected] and very soon the installation work will be done. Since then every week I contacted the customer care department of the company e.g. 17, 29, April after that 7 th May, 10th May, 3rd June and 1st July etc. Sometime I got the reply that you have already got the connection. I cannot understand what the company is doing as there was so much complaint made by me and the company has neither contacted me nor able to give me a satisfied repy nor the connection. Again on 8th July I had made another complaint and the executive who attended the call replied that soon it will be connected.

Six months have completed and complaint has not yet rectified, I would like to request you to kindly intervene in this matter and get justify the problem solved at your end.

Indraprastha Gas Limited — Non Supply of Natural Gas

Form No.907838 dated 11/04/2010.
Cheque No.173147 & 173148 dated 11/04/2010 on Citizen Co-operative Bank, Vaishali, Ghaziabad which cleared on August, 2010.

Indraprastha Gas Limited — Arrears inspite of payment made

There is mis-management at Indraprashtha Gas Ltd., they collect money as payment and again show it outstading in the bills. At every bill received from them we have to explain to them again.
We do not know how to solve this problem. There customer care is also not helpful.

    BECAUSE OF RENOVATION AT my house, I had to diconnect the IGL fas pipeline on 4th May 2013. I have requested at the customer care to reconnect the gas pipeline (on my father's name: Mr Balraj Malik, BP no: [protected]) on 3rd June 2013.. Even after too much of request at the customer care my connection is still not reinstalled. I have contacted the customer care executives several times. Many a times I was assured that the work will be done within 10 days and they are forwarding my request on urgent basis. In fact even today I have been assured that it will be done within 24 hours. However, I have lost all hopes. I am left with no option but to go the consumer court. My purpose to write this mail is not to complaint against anybody but to get my issue resoled. I request you to pls look into the matter as I am a working professional and it becomes really difficult for me to run after people for such a minute thing.

      IGL gas pipeline department wants me to bribe them in order to Install a meter for PNG connection which is not installed for the last 6 Months. Kindly refer to My Complaint No PRJ[protected] and complaint No. PRJ[protected] for which no action taken by Indraprastha Gas Ltd.Moreover the above mentioned complaints status is shown as closed in IGL website without providing resolution.
      Is it necessary to give IGL officials bribe to install a meter for new cooking gas pipeline connection ?

      Indraprastha Gas Limited — not provide png connection

      we have applied for new connection in 19/03/2005.our REGN Form No.4206161 .now a time we have not get connection.we have have call so many time .but nobody give any response .
      some persons say have technical problems. some person for extra money for pipe .in this donot have any problem .

        PNG connection pending for last 6 months
        PNG gas connection not provided even after 180 days waiting ..
        Cooking Gas Connection not Provided for last 6 months for BP Number [protected] and BP No. [protected].
        I have given a payment of Rs. 6000 +6000 to Indraprastha gas Limited ,Yogamaya and company,House Number 3,Deepali,Pitampura,Delhi 110034 office on 24 November 2012 for Cooking gas Pipeline connection for my residence 56/F-18,Rohini sector-8 .

        The connection is not provided even after 6 months of waiting. many Complaints and emails has already been send to IGL department but they are making excuses that their contactor is no more or expired.

        Kindly help me in getting PNG gas connection for household purpose.Already waited for 180 days

        IGL is not giving any replay to emails .Moreover complaints registered status changed to solved without solving the case physically.
        I received SMS on my mobile that PNG connection will be installed at my residence soon but even after waiting for the last one month NO resolution has been provided so far by IGL deptt.

          Delay In Connection / Installation Pending

          I Vijay Kumar resident of 246-C, DG-II Vikas puri applied for IGL connection on 26th December 2012.I submitted amount of Rs 6000 for which I have receipt as well from IGL. IGL Committed and & mentioned in their receipt that installation of pipeline would be done at my premises after 90 days which completed on 26/03/2013.

          I called IGL several times on their helpline number[protected] to check the connection status however...

          I applied for a new IGL connection on 7th January'13 (Reference ID[protected] and since then the status is showing 'Feasibility Test in Progress'.

          I have contacted IGL many times since then but got no positive response and they are even not saying how much time they would take for the connection.

          Really don't know what to do..

              PNG INSTALLATION DISPUTE

              There were 2 applications made for 2 connections at our Flat No. 56, Pkt. 5, Sector 12, Dwarka on 21.06.2010 vide Cash receipt No. 16086 & 16087 (Regn No. 655127 & 630126; Consumer ID: [protected] & [protected]) through Mass Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Bhikaji Cama Place, New delhi by depositing Rs.12,000.00. Till datte the captioned connection has not been installed at our residence despite our various calls/visits to IGL's R.K.Puram office nor we have been informed about the current status.

              Last month, when my father-in-law, Sh. S.M.Vedhera, a heart patient aged 82 years old visited your R.K.Puram Office, he was told that Ms Nidhi Joshi looks after such cases & she is in the meeting right now and will be available after lunch. Later, when she did not turn up even after lunch, it was told that she will be available tomorrow only.

              Sir, next day, when she was contacted, first she declined to give the name & mobile No. of any of the concerned Officer by saying that it is not allowed by he office (For which a seperate request through RTI has been forwarded to the oncerned to get the confirmation that whether mobile phones have been provided by the IGL to its employee for better customer service or not. If yes their monthly bills are being paid by the organisationat or not. If this is again yes then why those Mobile Nos. afe not being accessed by consumer/customer) and it was told that our PNG connection case was forwarded for refund long ago.

              Sir, the fact of the case is I have neither received the refund till date nor I was informated about the same.
              Above all, it is really shocking that without contacting or informing customer in writing how a public sector Company of IGL stature can harass the customer like this. When my father-in-law requested Ms Joshi that he is not interested in refund rather eagerly waiting for the connection since in the resident pocket PNG pipe line already exists and pipe mouth for joining the connection in respectie flats have also been left by IGL while piping. At this she said that it will take a weeks time for getting the clearance but again refused to give the name & Mobile No. of the official concerned dealing with such process. After 8 days, again on 15.03.2013, Shri Vedhera contacted Ms. Joshi. Instead of getting sympathetic she got furious and said it will take another 10 days and uncle donot come to the office again and again.

              Sir, somehow, we came to know that file has been sent to your Dwarka site office for site survey which is being looked after by Mr. Choudhary, Dy. Manager who again never availble at the office land phone rather office phone was attended by some Mr. Gyan (contractor representative who looks after his office in his absence). He told me that some IGL work is going on in Gurgaon and Mr. Choudhary goes there and seldom available at Dwarka site office but as usual refuse to give his Mobile No. He further suggested me to contact Mr. Kailash, Customer Care Executive (Land line Phone No.[protected]. Mr. Kailash is in a habit of not picking up the phone call unless some insider tell him that it is urgent or you got lucky or bent upon to contact him by dialing the said No. endlessly.

              The same happended to me When, I told Mr. Gyan that Mr. Kailash is not picking up the phone, he called Mr. Kailash on his mobile. Later, Mr. Kailash called me and disinterestingly confirmed that there is no such file pending with him for survey. When, I narrated him the whole set of above sequence of incidents,he send Mr. Prashant on 15.03.2013 at 6.00 pm for site survey. Mr Prashant after site survey told my wife that there is no problem with the installation of connections since piping already exists.

              Sir, till date no communication from IGL & PNG installation is still pending. I humbly ask your goodself "IS IT NOT A FIT CASE OF HARRASSMENT TO CONSUMER BY THE OFFICIAL OF IGL" and a discipilinary action should be initiated against the erring officials.

                Iit is not a type of complaint rather it is a humble request , TO install gas pipeline in BR_BLOCK SHALIMAR BAGH , DELHI-110088 (NORTH WEST DELHI), kindly email or give information on phone [protected] or email [protected]@yahoo.co.in the quickest and easiest approach to put the gas pipe line for about 204 LIG DDA FLATS in BR-BLOCK, several times tried all in vain, kindly inform better by email to whom and where to do the needful to get the work done, Self retired Parliament Security staff, whatever possible by all means i will get the requisite things/documents of public/or any agency at the earliest, also give full details/address or phone no with email addresses of senior officers which can help to install and commission the said pipeline earliest, thanks and regards fm vijay kumar kathpalia , 28B, BR-Block, SHALIMAR BAGH , DELHI-110088 (NORTH WEST DELHI))

                And if possible you put our request to concirned officer/agency to do the work and infom requisite documents/money etc in whose name also and address where to deposit and few phone nos to enquire if any information is required, hope you will not disappoint the senior citezen also many others also senior citizen living in BR block , hope for earlyand quick action with info to me at my address or email thanks again.

                Used this means as i hope it will be the best way to put the things to concirned officers and agencies earliest possible, if any way pl do infor me fm vijay kumar kathpalia.

                  I HAVE BOOKED NEW PNG CONNECTION ON LINE AND HAVE REF:[protected]. I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO CONTACT YOGMAYA AGENCY ON PHONE NO.[protected]. AFTER HAVING CONTACTED THEM THEY TOLD ME THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WILL VISIT THE PREMISES TO COLLECT THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ALONGWITH CHEQUE ON 1ST FEB.2013 BUT ALL IN VAIN NO ONE HAS BEEN TURNED UP TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS. AFTER THAT I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO THEM AND ALWAYS GOT REPLIED THAT THE PHONE IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE. I HAVE ALSO SENT SMS TO IGL ON PHONE NO.[protected] TO PLS ADVISE THE DATE TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS AND PLS ADVISE ADDRESS TOO ALONGWITH SEEKING IGL EMAIL ID. SINCE THEN ALL GOVT AGENCIES EITHER YOGMAYA OR IGL SLEEPING ON THE ISSUE AND NOT BOTHER TO REPLY THE PROSPECTIVE CONSUMER.

                    I filled up admission form for nursery for my son and I realized that this school has not followed the system which was set by education ministry. They closed admission process which was totally unjustified for all parents. Out of 200 seats 160 seats were closed and school authority refused to display the list of students who grabbed those 160 seats. For 40 seats lucky draw was organized and no child got the admission who was present for the lucky draw. At the time of lucky draw the management of the school was not present and also the chairman did not come out of his room to meet parents who complained against the process which school followed. They demand good amount of donation from parents who can afford it. I would never recommend this school to any of my known.

                      Delay in installing LPG gas connection
                      Dear Sir,

                      I have applied for the gas connection in our house 2nd D 59-A, Kamna Vaishali, Ghaziabad,201010. I have deposited cheques of Rs. 6000/- for gas connection for form numer 25795. Payment of against the cheque has been debited from my account on the month of 3rd Nov 2012. All the connections in our colony has been installed but in our home it is still not installed.

                      Please look into the issue very urgently as it is getting delayed after the deposition of money since it has been 2 months. Does it take this much of time even after completing all the formalities?
                      Also mention what else is required for the action to be taken as soon as possible as in my knowledge I have completed all the formalities required for the installation.

                        I Raminder Kaur, applied for three new connection in 19 Oct 2011
                        We submitted an Application for Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connection for B3A/225 Janak Puri New delhi-110058
                        Receipt number of that Application Form is 176172/176171/176173. and receipt no. 18962

                        Amount deposited by me via Cheque no. 174713and 174716 Bank name ICICI Bank for our first floor is Rs. 5000/- + Rs. 1000/- i.e. Rs. 6000/- for one floor in total Rs.18000 as required by IGL.

                        Sir/Madam, as your policy says that IGL will start the connection within 90 days is becoming all fake because even after more than a year we are just waiting for our Piped Gas Connection to get started, please tell us how much more days you will take to start the connection even after taking all the money in advance.

                        It's just a gentle Reminder so that you may take a necessary action against this delay within 15 days otherwise we may take the serious action against IGL.

                            I recieved my first IGL PNG bill on 14 August 2012, and the bill charged Rs. 1085 for extra pipeline and I wasnt informed that any extra pipeline has been used at the time of installation, the very same day i registered a complaint with the customer care for remeasurement and was told that in this i should not pay the amount of extra pipeline.
                            After the remeasurement i was told the extra pipeline used is 2.5 meters that amounts to Rs. 875 and on 18 October 2012 , i have received my second bill and the amount of Extra Pipeline is still Rs. 1085 instead of 875 and I have been further charged with late fee charges, whereas i was told by thye company executive that i should not pay the amount of extra pipeline unless the remeasurement is done.

                            From the 18 october 2012 , i have been constantly calling the customer care , to my unavail all my consistent complaints are being unanswered ,
                            I have even trying the number of Mrs. Nidhi Joshi the incharge , but she is not taking any calls.

                              We applied for new connection of Gas (pipeline gas). We paid Rs. 6000 to Yogmaya & Co. (DMA of Indraprastha Gas Ltd.), on 1-9-2011 vide receipt no. 6264 (regisitration form no. 121085) in the name of Mrs Tanu Garg. IGL people came to our house and installed pipelines at a wrong place in our kitchen. When another team of IGL came to our house to install connection, they said that pipelines needs to be changed from the existing place. Changing pipelines shall damage our kitchen also. No one from IGL came after that.

                                This is very frustrating that no IGL executive has come to my house to check the meter reading after March 2012. And the bills generated after that are all made on false assumption with very high meter reading. I have complained so many times earlier but with no solution to this problem.

                                Finally on 18/august I had to request Ms. Ruby (Customer care) to lodge a complaint and give me the complaint number. Initially she was reluctant in doing so, but when I was firm and insisted on the complaint number she did so. After that also no one bothered to come to check the meter reading. Complaint no. mkt[protected] dtd 18th august.
                                FOR YOUR INFORMATION, 3 PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS PRESENT IN MY HOUSE 24 HRS. So the question of no one at home doesn’t arise at all. IGL executives not visiting the houses at all and reporting all false.

                                The Bill dtd 27th June – Bill amount was 2904/- {meter reading on bill 406.83(dtd 15/5/2012) }
                                The Bill dtd 4th August – Bill amount was 2904/- {meter reading on bill 503.18(dtd 15/7/2012) }

                                These two above bills are totally fake. Although I have made the complete payment.

                                Correct Meter reading as on 18th August is 481
                                Correct Meter Reading as on 3rd Sept is 496.

                                Now you can imagine how far IGL executives have made false meter reading on assumption.

                                Most Importantly, IGL NODAL OFFICERS are useless. They do not pick up phones for complaint. What is the point of assigning a public grievance numbers if they are not attended.

                                  Earlier also I had sent you a mail regarding the bill of BP no. [protected], but I didn't get any response from your side. My problem was that I got bill for June Month of Rs. 5,341/- with reading 212 SCM (actually the reading was 62 SCM) , which was much more than my consumption. I had contact your customer care to please get the correct meter reading and calculate the bill according to that. Next day a person from IGL visit our home and record the correct reading of 62 SCM in his register and asked to send again a correct new bill. But I had got another wrong bill with estimated for August Month of Rs. 6,793/- with reading 262SCM this is too much. Currently my meter reading is 80 SCM. The customer care complaint no is ONM[protected] BUT STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON MY COMPLAINT.

                                  I talked to the customer care person many times but they always told me that next time I will get the bill with correct reading. But this time also I can't understand that why can't your person comes to take the reading and why are your bills not according to meter reading. Why should I always pay the estimated bill. Once again my humble request is to take the reading and send the bill according to that. I'm not going to pay this new bil. I also tried to contact your Incharge Mrs. Nidhi Joshi and Nodal Officer Mr. Subhashis Bhattacharjee but no one pick up my phone. You solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will have to send the complaint to higher authorities.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      We are having a PNG connection from IGL (Business Partner No. [protected]) from past 4 months. First month we got the Inflated Bill for around Rs. 1000/-. When we called up, we got to know that since no one was available at our house, that's why we have got an average Bill. We paid that amount and were informed that next time Bill will be adjusted with the actual amount.
                                      Next time again, we got an inflated Bill with wrong readings. This time, we requested for an official visit to get the same verified. After couple of service requests (ONM[protected]) and phone calls, one official visited and agreed to the fact that the Bill in inflated. He informed us not to pay any Bill and asked us to wait for the next updated Bills.
                                      Now., after around a month, we got the Updated Bill whereby I can see that the Readings seems to be fine, but an additional amount of around Rs 2400/- is shown as an arrear and an late payment fees charge of around Rs.50/-.
                                      I have been calling customer care from past couple of weeks with Request No. as (ONM[protected] and ONM[protected]), but no results. Each time I call to get the information that some official paid a visit to our house, but house is locked.
                                      This is really tough and making us crazy. Please help.
