The Director, PNG Division, New Delhi, Indraprastha Gas Limited I paid my IGL PNG bill Invoice No:[protected] Invoice Date: 16.05.2014 through online payment using my Credit Card. The payment was successful but my account is still showing it under unpaid bill.The bill was paid on May 20th, 2014. I am afraid I don't have the transaction ID of my payment and therefore I am little worried about it. Please confirm the payment is received and is under processing. Thanks!! Kamal [protected]

Permanent disconnection

Hi,
My BP no is [protected] in the name of vikrant Khatri .
I have given application telephonically on 31st may'16 for permanent disconnection, after 6-7 reminders till date no one has came to my place for disconnection, every time they take it as a new connection.

    My name is Amit Aggarwal living at B-67/F-1 Rampuri, Ghaziabad-201011. PNG is installed at this address with B.P. No. [protected]. This is to inform you that, meter reader doesn't visit at my house regarding billing purpose. They put the wrong reading in their data results wrong billing. I have logged several complaints to the IGL Customer care but the result is same. Incident 1: I got the billed up-to 28th Feb, 2014 with last billing unit 728. But after raising the issue, customer care organize meter reader visit.He takes the last billing unit 715 on 19th March, 2014. After complaint logged, IGL organise meter reader visit and correct the bill. Incident 2: But the same issue came with the bill up-to 30th April, 2014 with units 792.33 but actual units showing in meter till 15th May, 2014 is 745. Complaint is already logged. Complain numbers are: ONM[protected] ONM[protected] It is very difficult to track these issues regularly but IGL is not ready to improve their service. Request to look into the matter and do the needful ASAP. Thanks!

      I had applied for new connection in December 2013 and till date no action has been taken, If i check online it shows status of feasibility test in progress It is showing same message since last two month My application Reference ID [protected]

I face the problem of blocking my door and windows ahead goes to pipeline.We have many time calls to your customer care number. always said to me solved your problem as shortly but not solved till date.           Hello Sir/Madam,
          I am really fed up with the IGL irresponsible behavior. I have done all the needful which IGL require for a new connection even I have even paid 6000/- which they ask for new connection, they gave me 90 days for new connection setup but non of IGL representative turned up in those 90 days. In those 90 days I even requested them for the early connection through their site (Request No : PRJ[protected]) there was no response from there side whenever I call them they tell me our technical person will call you soon and you will get your connection but non of them calls. After 90 days getting over I called them again and registered a complaint for delay connection but again their reply was same someone will call you soon . As non of them called me I again called them they registered one more complaint for delay connection and told someone will call you soon . I will tell you sir after that I called again and again but same reply i am getting every time.

              I am using IGL gas from since eight month, My business partner no is [protected] I pay my bill regularly but it is observe that the bill is not actual this is base estimated invoice.I have paid my bill & still my next bill shows arrears.Also the concern customer care not pickup the phone, which cause i am facing much inconveniently to pay the bill & I don't get any response from customer care kindly look forword it.

                We have Applied for PNG in December 2012, we have deposited Security / Installation amount by cheque of Rs 6200/- ( Six Thousand two Hundred Only ) at that time of booking . Due to some technical reason IGL installation team refuse to install PNG at our premises. So we requested for Refund of Security / installation amount which we deposited at the time of Booking. Refund request submitted many times But till today i.e 28/3/2014 we did not get any amount. B P No Issued by IGL is [protected] in the name of Dinesh Kumar. Please take some immediate action in this regards

                  Deposited Rs.6000/- with IGL on 29.08.10 for a new PNG connection vide BP No.[protected]. IGL kept the money with them and no information had been provided in this regard. After taking up the matter with the IGL the IGL had refunded the deposited amount of Rs.6000/- on 24.6.13 without interest. Mail had been sent to IGL for payment of the interest and the IGL had advised by vide its mail dated 21.8.13 that they are getting the management approval for payment of interest but till date no interest has been paid to me in spite of about 80 reminders by mail. It is also stated that now a days the IGL is paying interest on delayed refunding of security amount.

                    IGL even billed for gas consumption of next March & April14 to get billing at higher slab.My present meter reading on 25.2.24.is 1136.67 scm where as per their latest bill it is 1182.54 on 31.1.14, how it is possible?Further they have even added bills payment of Rs 714.99 I paid earlier.

                      Hi, I am using IGL with BP# [protected]. I checked my bill & found that reading was not correct. Reading as on 15th Jan as per bill : Reading : 144 Current Reading i.e 20th Feb : Reading 149 How could it be possible ? Doesn't makes any sense & while taking to customer care executives, its like banging your head against the wall. Poor ( or even worse if a word exists for the same) customer service, first they make false commitments that server is down & we'll call you back by taking your name & number but no call. When you call them again to check the status, its the same problem its taking time & I am unable to check & such lame excuses. they can't even lodge a complaint & asks to call again. After repeatedly requesting for about 10 times he transffered the call to his senior ( doesn't looks like though, as no customer service this time as well) but no luck & I have to disconnect. It would be great if some action can be taken against it. Sincere advice to IGL to atleast upgrade the level of their customer service executives. Currently its par below standards. PS: I remember the name of one executve i.e Amit ( Gupta I guess) & he forwared the call to Nishant after repeatedly asking.

                        I have applied for new PNG connection vide receipt no.47906 and application form no.[protected] dated 17th july 2013. The payment was made through cheque, no.000108, of Bank Of India dated 17th july 2013 amounting Rs.6, 000. Almost 7 months have passed but no PNG connection has been made till now. Its a humble request to take some action as soon as possible. Make PNG connection as soon as possible.

                          DEAR SIR,
                          my booking reference no for new domestic PNG is [protected]dated 20.12.2013 in the name of madhavi jain.
                          I got the below mail rejecting my application saying wrong address.today I contacted your customer care and they told me that my application is rejected because the technician has reported that the address is wrong.
                          I am surprised, as my address is correct and no technician has ever called me nor visited my house so how he can report that address is wrong.
                          I was advised by customer care to apply again.
                          But now the PNG connection are not open in sector-61 noida. She told me to wait.

                          My question is-
                          1. How my address has been quoted as wrong.
                          2. No one has ever called me contacted me.

                            I had applied for new domestic PNG Connection on 14.03.2013 vide ref no[protected] enclosing therewith Banker's Cheque No 019314 dt 11.03.13 for Rs 6000 on State Bank Of India Najafgarh Road(code 01181). In July I received a call from your office from no 46074852 by Ms Neetu that your Banker's Cheque is expired therefore send another draft for Rs 6000 in order to give you the connection. Accordingly a new Banker's Cheque No 803276 dt 19.07.2013 for Rs 6000 on State Bank Of India Najafgarh Road(code 01181). I was told that the previous B.Chq will be returned the day when new one is received but till date I have not received the same. I have sent so many emails to IGL but have not received any reply.Now, I want my previous B.Chq and the status of new connection immediately.                               Against rqst to IGL for new connection, their team visited my residence to find suitability for allowing this connection about a week back and found that connection can be given. Thereafter, via e-mail I was advised to connect on the subject telephone nos. for sending documents. Regretably these two lines are always engaged resulting in no contact in this regard. Shall be grateful if the said documents (or list, whatever) may be sent to via e-mail at [protected]@yahoo.com so that procedural formalities are completed for early installation of IGL connection.                                 This policy is not user friendly and shows that IGL is using its monopolistic and dominant position to arm twist its customers

                                As per IGL's website, price of PNG stands revised at Rs. 27.50 per scm for consumption upto 30scm in 60days. Beyond that, the price stands at Rs 47.50 per scm .

                                For consumption more that 30 scm, the new price of Rs 47.50 should be applicable if the consumption exceeds 30scm and the bill should contain the description.
                                For Example if the consumption is 35 units for 60 days, the bill should be
                                Rs 27.50 for 30 units
                                Rs47.50 for 5 units (units beyond 30 units)

                                  I had registered with no. 283549 on dated 27/01/2013 for a new domestic PNG connection with deposit of Rs. 6000 through cheque no. 545957, which is credited from my account. But i am still awaiting for the new connection, neither any refund has been made to me. kindly do necessary action as early as possible and convey the status either by email ([protected]@gmail.com) or by contacting me on ([protected]).                                       Hi, this is the feedback regarding the billing of PNG business partner number [protected]. I am receiving inflated bills from past two month. I lodged a complaints against the invoice number[protected] and have not got any solution or did not receive any response till now. (complaint number ONM [protected]) This is really disappointing on your part, for showing such a careless attitude towards customer request. My average consumption, as per your record, is 15.72 but still I have been charged more in the higher slab. On 30 August, I have received a bill (number[protected] of Rs. 1352 for the period from Jan 2013 - August 2013. and in July I got a bill of Rs. 980. I have already paid Rs. 2885 during this period. I requested for the revision because i was being charged extra and not to pay extra for past month. In addition, I have also paid all the bills on or before the due date and still late penalty is imposed on me in the following bills (invoice number): [protected] Rs. 12.18 [protected] Rs. 11 [protected] Rs. 11 I called up your customer care and got a pathetic and unexpected response from them. they do not have courtesy to address consumer grievience. Kindly take strict action against those executives and provide a genuine solution to my request. Waiting for a response. Else I have to file an RTI to get this done

                                        This is to bring to your notice, i Jasmeet Singh Nayyar, resident of LIG FLATS, RAJOURI GARDEN, NEW DELHI - 110027, applied for IGL GAS connection few months back and all the piping along with Meter has been successfully installed and tested at our resident about couple of months back. However, connection has not been active till date due to some local area politics played by some people in our area where IGL engineer Mr. Siddiqui is involved too.

                                        I did lodge one complaint at your customer service PRJ [protected] where i got the feedback that my house is not having proper ventilation.

                                        Please note, we live in DDA FLATS and our Flats are constructed as per DDA guidelines and they have PROPER VENTILATION.

                                        As a customer of IGL, i humbly request you to send some senior person who should see the ventilation and process it accordingly.

                                        Please note, we are not only the sufferers here, its only 4 flats, who are facing this issue due to local politics played in our area where IGL engineer Mr. Siddiqui is involved too.

                                        When asked from the customer care when was the visit made by your concerned person reg. ventilation then they had no clue and as per our best knowledge no one from IGL had visited us to check for ventilation.

                                        I request you to please send one Senior most person who can see the ventilation thing and can take a call on that.
