Dear sir/madam,

I am li censer of of your indus towers vide no. Mcr006 at mancherial. As per the leave and licence agreement dated[protected]In-1041847, gouthami nagar, mcr006, in/ap/nfa/16-17/oth/14691/) my enhanced rent is rs.18, 000/- per month. But, i am not receiving proper enhanced rent from date of agreement. I am receiving only old rent on[protected] i have received a message from my bank that rental amount is remitted by your company rs.12, 894.6 only in my account. I am not under standing what rent you are remitting?.

Kindly check all my rental amounts from[protected] and remit the arrears to my account and remit the enhanced rent rs.18, 000/- every month regularly to my account.

Your company approached me 3 years back to construct 3rd floor for proper signalling of your tower and they assured that they will shift the existing tower and generator to upper floor. I have constructed 3rd floor by spending lakhs of rupees. But, your authorities using 3rd floor and 2nd floors. I again requesting your authorities to shift all your equipment to the 3rd floor and vacate the 2nd floor.

It is my request.

If your company is not responded i will approach the court for relief and action.

Sub: removal of mobile tower in midst of residential area at roof of no.42 nehru street denkanikottai 635107. T. N, india

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of nehru street, denkanikottai and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation. As its mobile tower as nuisance owing to the rise in sound pollution due to a generator attached to it the petitioner demanded its immediate removal.

Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Mani, resident of no.42 nehru street denkanikottai had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of nehru street denkanikottai.

When residents of nehru street denkanikottai, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said mr. Mani a for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the said mr. Mani, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of no.42 nehru street denkanikotta that do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license

As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbors has objection to this installation in their areas.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

We are having a tower at our salt lake residence. Agreement with indus tower has already expired in the month of january 18. From last 1year we have showed disinterest to continue.
But they are not showing any interest to vacate our premises. We have already sent letter through speedpost. Mail is also sent to circle head on 6.3.18 but no action till date has been taken.

Sir,
I want to know is that the indus towers have any project in madhya pradesh in perticular bhopal for installation of 4-g network roof top towers.

Beacuse some body approch me for installation of roop top towers for bharti airtel company. He promise to give rent of rs. 30500/- per month and advance of 12 month rent, for completing th formalities he want rs. 50000/- for insurance, and other permission work. Till date i have not paid any thing to him

Boundary around the tower are not right. Power supply does not have a proper connection. Children play inside the tower. Any accident can happen. Inside our plot is a tower of indus. Which was felt in 2008. That time it used to be airtel, idea, vodafone. Now put different towers in it. Which is not in agreement. He has imposed without pemissions. They have not received us rent

Till date we have not received the noc from gidc.

I am pintu patel. My address is shyam apartment, near rameshwar police choki meghaninagar, ahmedabad. Last 10 year ago, mobile tower in our society terrace. But last 6 month was his contract is over. Our society management already spoke him please remove tower as soon but mobile tower owner is not removed tower in our society. This tower is harmful to our health and also my room is vibrating for his machines.

I want to install a jio tower in my village harpur post office+police station-harpur east champaran bihar pin code-845301. There are many jio user but jio network is not available in my village harpur. So please install a jio tower in my village harpur. That's why we could save from our problem. Sir, i have been approached by the surveyor of indus towers for the installation of tower on my terrace and we were promised that all the municipality formalities will be completed before the installation of tower but the company has started the work without taking the noc from local municipality and so the work (Which is 90% completed) has been stopped by the municipality officers, coz the company was illegally.. Now my premises was occupied by the machinery and the pole was installed since feb 2016 and now the company wants to remove the machineries and don't want to pay the rent as well...

This is to bring to your kind notice that even after continuous mail regarding the tower (Indus id-in[protected] for dismantling tower from our sites none has tried to contact us. Now the issue is tower was leased to indus towers in 2013 however due to protest of people it was not made functioning. Since it is non functioning i request the indus tower to remove and pay the rent accordingly. Now it almost 4 years we have not received a single penny and we are afraid that since no one maitaining the site the load of machine and contruction is overload to building thus causing the safety risk i hope complaint will be raised with priority and there will be quick action regarding the issue.

Dear sir hamare gav me reliance ka tower bilkul bhi nahi pakadta h aur is karan hum jio sim ka use nahi kar pa rahe h is ki vajah se hum duniya ki jankari se bahut dur h aur hamara sampark bhi kam h is ki vajah se hame does videsh ki jankari nahi mil pati h aur hum jio ka use nahi kar pa rahe h 4g ke jamane me bhi hume bilkul kuch bhi jankari nahi h is karan hum aage progress nahi kar pa rahe h

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of 2nd cross, bhuvaneswari nagar, bangalore 560 092, karnataka and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Rajanna resident of our area site no: 78/a, 2nd cross, bhuvaneswari nagar, bangalore – 560 092 had installed in his rooftop to mobile company towers around 13 to 15 antennas not only in midst of residential area and also very edge of his boundary and neighbour building in just 2 (Two) feet distance the radiation is too high.
As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 100 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emitting from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body, 24*7 sound pollution therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money for his personal benefit and ignorant of their effect.
To maintain distance there shall be no nearby buildings on tower at a distance threshold

Therefore we request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the middle of our residential area in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

I sending a message to industower apply a jio 4g tower in my place, 65 days ago but the company no response. Then i call indus tower customer care service and saying my problem, but customer care office no response. Sir please help me, and apply a jio 4g tower in my place. The rental agreement was terminated in october 2016 and the two gsm towers which are fixed to the front of the building is left behind. Contacted the company many many times but non of the persons i spoke to has taken any action regarding the same. Its really frustrating how this company deals with people. I am planning to initiate legal action against the company. Really fed up with their callous attitude. Site id : blr565.

I have leased my premise (Indus id-in[protected] to indus tower w. E. F. 2012 at sector 53 near shiv mandir village gijhore noida. The tower (Indus id-in[protected] was installed on the roof of my building with transformer. It been around many years, that i have lease my property for the tower to indus towers and so far i have not been paid any rent or single penny for the same. I have contacted the staff regarding the same but i am not getting a proper response. The building materials used for tower set up and machine used was very heavy and hence causing continuous damage and weakness to my property. I request you to strickly asked them to dismantle and pay the rent accordingly

This is with reference to Tower located at Vasona/Dapada 396240 Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Landloard name : KISHORCHANDRA G. PATHAK.

This is to bring this matter under your attention, the rent for the tower has not been paid since July 2016 to till date. Kindly provide justification for not paying rent in details.

We have already sent written communication to your Gujarat office, also we have also tried to reach Mr.Ankur ( Point of contact ) but no response since long time.

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible, and take action accordingly.

A fraud company people please don t believe this. First they requested us to
Pay 3700 rs as registration fees. Next they requested us to pay 15700 for tax. Nxt they requested us to pay for releasing money blockage 30, 000 final they said money is blocked cant send via bank and asked to pay for aerplane as 6 members are travelling to come to give 30lak in advance...

Company can not give us rent of mobile tower in my land from last 2.5 years.. So if you not give us rent then shortly we will block your tower and put the case in court.. So please take serious.. We can totally harrashed by you. We can waiting since 2.5 year and now we are ready to take action against company..
So if we take action then company can not blame us about this..
