Home Loan Part Pre Payment Problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken loan from Ing Vysya Bank 6 months before and had paid part prepayment on 22nd Jan 09.

If you are planning for home loan and find that taking home loan from any national bank like SBI is very difficult compare to private bank like ING, ICICI then you are on wrong lane. Home Loan processing fee-refund

I had applied for a Pre approved home loan form ING Vysya - Bangalore, the loan sanctioned does not cover the 85% of the property, I would like to withdraw this application rather I will not be availing the loan. This is a pre-approved loan and no other formalited were carried out by the bank

I request for a refund but there is no proper response from the officer/bank

Home Loan Processing Fee- Refund

Appreciate if you let me know if the processing fee of Rs.11, 236.00/- paid towards a Pre- approved home loan is refundable after deduction.

Further I was only Informed over phone that a loan is approved and I have not singed on any approval documents. Also the loan sanctioned does not cover the 85% of property value;

SIGNATURES FORGED

Hello Sir,
I have taken a ING vysya policy on 4th July 2008. The agent who got us into the policy cheated us with all false promises, and made us pay INR 9800 . When i received the documents regarding my policy i found out that our signatures were forged. No acknowledgement

Hi, I have taken the policy for Life INsurance in year 2007. My policy no is 00678383. I have already paid the premium in the month of October, but haven't recvd any kind of acknowledgement regarding the same from the company till date. I would like to know if my policy is still active or it has been cancelled by the company. If so then please kindly let me know as soon as possible.

NON DELIVERY OF PREMIA NOTICES AND THEN PROBLEMS WHILE DEPOSITING AMOUNT

EVERY TIME THE BANK CREATES PROBLEM IN DEPOSITING THE PREMIUM AMOUNT SAYING THEY DONT HAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SAME. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR THE LAST 2 YRS.

THIS APPEARS TO BE THE COMPANY POLICY AS EVEN THE PREMIUM NOTICES ARE NOT SENT ON TIME AND I HAVE TO WRITE A LOT OF EMAILS TO THEM FOR GETTING MY PREMIUM NOTICES...

ING VYSYA CONTACTED ON THEIR OWN FOR THEIR INSURANCE PRODUCT DEMO AND AFTER DRILLING MORE THAN AN HOUR, THEY GAVE ME A COMLIMENTARY ACCOMMODATION OF SUN VILLAGE RESORT GOA.
WHEN I FIRST CALLED AT CONTACT ADDRESS OF BANGALORE, THEY SAID THIS COUCHER IS NOT VALID DURING PEAK SEASON AND ROOM NEED TO BE BOOKED BEFORE 60 DAYS.

NOW NO BODY FROM BANGA,ORE OFFICE LIFT THE TELEPHONE, TO GET THEIR SERVICES.
