Sir

I am an account holder in IOB Bank at sholinghur (631102) Ac no 2310. On 16.10.09 around 5.30 pm i used the ING vysya atm Rajaji nagar, Bangalore for withdrawl of rs 1000.But i didn't receive the amt through atm as well as the transaction slip for twice of 1000 rs.(2000 rs).Subsequently on checking my balance i was found that a sum of rs 2000 is debited fro my account.I have given a request to the branch manager to take necessary actions.
While using SBI ATM card transacation at your Ashok Nagar, 2nd Avenue, Chennai Branch for Rs.6000/- (Rupees Sxi Thousand only) on 4th October 2011 at about 7.50 am the transaction was declined, but the
money has been debited to my SBI account.

On contacting your branch I have been informed by the front officer that the matter should be taken up with my State Bank Branch where I am holding an account. She also confirmed that normally it happends in all your ATMs which will be reversed automatically. Any how, I have given my request to my SBI branch in
Kerala State and they have taken up the matter with you. Kindly make the reversal without any further delay.

I have called their head office 5 times to set right a lapse policy. Still the issue has not been resolved. ING Vysya's chennai office especially is height of callousness, and total lack of professionalism, very poor coordination and customer management. Upon directions from one senior executive mr.mohan from the chennai office, i had gone for a medical check up in a local hospital they had specified to set right the life poilicy whcih was under lapse condition - but to my surprise, the hospital people refused to do the medical chk up saying there was no prior communication friom ING. This happened on 6th of November - pls respond. (my policy number 524360)

I had requested for a foreclosure documents of my Housing Loan last month and received the letter also in turn to my request. There had been few discrepancies found in that letter and I calling bank couple of times. I decided to personally visit the OTC Road branch on 12th September 2009 and raised concerns over the discrepancies. For my surprise even person identified to clarify my query also not sure about these calculations. He had received the hard copy of my complaint and informed that it will take 7 working days to clarify. (Infact, I had also received acknowledgement as a proof)

After 7 working days when I treid to followup my complaint, they are pretending like they had not received my complaint and asking me to get back to me in another 7 working days!!

While availing the Home Loan they finished all the formalities within 3 working days, but at the same time, while giving the service they are totally negligent.

Can any further action be taken on ING Vysya Bank to avoid any such instances to other customers?

This is Sheetal Joshi from Bombay. I worked with ING Vysya Life Insurance in Mumbai but the Head Office is at Bangalore. I have seperated from the company in October 2008. My PF withdrawal forms have been sent by the Head Office to the PF Office on 22nd February 2009. Normally it takes 45 to 60 working days for a settlement. It is past 6 months and no intimation from the PF office. Why the delay.

My PF no is KN/25113/14601. Please let me know the status.

I have taken a ING vysya ULIP policy numbered 01020590 last year.
My name is wrongly specified in the policy. Unknowingly I was paying the premiums on the name of some one else.
When communicated the same with a written complaint to ING VYSYA kukatpally branch, Hyderabad there was no proper response. Added to this my bond was not issued.

They are not forgetting the premium notices, but they forget delivery of policy. Unknowingly I have choosen a wrong company(ING Vysya).

                Good day Mr. Krishna,

Firstly you have to go the concerned branch office and make a complain. ( please take all your credentials before you going to the office).
You can complain with a letter and about the mistake in your name.

Something is wrong here, how can the policy bond not get issued and you are paying the premium then to which bond???

ING vysya delivers the policy docket by courier and after receiving it you are further given 15day free look period, that is the time you have the choice to stop/ cancel the policy if you want.

I am sure you paying another person’s premium

CHECK WITH THE BRANCH AGAIN or maybe the insurance advisor has manipulated the whole documentation work.

You need to put an enquiry into the whole thing

                  Hi,

This is regarding House loan from ING Vysya bank

You have not produced July 2009 cheque to my citibank and it is mistake from your side. Ontop of your mistake you have informed recovery agent to collect the outstanding amount from me.

Recovery agent called me and told me in rude tone there was cheque bounce from my bank and if I fail to pay the July 2009 EMI, Vysya bank is going to take legal action against me. This is disgusting! I did not expect this kind of mistake from Ing Vysya bank..YOU ARE BEHAVING LIKE A ROADSIDE MONEY LENDER WITH GUNDAS.

I request you to promptly present post dated cheque to my bank as there is no fund shortage whatsoever. If I get call again from your recovery agent I would be complaining against you to RBI/Consumer court and I will take legal action against the bank.

I had applied for ING Vysya Home Loan. I had submitted my documents along with processing fee cheque. It was told to me that cheque will be processed after I sign sanction letter.

My application was rejected and my account was debited afterwards for Rs 5515. I enquired about this from the person who has taken up my documents and was informed that it will be returned back to me in 2-3 days. Till date I have’t received my money back.( It is more than 20 days)

This is something never heard of in Banking fraternity. How can ING Vysya restore to such kind of activity which is primarily based on fooling around with the customer. I had enquired about the limit first for which he took my documents and informed me that he would tell me my eligibility first and than submit the documents.
Now they are deducting money for the service they have never provided. Just for submitting documents into the system they are charging Rs 5515. ( Remember inspite of my application being rejected I had to pay Rs 5515 ) . Be careful of ING Vysya Bank Home Loan.

We took a home loan from INGVYSYA Bank.THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CHEATS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.THEY ARE LOOTING PUBLIC AND MAKING PROFITS FOR THEMSELVES.NEVER NEVER TAKE HOME LOANS FROM INGVYSYA Bank.
Although ours is floating rate of interest, they are not reducing the ROI although the ROI has come down now.But when there was a hike in the ROI, they increased it with immediate effect.
When our loan was approved, the rate of interest was 9%.Within a few months the ROI went upto 12%.This change was done with immediate effect for us and we were paying heavily but now when the ROI has come down, they are not decreasing the ROI for us.WHen we ask them about this, their LOAN PROCESSING EXECUTIVE who was so cordial till we took the loan, say"WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING, THIS IS DECIDED BY RBI, I[censored] WANT U CAN SWITCH TO OTHER BANK".ING VYSYA BANK IS A BIG CHEAT, DONT GO TO THEM FOR HOME LOANS, THEY WILL LOOT U.BEWARE OF INGVYSYA BANK.
The entire history is repeated with me but the amount of processing fee debited to my account being Rs.22, 060/-. After waiting for 15days, the agent of the bank who took the documents informed that my application was rejected due to the reasons best known to them. Trying to contact the bank's customer care is till now a foolish step being taken by me every hour.Neither my documents nor the processing fee cheque debited from my account by the bank has been returned to me. Even I am quite unaware of the fact that why my application was rejected though each and every document listed by them had been submitted. WHAT SHALL I DO.

ING Vysya Bank — ING VYSYA BANK HOME LOAN - BEWARE

I opted to avail home loan from ING Vysya Bank ( Bangalore , OTC Branch ) because they said it will be processed in 3 days. The interest offered at that time was 9% ( this is in 2007 ) and then they gradually increased it to 13% and after lots of visits/arguments this was brought down to 11%. Now they claim that they have changed the terms and conditions and hv sent me a letter/email which I never received. In my offer letter then, I was allowed to do 2 partial prepayments each year without any penalty and now they hv restricted this to 25% of outstanding, Also the forclosure charge was 1% then and now they hv increased it to 3%.
I wish to know how I could take this up legally ( if anyone had done so earlier ).
                    Regards.
                    Dear,
                    its really very unfair.
but, did you understood the process before signing the loan application, my experience goes this way..
the processing executive told me that 5515 has to be paid along with documents, in case of rejection, , if my property papers are not submitted then the bank shall deduct only 1000 and refund 4000, and if the property evaluations happened then the loan application is rejected or declined then we shall not get any amount from the bank.

this is my experience, hope this is not made clear to you by the executive.

                    thanks.
I am really ashamed to hear all this truth about ING VYSYA BANK. I will withdraw all of my saving & current accounts from this bank on very soon.

More than 90% shares of this bank belongs to foreigners, who care almost nothing about us.

Thank you for your eye opening experiences.

                    Dear Friend,

I am also facing the simillar situation, can you please tell me how you managed to bring down this interest to 11%. I am tired of mailing them and the only reply I get " we regret not to reduce"

                    Please suggest.

                    ING Vysya bank,

Beware the number one fraud bank available for us in Kaliyug.
I have taken a home loan from the same in 2008, the rate of interest was 11%, from Nov 2010 they have been continuously increasing it by 0.25%.In May 2011 they increased it by 0.5%.My rate of interest is presently 13%.

Also the employees of the bank are very irresponsible, I recieved a letter from the bank on 5-Apr stating that I have an overdue payment of Rs.33289 ( one month's EMI).Then again after 15 days they sent me one more letter stating that it was a mistake and the reason was due to computer malfunctioning.

I am really disgusted to the core, I have decided to take them or the employee to the court.I want to sue them very badly as they cheat people in the daylight.
Anyone willing to advice me please mail me on [protected]@gmail.com

I invested Rs10000/ in the ING Vysya best years retirement

plan by ING Vysya which was launched in
March 2004 which came with assured Capital protection.
I got a shock of my life when I got the document 2 months

after as it showed contribution charges of Rs 1000/,

preimium term rider of rs 293/ and initial one-time charge of rs

                      700/ with total deductions of
Rs 1993.How ever reposing faith in it I made a further

conribution of Rs 9000/ in 2005.

Then the statement for[protected] which showed an

opening balance of Rs 8055/ as the opening balance and a sum of Rs 293/ was

deducted as term rider premium and Rs 213/ as annual

management fee and the BIGGEST SHOCKS was when they

credited a total bonus interst of Rs 507/ for the whole year which

is less than the regular interest rates.

If the scheme is a Capital protected one and was passive in nature

and not a single rupee was invested
in equities then why deduct such high fund charges.
In none of the statements do they indicate the pattern of the

                      money invested under this head.
Even if 10% of the money had been invested in equties at that

time as the sensex was at the
lowest in 2004 and that too at the lowest risk component of 10%

in equities and 90% in bond or debts, then the return shown would have been substantially

                      higher.
I mean outraged at the high charges for just 'essentially' keeping our money in a safe.
Even a fixed deposit with a bank would have earned a higher

                      return.
This money is earmarked for annuity in old age and if the entire amount invested
remains the same, how can people who invested their hard earned money
in it hope to benefit. It is a shame on ING Vysya.

Out of the total Rs 19000/ invested, in aperiod of 4 years

starting 2004, t he annual statement from 1/04/2007 to

                      31/3/2008 showed a netbalance of Rs 19624.

Is this the way the private funds are to be regulated.
I want IRDA or the PFRDA to probe this scheme in totality and
                      offer directions necessary to revise
the returns from retrospective effect or else refund the entire

                      AMOUNT with simple interest
Since I have nothing much to lose, I intend to take this to the

consumer Court in the IRDA fails to take
                      any action in this regard.

I have started ING life plus in Dec 27 08. 1250/ pm. Now in 12-dec-09 the fund value is only 8000/-. As per the policy document the total charges for the whole year is approximately 4000/-. Now when the statement was taken with great difficulty from ING, the charges by ING is approx. Rs. 9000/-. The matter is being taken up with concerned authorities. Friends be cautious when u deal with ING. Verify the fund value and statement each month, why to waste money even if 100/-.
I've same experience with ING Vysya's best years retirement plan. High upfront charges are levied in first years, and ING was not upfront in letting it's customers know about these charges. Very pathetic product, completely taken customers for a ride. Don't trust ING vysya

                        Dear Sir / Madam

This is an grievance on the home loan application made with ING VYSA in May 09 vide application no. HL [protected] . Both me and my friend had approached Mr. Arun (Contact no. [protected]) and for over a week the entire process went fast and smooth till we realized that the loan amount that we wanted and that the bank was providing had a huge difference and we had to call it off, there were no formal sanction letter provided though it was all verbal and through sms.

Meanwhile both o[censored]s paid the house loan processing fees cheque of Rs.5500 each, which they did not wait for the sanction letter to come as intially requested by us but went ahead with depositing the same .

Now after we got the loan from a different banker ING VYSA is denying to repay the processing fees .

Couple of points to note in this regard :

                        1. We had clearly mentioned in the loan application on the amount that was needed.
                        2. We were assured of the maximum possible amount, but the final amount was 16% lower than what we requested for.
                        3. Arun has his own reasons like technical valuation, etc which has been done and hence now the fees can't be refunded . We have requested him to deduct the charges and pay us the balance, which he can’t as per BANK POLICY !!

Intention of writing to you is to bring this to your notice that what this bank is upto so that you could take strict action on the same and so that this becomes a example for other banks whenever they do some thing as unethical as this.

                        Regards

                        Anupam

I took a loan from ING VYSYA bank last year at 10.5% interest rate and just after a month they increased it to 11% and then again to 11.5% and then finally to 11.75%. I had taken a loan for a period of 20 years but due to increase in interest rate ING has incresed my tenure to 25 years (shocking). I can understand that the interest rate is fluctuating and not fixed but these people are cheating like hell. Last year RBI increased the CRR ratio and Repo rate twice due to which my rate of interest increased but since october last year RBI has reduced the Repo rate and CRR many times by over 450 basis points. If I calculate my Home loan interest should come down to 8% but ING VYSYA is charging me a interest rate of 11%. THESE CULPRITS ARE SUCKING MONEY TO BUILD THEIR PROFIT. SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ACTIONS CAN I TAKE. I AM WILLING TO GO TO COURT TO TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST THEM. If someone would like to give me some suggestion then please email me at franky.[protected]@yahoo.co.in

They are not giving proper response to customers, i want change my initial for my demat a/c or i have to receive my shares to my a/c.

This is my final try, other wise i will take legal action against ICICI and i will complaint to all higher authorizes. I will complaint to Reserve bank also.

                          Thanking you
I totally agree with Mr D souza. I am also a victim og ING Vysya who is suffering from last 2 years...they never try to reduce the rates when the repo rate is decreasing day by day. I am still paying at 11.25%, now reduced from 13% 6months back. They deserve a lesson to be tought from the consumer court.
I agree with you all. ING-VYSYA is not reducing the interest rates and cheating customers like us in these tough times. Moreover they have increased the foreclosure charges from 2% to 3% to ensure that customers like us who are cheated by ING-VYSYA doesnt move to another banks which are passing on the benefits of reduced interest rates to the customers. They are using all the unfair means to stop the customers from switching over to other banks. I know more people who are suffering like us. I guess we need to start a forum (May be like HATE_INGVYSYA_BANK) and take this with consumer forum or consumer court. We should teach banks like ING-VYSYA a lesson. I guess we all need to catch up sometime and take necessary action. My email address is [protected]@rediffmail.com. Please write to me and I can share my phone number.
We all can get together and file a case in the consumer court. I am sure we will win the case, even if we loose, I will ensure enough publicity in the newspapers (my brother and cousin are working for leading english news papers as journalists) so that it creates an awareness in the public and no one else like us will suffer in future. Let us do some service to the society atleast. I have more documented facts as well.
I agree to your complaint and even i am suffering from the same problem. RBI has decreased the CRR and repo rate but still ING is not making any step to decrease the interest rate. I must tell you that they were amongest the first one to increase when CRR rate was hiked.

Even i am also ready to go to court. Any suggestion are welcome.
Yes I too agree, In such bad times these peoples are charging ik hell.I too wanted to foreclose, they immidiatly increased foreclosure from 2 to 3% and I was trapped. You all can do 2 things.

                          1. Increase your EMI and thus by reducing tenure and interest rate. I have done that.

                          2. Take a firm dicision and foreclose to a nationilized bank. like LIC(8.75% currently). this will help in long run though you have pay forclosure chanrges now.

I agree too. Availing the home loan facilty from ING was a BIG MISTAKE. We currently want to foreclose and they have increased the charges from 2% to 3%.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can pursue them to keep the rate at 2%?

so i had visted to the bank asking to renew the fixed deposit,
surprizly the bank told me to take amount as it is,
                          details amt deposited=7000 in 1987 maturaty value=14000 on 1992 .
hence i requested the bank to renew it, the bank manager just refused to renew oraly,
he is not ready to give in written any thing, iwent several times,
and wrote many letters all in vain no reply .now kindly can you help me out,

Hi. My case is similar - watch out for these guys - not only are they ripping you off, they are also likely to screw your reputation and make it difficult to get other loans by complaining to CIBIL on small grounds! Read on!

I am Senior Vice President Marketing at SpiceJet and I feel ING Vysya bank home loan division is pursuing the most blatant home loan rip-off. They have treated me so badly that I have resolved to wilfully stop people from taking home loans from them. The following is a series of examples of poor service

                          a. Their DSA sold me the loan (HL[protected]) about a year ago with the express promise that I could repay without penalty 95% of the loan after 12 months.
                          b. Within one month of taking the loan, their interest rate went up and they kept pestering me to pay the 'difference' of a small amount every month. I asked them to write me a detailed letter explaining the charges and to suggest an easier way of paying this than having to come up with a small value cheque every month, but they did not. Finally, I gave up and paid a consolidated amount.
                          c. Strangely, when interest rates dipped significantly, they would never reduce EMI nor would they set the initial anomaly right. On every interest rate dip, they would say 'the period has been adjusted'. My efforts at gaining some transparency in the form of written communication were met with stonewalling.
                          d. They have unilaterally changed the loan terms and revoked my right to pay back without penalty. They claim to have sent a letter to this effect, but I have received no such.
                          e. The last straw - for an amount as small as Rs. 1600 outstanding owing to the above small differences, they have been filing complaints with the Credit Bureau against my name thus besmirching my reputation. Credit card companies (American Express) have reduced my limit because of this. On writing to ING Vysya, there is no response!

I wish to submit to your good office that as a consumer with an unblemished credit record, I am pained at this wanton, one-sided behaviour of a bank and the liberal support being provided to the bank by public institutions such as RBI and CIBIL.

AS a individual consumer, I have no recourse except to grimly bear the overbearing behaviour of these big banks. I intend to pursue the matter legally as a case of motivated slander and libel and would like to have CIBIL's views on the matter.
I think we should go ahead file complaint in consumer court and everywhere saying that the foreclosure charge is nowehere mentioned in agreement document of ING Vysya Home loan.

I am filing a case in consumer court.

                          Thanks
AGREE with this. If any of you had given complaints in consumer forum, please let us know. Also pls let us know any help required in this regard.
I agree with all the above statements.ING VYSYA Bank is not reducing the interest rates although all the other banks have reduced and their customer service is pathetic. You can never get through the concerned person and the customer service executives fail to give the required information. They just dodge you.
ING VYSYA BANK is the most pathetic banks and we should never borow loan from them.
I have faced the same situation with ING and want to log a complain against them, please contact me on[protected]
ING VYSYA BANK has one of the worst bank. I wanted to close the loan account they ask me to wait for 6 months, now after six months they are asking 3% fore closure charges.
                          hi,
I have gone to ING VYSYA bank in one of there branch, for home loan. I have received a sanctioned letter from there end. but the thing is when there executives came for the valuation of the property which i was looking for, claimed for much lesser amount then my required value. so i stepped back from the loan.

I have paid them for processing fee of Rs.10000 + 12.36%service tax.

Now my query is that can i ask them for refunding my processing fee as i have not taken any loan from them.

And what is the time period for doing so.

                          kindly suggest.

                          with regards

                          Pavan
First of all, the floating rate of interest is a improper practice by all banks. When you give loan on an interest rate then you always verify that you get income on this rate of interest. That means you get funds at say 6% from fixed deposit holders etc and bank says I will give home loan at 8%. So profit is 2%. If linked to RBI rates, just because PLR is increasing, home loan rates increase and if RBI rate is 11% then bank makes profit of 5%.

Even if you say, lending rate is fixed to RBI rates. Then FD rates also should be tied to RBI rates. THis is not happening. So, banks are making undue profit at the cost of consumers.

Who can tel if I am correct? Can we do something about this?
I am against this bank because they have increaeed pre-payment penalty.
Secondly the PLR they have kept is 15.6 which is much more that what is defined by RBI 11-12%...This means they are minting money by charging us extra.
i called up ING customer care and they made a statement tht bank is not supposed to keep PLR more than what is defined by RBI.
HI All here in I am giving you few of the email address of few hi profile people of ING Vysya home loan division.

                          Hi Gentlemen,

I have also suffered all these like you. However, keep in mind that RBI has given these freedom to all banks. Every bank is same in this HL business taking undue amounts. If at all we should do, we should take up the matter with RBI. The e-mail addres swe can find in rbi website. But I am not sure whether they will respond.
Hi pal.., It is okay that RBI has given them freedom (as part of business..!!) but it is their duty to inform their customers about the rise and fall of interest.and that too the ING is increasing EMI tenure without informing MR D'Souza (not onely Dsouza.. i am also the sufferer..) This one is enough to sue them. ING is really greedy enough to suck all till blood. By their way of sucking, they bush me to sell out my dream home. let me know if any one sued them. I too wanted to be one against them.
                          [protected]@gmail.com
If anybody has filed complaint against ING Vysysa please let me know. I also want to sue. they are charging exorbitantly high interest rates. Please let me know about the procedure to sue the Bank for this
I am also one of the recent victims who took loan with ING Vysya an year before and paid almost 5 lakhs in which my principal is not even covered 1 lakh and paid the interest part like anything. According to recent RBI guidelines, the ROI has come down and these people are not reducing the increased ROI to existing customers and giving benefits to new customers. I am currently in process of taking over the loan and ultimate sufferer in paying my complete earnings to this bank till date. You never get proper information through the concerned person and the customer service executives fail to give the required information. As everyone said above they truly deserve a lesson from consumer court. I am completely against this bank.
It is one of the junk bank i never i saw, simply cheating peoples by taking too much interest rates,
i have paid around 10lac ffor 3yrs, after 3rd yr i asked for statement for pre-closure, they have given letter with the amount more than whatever amount is taken (24lacs). to close this loan i need to pay 25lacs + including all junk charges. they said all 10lacs gone for interest only

ING VYSYA BANK is big Cheater don;t go with it for any loans or any accounts, it is all junk bank.
                          Folks,

I too a victim of this bank fraud. Currently, I am paying interest of 11%. Not sure where i stand with others in same bank however my friends are paying much lesser rate in other banks.. I heard that for new customers they are charging interest rates around 8.5 to 9.0% Can any one suggest me how to deal with these people and more over now the part payment they have limited to 25% and that too one time in financial year.
Its true for all the banks
Please join ING VYSYA BANK HATE GROUP on facebook. I am determined to take this bank to consumer court so lets channelise all our energy in only one forum and create representatives who will take the represent group of people from specific areas. Let make this happen as we all are getting ripped by this nonsense bank. I don't even want to call it a bank now.
Ing Vysya Bank statement of account of Home loan is not as per banker's book evidence act as it is not the exact replica of what they have maintained internally. This is causing lot of confusion to the customer when the interest amount exceeds the EMI due increase in floating rate.Ing Vysya should be very clear and apparent in furnishing the actual statement of account. As per initial amortization schedule the amount fixed towards repayment of principal must be adhered and they cannot appropirate the entire EMI to Interest without any credit to principal. This method adopted by the bank has no meaning as the length of repayment period is increased unknowingly to the home loan borrower
Today I got a message from ING VYSYA bank stating the increase in 0.5% in home loan rate. Did you guys also got the same message ?
I too got a message saying .5% increase. When RBI was reducing all rates left and right, they brought down my home loan rate from 12.5 to 11.5 and just when RBI increased the rate, ING Vysya has increased it before anybody else.Stupid bank and I think this is simply my bad luck that I have fallen into their trap. Transfer also doesn't look feasible now as they are asking for 3% + service charge which will cometo nearly 1 lakh for a 25 lakh loan
I too got a message saying 0.5% increase. for lat three years I observed that whenever RBI increases the CRR/Repo Rate ING Vysya bank follow it quickly and increase its PLR. On contrary if RBI reduces the CRR/Repo Rate the PLR remain unaffected which forced us to pay more interest on our home loans. However to trap new customers this bank offers attractive schemes. Currently new home loans are being offerd at 8.25% rate of interest whereas we are paying 11-12% interest on our home loan. ALL LOAN HOLDERS SHOULD DO NEGATIVE MARKETING AGAINST THIS CHEATER BANK, AND TRY TO ESCAPE FROM THEIR TRAP.
I am also a victim. It is rubbish with high interest rates without caring the customers. I had taken a home loan from ING Vysya bank for Down payment plan 2 year ago. My flat is ready for possesion now in next month but they have not disburse the whole sanction amount and keep increasing their intrest rate.they have just increase 0, 5% again. I am keep paying the EMI for whole sanction amount. As per their one of clause(hidden in Agg.letter), I can't close/Transfer the loan without final disburshment. so they intentionaly not disburshing the full sanction amount. When I asked about the reason, they told me that as per their aggrement between Bank & Builders. i don't know what type of dealing they have make with builder. it is a worst bank for loans i have experience. ING Vysya bank increase the interest rate soon but never do they reduce the interest rates. I went their branch office several time for my queries/justification, but no one will ready to even intract you. They are over smart on increasing the Interest rate; but when others reducing their rate, they will not do anything for existing customer. As they know that they have already trapped, if any customer want to BT/foreclosure, they will direct you to so many clause hidden in the Loan aggrement and imposed charges(only maintained and changed frequently by them to keep trap the customerand suited them). They are very rude in behaviour too. and customer care is pathetic.
I am really ashamed to hear all this truth about ING VYSYA BANK. I will withdraw all of my saving & current accounts from this bank on very soon.

More than 90% shares of this bank belongs to foreigners, who care almost nothing about us.

Thank you for your eye opening experiences.
I have applied for home loan in ING!, and reference number is HL[protected] you people have taken the processing fees of 10500/- but finally my loan amount has not got sanctioned. So I request you to repay my processing fees and also please confirm the method of repay on my account.
I was sanctioned a Home Loan on 13 September 2010, by your bank. My loan
case was presented to ING VYASA BANK by Mr Anshul from a DSA called

in place, on 1st November 2010 (i.e. more than 1 1/2 months after
sanction), I was informed by Mr Tarun Gera at ING that due to some
complications amongst JAYPEE INFRATECH (our developer) and ING VYSYA
BANK, our loan would not be disbursed.

My last date of payment to JAYPEE INFRATECH was Oct 15, 2010 after which
Jaypee will levy an interest of 18% pa. for the period of delay.

In addition to this I re-applied for the loan with AXIS BANK, and even
today as I write this email to you my loan is still under process.

This wasn't enough, the processing fees cheque was returned to me on 23
Nov 2010 for the amount of Rs.4000/- only, whereas I paid Rs.5616/-
                          towards the processing fees.

In totality, I find the entire process of the way my loan was handled
unprofessional & unethical. As a client, I have been at a loss, by
loosing on the processing fees I paid to your bank and on top of that
the interest incurred to me by JAYPEE.

Despite of sending complaint emails to ING, no reply and no clarification. I am in for a case in the consumer court to this bank. If we dont sue them, these kind of things will keep happening to more and more people.

ING Vysya is big sucker, i have taken a mortagage loan...i have asked for 7 lakhs...for the property worth 50 lakhs...i was made to take 12 lakhs...Emergency made me to.

You won't belive i am paying interest rate of 14%...they are happy to raise interest at rapid speed .50% when RBI increases...And when it reduces..its just .25%...this not a bank..only once

I have sent complaint mails to the customer care...easily they send me a letter to close the loan.

Count me in while filling the case. I will definetely make this bank suffer...they think they are intelligent...i will defintely show and suck the money i lost back from it.

                          Raj
Any one has filed a case or got their pre penalty reduced? Pre penalty of 3% is never approved by us. We approved for a 1% only.
                          Hi,

I am applying for a home loan with ING Vysya. Please suggest.
                          Hi,

I have applied for home loan from ING Vysya, a98% of the paper work is done. About to get the cheque generated. They say that the Interest rates are going to increase from 9.75% to 10.5% and are forcing me to get the cheque generated before 15th May'11. Not sure whether this is true or just a trick to get me pay Just the interest till the next billing cycle.
                          Please suggest.
                          Hi

I am one more victim Home Loan buyer. When I availed a load in year 2007 the rate of interest was 9.5%, which was competative within the market. Once the loan is disbursed all clauses started changing... Prepayment penalty which was 1% rose to 2% and at present it is 3%. Interest rate rose to 13.5% (seems like a personal loan iterest). This bank is a Big Cheater... Please never opt for any loans from this bank.

                          Murali
                          Hi,
Now, I am also a victim of this cheater bank. I had taken 8 L house loan 2 years back at 10.25% interest. They have never reduced even 1 rupee when the repo rate decreased couple of times in between. Last week they had sent me a letter saying they have added about Rs. 800 in my existing EMI and extended my tenure to 25 years instead of 20 years as per the loan tenure. I calculated approx total of repaying figure which comes around 30 L against my 8 L loan. Rubbish !!!

Kindly suggest me a solution, where to go or whom to approach for a solution of this exploitation.
I have faced the same situation with ING and want to log a complain against them, please contact me on [protected]
100% agree. As per the latest letter that i received in may 2011, the rate has been increased to 13.25%.
I agree with this post. ING Vysya Bank is a fraud bank.
I have no energy to say.. Having a highly difficult time with these guys. My loan interest rate was 10.75% when I tool three years back, but currently it is 14% (touching my personal loan interest rate). I have given them the revised cheques of Rs36, 500 two months back and requested to return back my old cheques of Rs24, 960.

Interestingly (unfortunately/ridiculously) they are presenting both the cheques and removing Rs.61460 from my account for last two months. I am still having difficult time to get back my money and get back my previous cheques.
I am also on same boat. When i have taken the home loan, the ROI was 10.50 % but now it is touching to 14 %. I have asked several times to the bank that when the loan was taken, At the time Home Loan purchase the Base rate, PLR, RR and RRR was different and today is different. But no one is reverting back on this. I am having touch time as i am paying the rent and EMI both at same time. The Loan is not decreased but increased by this bank.
This is in regard to the complain for ING Vysya Bank. I have taken the loan from ING Bank at the ROI of 10.50% in March 2010. Now they have increased the ROI to 13 % without giving any clarification provided for Base rate.

At the time Home Loan purchase the Base rate, PLR, RR and RRR was different and today is different. Please confirm if the bank have rights to increase the ROI for existing customer only and offer less ROI to new customers.

This is not justice to the existing customer. Please guide me how to take it forward with bank. I have requested to the bank to lower down the ROI but they are not ready for it.

I will be very thank full to you if you can help me out from this trouble.
                          Hi,

I have applied the Housing Loan with HimayatNagar, Hyderabad branch.
Where I was forced to meet an agent, where the story started.

He took all the signatures and as required by the bank.
And the Heart Breaking news was even the building construction was not started the idiotic bank has released 90% of loan that too without any information/approval from customer/my end.

It took 2yrs to complete with the god grace and big fight with bank and builder. Shameless people.
I have come to know that bank employees were very close to builder and played this high drama.
Finally who was the sufferer - customer that is no other my self. I have paid 3lakhs as PRE-EMI. no one in this world paid that much for nothing. Now without any information to customer interest rates are hiked to 14.25% where no bank is charging. I dont know why i bought that house and that too with ING.
Please my request is that please never ever go with ING bank FOR any transaction not even savings account, current account, fixed deposit and any Loans.
If by mistake if you have taken, you will not get an helping hand from the branch to move to other bank, will be charged for each and every move.
lack of process in the bank and no one will take the responsibility.
CAREFULL with ING VYSYA BANK... God should save me and other who are already with ING.
Yes, I too agree on the above comments... I've taken HL from ING in 2008 with interest rate of 10.25% and subsequently it has gone upto 13.75% whereas other banks are running with fair interest rates... During this period I've paid totally 9.35Laks out of which only 75 thousand has gone to principal and remaining 8.60 lakhs gone to ONLY for INTEREST... ING VYSYA BANK is VERY BIG CHEATER AND DON't GO WITH FOR ANY LOANS...
i have an existing loan from ing vysya loan account no.: 5500HL527624. the bank want to levy 3% pre-closure charges. bank like icici have waved out their pre-closure. this makes me assume that if icici can wave out these charges so can any other bank and this also could mean that the circular by NHB is put in practise by these banks. then why would ing vysya charge these charges and that too "3%". i have just closed 1 loan with icici and smooth experience. is there an authority to give people like me a solution against these bank??????? desperately seeking help !!!

I took a loan from ING VYSYA bank last year at 10.5% interest rate and just after a month they increased it to 11% and then again to 11.5% and then to 11.75%. Now whooping 14%. I had taken a loan for a period of 20 years. I keep on getting letters you need to pay this much extra and over due amount. So painful to be associated with them, spoken with many banks and everyone says you have taken for ride nicely. i have paid approx 5 lacs still no changes in pricipal amount. Want to sue them, really loosing peace of mind and the way they are sucking hard earned money.
                          pls help !!!

I am also one of the victim and suffering from lat 2 yers. This cheater bank has given me loan as a scheme at 8.25% for two yers. After two years it has gone up directly to 12.50%, while increasing ROI, there is an increase in both like tenure as well as EMI which should not be the case.
In lat two years I have not received any single document from ING bank and on asked bank is saying that they are not having my mailing address, which is highly impossible because without any verification bank doesn't provide any loan.
Bank also have taken an extra charges towards reduction of ROI and at the end they left saying that we have reduced your tenure and there is no any clause to reduce my EMI.

I am going to lodge a complaint against ING Vysya Bank in consume court, only I need support from all of you. I am ready to teach a lesson such a cheater bank.

Please...Please don't go for any kind of loan, especially Home loan with ING...which is a big cheater...my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com
I have not seen some-one cheating like ING Vysya Bank.I took a Home Loan 3 Years Back for 13.99 Lacs.In the Interim, I paid 2 Lac to reduce my outstanding to 11.99 Lac.
Now, I want to close my Home Loan with them as I sold my Flat.Even after following up for so many Days, they have issued me a fore-closure letter on 26th Nov, having Final Date of Payment as -24th Nov12.
The worst part is that, my outstanding shown is 11.64+taxes+foreclosure charges=30, 424.57, which totals to 12.01 Lacs. So, If I add 2 Lac to it it becomes-14.01 Lacs, which is HIGHER THAN THE LOAN taken by me .So, ALL THE INTEREST I PAID FOR 3 YEARS, equivalent to some 5 LACS have gone into their Pocket !!! SO, I AM BASICALLY FOOLED LIKE AN ...
TECHNICALLY, In 3 YEARS, they didn't deduct any PRINCIPLE out of 5 LACS Paid to them ...
Though, I am closing my Account with them, I need help to file a case against the Bank in Consumer Forum so that stringent actions can be taken against them by Govt/Court.

                          Hi,

I am surekha Gote, me too facing the same problem for Home Loan from ING Vysya Bank..
I would also like to go to court.

Twice i had been to branch to resolve my home loan issue in 2010 and 2011 i have been directed to customer care saying that only sales staff sit at barnch hence ny request was not taken. same time my father went through majar surgery and very seroius so i has lost touch them.

Now i am getting calls from Head office for some over due amount which was due to hike of rate of interet.

                          Point :

                          1) Without customer Intimation Bank has increase Tenure
                          2) Due to frequent change in rate of interest very less priciple has been deducted from loan since 2008.
                          3) Why should customer pay over due amount.
                          4) In 2010 to 2011 i was planning to shift my loan from ING to SBI, but bank had asked me to pay 2% charges where in other bank were doing Balance tranfer 0% charges.

I will be very thank full to you if you can help me out from this trouble.
                          Hi,

I guess all o[censored]s should file court case against the bank and send them a legal notice.
Delay in action means its our loss..
I am with all of you and I reside in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Mostly all my concerns have been covered in the above comments. I am also one of the victims of ING Vysya Home Loan since 2008. If anybody is interested to contact me, drop me an email and we can go Legal together against this Bank's Home Loan Department specifically.

My Home Loan request from ING Vysya Bank was rejected. They have taken my Processing fee of Rs 5618 and not returned yet, inspite of a number of requests and emails.
ING has the most pathetic service I have ever Seen especially with the Home loan department ( Pune) where the personnel does not even know how to speak to the customers . To my surprise they have audacity to yell at their customer as if he is my boss . You should be thankful that your loan was not sanctioned coz its a pain for 20 years then Would recommend to file a complaint with BAnking Ombusdman

I, Suresh Raghuramarao, from Hyderabad, had applied for a housing loan with ING vysya bank based on my property. All my details were genuine and my credit scoring is good till date. The ING Vysya Bank taken the application only by making a cheque payment of Rs.5515.00 along with the application. But after processing the application in few days, immediately the Bank said, my application was not successful as my profile is not good, but timely the cheque which i paid along with applicaition has been cleared on the day when i got the result knowing that the loan was not approved. I am expecting a refund from ING Vysya Bank, but its already a week till date, wondering, nobody has called from ING Vysya Bank.
I dont think a banking code will be like this especially for ING Vysya Bank. I would like to file a case against this to the consumer court in near future. - Suresh, Hyderabad / Contact No.[protected]

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,

I agree! The ING customer service is pathetic and useless, Also i agree they give you branch or some numbers for information where no one picks or bangs the phone. I had enough bad experience with this bank and undergoing.

My advice to borrowers to keep away from this bank for any sort of loan or relationship. Try out PSU banks, it might be time consuming in intital days when your loans are processed but they are clean and have proper rules. I regret having loan with bank and hope to correct my decesion by transfer to PSU bank.

I don't have words to express my experience with this stupid banking system. As they are not doing good business they want to suck off poor mans blood and they live on it. People working in the bank must know that they are living on customers money and their bank won't mint the money out.

People must stop banking with them then they wil understand.

It is also our bad luck that there is no monitoring body in India which could look after such issues or concerns.

                                      Suck the policy
