Ordered but not received parcel
Product bought - small mixer. Spend 1999/- inclduing delivery charges through credit card. Website doesnt have customer support or refund on non-delivery. No phone lines are working. Seems like a bogus website.

    I have ordered for chromecast for rs *** from insasta.com order status is showing as shipped but noone is responding about status of my order.I have tried contacting on website as well noone is responding to it. Also contact number mentioned is switched off. Please do the needful so I can get my product or money back.

      I have order a product costing rs.284 and now it's any delivery date and company is not replying my call nd mail. So plz take action against the company. As it might be possible that someone ordered a expensive product nd then face this problem so plz solve the problem as fast as possible

        I ordered products and paid online. Till date they have failed to deliver the products and my order date was on 20/08/2020 vide order no - inv[protected], order id - 844665. I ve also tried to call on their contact numbers but it is always unanswerable.

          I order 2 items and wasted my rs.200, no order was dispatched never delivered and when i asked for refund, no refund was given, i am cheated my insasta.com and request every body please don't buy anything as it is totally fraud site..

            Insasta.com is totally fraud site please don't order anything as everything is fake. I want cyber crime to please look into this matter and take serious action against them and also to ban this site permanently
            And every person of insasta.com should send to jail for life time for stealing people's hard earned money

                      Dear Sir,
                      On 18th Aug 2020, ) I placed an order with insasta.com. Total 3 items. Out of them 2 items correct and one item wrong. I placed order for blutooth hand free but I received wired hand free. Same time I chat with insasta official chat and inform about the product, also sent them pics of products and invoice. Same time I sent.a mail to them regarding product change. But till time no response from insasta.com.

                          I placed a order on 11/8/2020 system says product shipped on 26/8/2020, when i asked to give tracking detail a staff sandeep pdovided me tracking no.but courier company says product is not with them, today again when i chat with them another staff Divya said product not yet shipped, when i said why your system says already shipped she disapeared from chat it shows thease people are fraud and cheeting me.who is fake system update or staff

                                I had ordered a pair of chrome cast for myself on 15th aug 2020. I had made the payment using my card and i received the order confirmation and the invoice the same day but yet not received any update on the date of delivery and the delivery tracking details. I tried reaching the online chat of the customer care but not getting an proper response and even tried reaching the customer care number which was provided but it seems that number is switched off.
                                Could you kindly check with them and let me know when i would be able to get the delivery.

                                      I ordered 9 products from this cheap website on[protected]. Since then, i haven't received any update on the order delivery. There is no tracking mechanism. The customer care contacts are out of order. The money has been paid in advance and couldn’t get any update since then.

                                        I placed an order on 10/06/2020 with order id 665809 for Kitchen weighing scale and Hanging weighing scale and paid in full, but as of now they didn't recived my product and there is no way to reach their customer care. I tried emailing them, raising ticket but no responce

                                        I have tried to contact them many times but unable to do that, even they don't reply any chat and message. It is a complete fake and looting web site.

                                        Kindly help me to return my money.
