I was ordered huwai gsm based landline phone on[protected] order id 6353 and i got[protected] it was defective product.i was returned on[protected] and i got replaced product it ok but i was oredred white colour but there sended black colour so i requested change the white colour there was accepted and arranged reverse pickup on[protected].but still two month over i not get my product.i asked there told you ordered already dispatced.i have all the details like two times reverse pickup bills and whatsapp conversation email conversations.but they are not response.

I had ordered anycast dongle from insasta, the product is not working as per mentioned, i had asked insasta enterprise for refund ... They said i hv to courier the product back to them... Since that day i am trying to call them... Either their phone comes busy .. Or going wrong no.

Dear sir,
2 days before i have ordered online a body weighing machine from insasta.com. I paid online. After paying there generated only invoice. No any confirmation mail or sms. There is no any information about the product delivery or anything. I tried to call all the three numbers provided in their website ([protected]/ [protected]/[protected]). But all the phones are switched off all the time. I mailed from the "contact us" column in the website about the information but no response.
I think this company is a fake company and making people fool. Please help me in getting my ordered product.
