I ordered one wireless keyboard and mouse touchpad on 22nd may 2019. I have made online payment for Rs. 458/- with delivery charges as mentioned in payment option.
They shared the shipment tracking link (http://pickrr.com/tracking/#?tracking_id=[protected], but the product was not delivered and without any call or prior information they bring back the order as per tracker.

I placed an order on 25/05/19 with order id 225878 for Heavy Duty Aluminium Folding Picnic Table & Chairs Set + Umbrella and paid in full, but as of now they didn't recived my product and there is no way to reach their customer care. I tried emailing them, raising ticket but no responce

Their operation seems fraudulent as they have no responsiveness to any query / chats/ phone calls. The website continues to attract buyers with cheap deals/ offers/ coupons, after a payment has been made there is no communication to the buyer on the status of the product delivery...

I ordered travel iron box from insasta.com and paid money online via phonepay.
The site is mentioned that cash on delivery 67/- extra. So i paid online only.
I got invoice via email on[protected].
Up to now no information, they are not giving support like amazon, flipkart etc. My order always showing shipped from 4 days. I tried to contact them via chat, email, mobile. They are not responding to anything....

They are fraudsters. I have place an order with them of earphones and paid the money as well. They have not provided any tracking facility and later i came to know that it is a fake chinese product so i sent them a mail for cancellation of order but they are neither replying on mail nor on phone and i haven't received my earphones yet. What actions can i take against them please help....

Among them, two products were defective and I raised a return request.But the requests are not processed.

I emailed the help.insasta@gmail.com email id with pictures of the defective products. But didnot see any response.
