I have placed an order on insasta.com on 13.04.2019 for few mobile phone batteries vide order id: 172279. Till date i am not getting any update on despatch/delivery against the order nor any update on the same. Many emails sent without any response. Chat client is shows online but no body responds. I want to have the status or 8f not yet despatch to cancel the order and refund the amount.

Its a fully online operational website run with a fraudulent motive, do not pay, you will be cheated, after a week when followed up by chat as the number is not functional, a chat name manisha informed the order is cancelled and a refund will be done, then gone offline, how would they refund when the payment was made on line. It a fraud company opened to steal money, as there is not payment on delivery option. India be alert

I have ordered an inflated bag of rs 2699. I didn't receive the product for long. Then i contacted the company by all messages. After not receiving any reply, i chat with them. A guy named jay appears as chat person, but he disappear from chat after i ask them about my order update. Never reply to my messages and mail.
I think this is a fake company. Should be deleted from the web immediately and banned from selling anything through their website

My name is Rahul Saroj. I had ordered the one mini cooler through Insasta website before 3-5 days ago but they didn't delivered the ordered and also when i try to contact to them customer care then is showing swtich off. Now even though it is returned back, they deny to refund the money. From few days I'm trying to sort the issue but the customer care cell is showing switch off only. Its really fake website. Govt. should punish and take them court and put the too much penalty.

Order no. is 127681 . I want the complete refund Otherwise they deliver my order with good condition.

Item delivered was not the one ordered. Now even though it is returned back, they deny to refund the money. When I try calling them, either they disconnect the call or number comes switched off. From few days I'm trying to sort the issue but the customer care is now saying that money can't be refunded.

I placed an order with insasta.com, no. 73316 dated 25th oct. The delivery was promised within 3 to 4 days, however nothing delivered till date. I did follow up with their customer support on e-mails (Phones were not reachable). Initially there was typical "sorry for inconvenience' type of response, however later there wasn't any response to e-mails.

I checked their facebook page and noticed that there are quite a few others who have had similar experience. Even on this particular portal, more than 50 complaints have been reported. This shows that the company is there to misuse the people's trust in on-line retailing and is a fraudster.

I not looking for delivery or the refund. I want to know what should be done to ensure that such companies do not exist and carry on with their business of cheating people. Will appreciate guidance on the same.

About the product cant say much as both times i received a defective piece.
The customer service and the website is really a pain in the #. It’s been more than 2 months tha5 i have been following up for my refund and every time i hear 1 reason that “by this friday the refund will be initiated”. God only knows when that holy friday will come and my refund will be processed. The customer service number is most of the time not reachable or busy. And if in case you get connected then your query is never resolved. The agents ajay, ganesh and there is 1 lady all are superb actors and they never have any senior on the floor to talk plus the lady tells me that i will just send you the email and within few seconds you receive the mail, while ajay tells you that the email department is different and he will ask them to revert...
Horandous company, pathetic customer service and definitely big time cheaters...

Refund my money you losers!!!

Placed order for Anycast Miracast HDMI Dongle Wifi Display Receiver in July and found that my phone doesn't support it so asked for refund and they shipped a replacement without any information to me.
Contacted Customer care and again requested refund instead of replacement, and again replacement was shipped with out any information.

Requested again for the refund and now they say, as I requested replacement so they can't issue a refund.

On last call supervisor(Rajesh) agreed to resolve the issue with help from Sunita who is dealing with me through email however nothing has been achieved so far and there is no communication from them.

It's over 4 months and I am still waiting for a resolution - have written proof of demanding refund in the form of emails sent to customer care.

I have booked an order for a mobile accessory through insasta.com though there was no confirmation of delivery timing but i thought it would be deliver within week after a week i cancelled the order and request for refund but after waiting of two weeks it's still pending for same.
Further asking me choose other products from site but i can't do this mistake again since i think the service are dull and cheap of this company.

This company is fraud. I had ordered lenovo replacement battery for lenovo vibe k5. Order id: #71584.

The battery turned out to be defective as it had very poor power backup. Battery getting discharged very quickly and not withstanding even for 3 hours after full charge.
When battery is less than 40%, battery gets drained so quickly that the phone gets automatically switched off.

Subsequently i raised return request. Return id: #1972
Date added: 19/10/2018

There was no response from them. Everytime when i used to call them to enquire about return request, they would say that in one or two days their person would come to pick the item and carryout replacement. Till now even after more than 4 weeks nobody has come and they are simply fooling us by telling same thing again and again.

If possible, someone sue them for the fraud they commit. My sincere suggestion is - dont buy anything from this website.

I ordered a set of earphones from insasta, i received a faq email with order details. Later on i tried logging in but i couldn't. I couldn't track my order neither i am able to log in into my account. I can't contact the helpline given. Extra delivery charges are also looted from me. Soon after my check out my bank balance was reduced but i have no idea of where my order is.

As per my order (68613), I am suppose to get 3 items, however received got only 1 item (Roll N Go Cosmetic Bag) today evening[protected] at 6.28 pm with shipment billed for the entire amount of Rs.820/-. However the bill amount of Rs.820/- is for 3 products.

Missing products:

1 x Travel First Aid Pouch Multi-function Medical Kit Tablet Pill Storage Bag Organizer
1 x Gena Multi Pouch Travel Toiletry Portable Bag With Handle (Blue)

Also as per the tracking, it shows delivered where 2 items are missing. On checking with the delivery person, he said I do not know

The product got delivered only at 6.28pm, however as per Rapid delivery tracking website, it shows 4.26pm (03/10/2018 04:26 PM). I got call from [protected] only at 6.28pm.

Also, the company is not doing things correctly. Without having products, Company gives ad in website stating 1-2 days delivery or speedy delivery with very less price quoted and it took almost 10 days and that too not all products of the order is fully delivered

The company is cheating people by taking order and delivering less products in the orders. This is online fraud and need action against these type of companies so that this fraud does not happen in the future - thanks

But the money of rs 118/- was deducted from my bank account. Immediately i have called over the phone and asked about the order details, shipping details, tracking details etc. The guy (Name ajay) mentioned the order id over the phone. Insasta.com is fully online fraud company. I have ordered a landline phone for rs 639 (Including shipping charge). They have not sent out order invoice. I placed order more than 100 days back and they dispatched only half of order. For rest order they said stock not available now it'll be dispatched in next 2-3 days. From last 20 days when i'm calling to them they are again asking for another 2-3 days for status and blocking my number. I've already tried with more than 4 mobile number and now i'm not able to reach to them. Please assist.

On 02 aug, i had ordered for a zenfone zd551kl battery from insasta.com and paid the full cost of rs 758/-by sbi maestro debit card. I was intimated that my order has been confirmed and that they had sent a confirmation email to my daughter's email address [protected]@gmail because i had ordered it for my daughter and hence had given her email address. But on checking, my daughter found no such confirmation from insasta.com inboth the inbox and spam box of her email. The webpage said that the delivery at the delivery address in punjab would be between 09 to 11 aug 2018. However, the ordered itemhas not been delivered till date and nobody is answering their customer care contact number. It is quite shocking that the insasta contact web page is also not opening in the internet meaning that it is a fake site set up by unscrupulous people to fool innocent online customers. Please help.
