I placed an order on 10/06/2020 with order id 665809 for kitchen weighing scale and hanging weighing scale and paid in full, but as of now they didn't recived my product and there is no way to reach their customer care. I tried emailing them, raising ticket but no responce

I have tried to contact them many times but unable to do that, even they don't reply any chat and message. It is a complete fake and looting web site.

Kindly help me to return my money.

Placed order for above item neither the company delivered the material nor updating the status. Many time tried to reach on mobile which continually switched off nor chat facility is on in given operational time. Nor the website have the facility to cancel the order. Also we can't claim for refund.

My queries in off-line chats and number of mails to them are also not answered. I had already paid for the goods. Please look into my complaint and help me receive the goods..

Updated by yash gadodia It received in damaged condition and i tried to call but the phone was switch off so i mail within 10 minutes after receiving the product. No response have been received till now.

Tax invoice (Order id:806086) received and they informed about payment receipt, but till now not updated the status of the product either it is dispatched or not... No information about order tracking... I tried to contact them... But numbers are switched off and no reply from chat support and even no reply for my mails... Kindly resolve my problem... If possible deliver my order otherwise kindly refund my amount...

There is no response from the company side.

I am the victim of insasta website where i have placed an order on 14/jul/2020 with order id :800840 and payment was made online but so far all their numbers are off even i have send couple of mails to their support id no response [protected]@insasta.com.

Their only customer care no given on site is completely off.

I placed order of 3 items via order no: 533988 dated 13.4.20 of rs. 436 on insasta.

More than 3 months but there is no delivery till date.

Nobody in insasta is picking up the phone and i have send more than 6 reminders on e-mail but there is no reply.

Finally, i requested insasta to refund my rs. 436 as i cannot wait so long.

Still no reply and so i have to lodge a complaint of insasta in indian consumer complaints forum
