Product bought - small mixer. Spend 1999/- inclduing delivery charges through credit card. Website doesnt have customer support or refund on non-delivery. No phone lines are working. Seems like a bogus website....

My order id 682610. I placed an order on this website on 14 june until this date i do not have any update on the order. I have raised a ticket with them as well on their chat portal. Which seems to be offline most of the time. Could you please check and get the order processed or get my money back. And if this is a frequent practice please ban these kinds of fake websites....

I ordered an air mouse and paid the money through phone pay app. I received an invoice for rs 658. But i didn't get the item. The money was not refunded. No information from insanta.com. This is a bogus shopping site. Action should be taken against the personal who are running the site....

Insasta.com is completely fake identity . Absolute fake and duping customers of its money . I after waiting for my order for more than three weeks I complained as no status was updated to me .

I had ordered for air conditioning and never got any confirmation details and was trying to call customer care never received or it says switched off.. I think it's fake website.
Please cancel my order and i need my refund otherwise i will be taking this issue to the next level.
I don't know why they don't care about the customer who is ordered and waiting for atleast confirmation and some information about the product...

Hi, there is no response /confirmation from the company about processing the order. Neither phone is working no=r any one is replying on chat. I am really worried how come such ecom company can exists. It should be sealed and there should not be any web display of the site. This should be banned.
