My led was stop working 12/08/19 due to screen and pannel internal fault, the guy picked my led on 17/08/19 and they had confirmed that it will be return with 4 to 5 days time. However the guy came with the led after 12 days and mentioned to me that we have fix this for temporary as we don't have new screen replacement available. You keep the led for now and we will again come to you and replace the new screen once the part will be available. He make me to speak with service center person
name ranjit-[protected] and he asked me to accept his offer where he will provide a new 32 led without no warranty & he asked me pay rs-5000 more. When i had called your customer care they said you don't worry they will look in this matter. Now on 1st september the same guy called me again and given same offer, when i asked intex
should have called me for discussing the same he said he is the authoruty person
who can give such offer intex
doesn't have to do anything in this case. He also take someone on con-call the guy told his name manish from intex
head office. Now my concern is why anyone from intex
would called me on sunday, and why he is supporting to service center guy?? If this is how you work intex
should be taken to the court. If my product still under warranty how you can say you don't have parts available and take this offer. I have all the call recordings to prove that the service center or intex
tries to cheat me.
I have also put this complaint every where in social media, if that doesn't work will put of toi complaint section.
I am hoping best solution from intex
