I would like to bring to your attention that the tv model (Led 3221) of intex company, serial number[protected]), which i purchased on (13.102017) from (New srishti electronics) seems to have had a problem within a 8 months.
The problem, he claims, is that the again and again it automatically closes once we have filed this complaint: the executes was come at my home and changed led, but this is also the problem in this new.in this context, we have filed a complaint several times, but no action on this complaint yet. H
. I was told at the time of the purchase that in case of any faults with the tv, i shall receive free replacement/servicing of the tv. I contacted the dealer for the same, but he told me that i will have to contact the chief executive of the company directly.

I am writing this letter to you expressing the hope that you will reply as soon as possible with the possible course of action, whether you can service it or replace the tv altogether.

    Dear sir,
    I have bought an intex led tv model 3110 on 15.9.2015. The product was sold to me with 3 years of warranty (1+2), in aug’17 the product stopped working and to my complain the company replaced the display panel and confirmed this won’t happen again.
    Now on 28th july 2018 it again started displaying straight lines and nothing is getting displayed on the display panel. To my complain[protected] their technician visited on 29.7.18 and verified all the details and confirmed the display is non-working and said customer care people will call me accordingly, i got call from okhla service center and they said it is out of warranty.
    I called their toll free number and they confirmed me that it is in warranty and don’t worry the product will get replaced, it’s just the product is out of stock, on 3rd aug’18 i got an sms saying “customer not agreeing, product is in warranty and as per policy is out of warranty, customer not ready to pay repair charges”. I called their toll free no. Again and they said you are not ready to pay service charges (500+gst) to which clearly said that i agreed to pay the same and you can check my call records.
    So far there is no progress on the same even after repeated communication to their customer support team. Request you to please take this matter to the appropriate department and take necessary actions against the company.

        सर् मेरा नाम दीपके कुमार है। मैं जीद हरियाणा से हु। आज दिनांक 18 अगस्त 2018 को मैंने intex care jind near by dalamwala hospital jind पर मोबाइल दिखाने के लिए गया। मेरा मोबाइल फ़ोन वारंटी में है। फिर भी ये बोला की आपका फ़ोन वारंटी में नही है। और उसके बाद मेरे मोबाइल में फाल्ट करके ये बोला की इसमे पानी भरा हुआ है। तो मैंने कहा कि मेरा मोबाइल मुझे वापिस कर दो । तो बोला नही म नही करूँगा जा तुझ पर जो होती है कर ले।

          Sir, i am having intex cloud jewel mobile, battery is not holding i want to replacement of battery but till now i have visited your service center in delhi munirika, gurgaon and lastely in ahmedabad (Intex service care, a-40, lbs rd, india colony, ahmedabad) on 10 aug 18. Delhi and gurgaon service center have told me to confirm after 10 days but 10 to 15 days also not able to provide. I am having transferable job presently i am in gandhinagar, gujrat, then i have contacted intex service care ahmedabad but he is saying that mobile have problem of switching on button also, i will repair and replace the battery but no guaranty/warranty. When i asked that you are giving me new battery then you should give me at least six month warranty, then he told that it is company policy that do not give more than one weak warranty. Sir, please clarify and help me make my mobile serviceable, till now i have purchased three intex mobile. Now i am in doubt that this will happen with all the intex mobile and this type of problem will lead to wrong impression/message to exiting/ new customer. Thanks

            There is a saying - FIRST IMPRESSION IS LAST IMPRESSION

            I purchased a Intex 750VA UPS on 5th July 2018 From Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. But it was not working from 29 July 2018. I registered a complaint on[protected] against the issue But they give me fake commitments at all time. I had not recd any support from the Intex support team. They're always repeat the same line "we have transferred your complaint to escalation team they will get back to you" but not recd any call or information till now for the same. Kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis.

            Note: Complaint registered to Dharamkot, Moga location.

              Dear customer care manager

              I would to like register a complaint for the poor service quality of your customer care

              I had purchased an intext stari-10 mobile on 10 - may -18 through snapdeal. (Refer attached invoice copy, the buyer name mentioned in the invoice is g. Sankaran who is my colleague who ordered this mobile for me)

              While started using the mobile was over heated and after 2 months o[censored]sage the mobile touch/display touch sensitivity is not working.

              I had taken this mobile to nearby intex service centre, c/o srinivasa enterprises, chennai - 600083 and faced the below, shocking statements by the person from the service centre.

              1) they had simply stating that the display is failed due to water log
              2) forcing me to change the display by payment at the amount of 3000
              3) to be honest there is no water log on the display, and no evident water marks, the mobile phone was used by me in a proper manner (Photos attached taken from service centre)
              4) the service dealer is saying if this mobile is sent to intex head office, the mobile will be replaced at free of cost, while the same will be deducted from there account.

              Attaching the photographs of mobile, invoice, and service log sheet (Invoice and service centre copy attached).

              I have never expected this kind of poor quality product from intex and worst quality of service from your authorized service centre.

              Please look in to this case, and arrange me new mobile at the earliest

                "This is my first INTEX item purchase in my life and experience teach me well about your services."
                I have complaint register on 23/07/2018
                Ref id:[protected]. After two days your engineer come and try to solve problem but due to led tv circuit problem they told me your tv has 3years warrenty period and its running so i have called at my HO to send its circuit within 5 days i have solve your complaints but still date 02/08/2018 nobody has to come and solve this problem. I called to intex care office at jodhpur ahemdabad GUJARAT they give wrong commit every time.
                So, as soon as possible try to solve my complaint.

                  Purchased new ups battery for pc from globalnet computers, vasai. Ups battery under warranty found swollen under ups case. Battery sent to intex svc cntr on 23/07/2018 - was not accepted by uday thus no log entry.

                    Dear Team,
                    I have registered a complaint a month a ago for my LED Tv which has still not sorted out. My Tv screen goes blank after some, for which they changed AD box of my Tv charging with Rs3200/- without providing me an invoice. After changing that box, from next day onwards, it started created sound issue as well. And now also, no one is bothered..Intex meerut center is one of the ridiculous centers of Intex who are very unprofessional who are not bothered to take phone calls nor keen to close the intex complaints on time.

                      According to the last complaint Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies Complaint Status Update [ID: 1992975], I went to service center for the second time, they had replaced the battery with a new one on 27-6-18 & gave me only 1 month warranty for the new battery. After 15 days, today again I am facing the same problem that the phone is being switched off automatically inspite of having 50% charge. I am a senior citizen & very sick. So I am unable to visit the service center repeatedly. I have bought the
                      Mobile on 23-01-18. After that I am facing the same problem repeatedly. Now I want to get back my entire money & I also ready to submit my phone. I request you to take some necessary steps As Soon As Possible on account of my old age & poor health condition. I am sending the job sheet details.

                          I Registered My Complaint On 30th June And They Told Me That It Will Get Resolved In 24 hrs
                          No Doubt, There executive reached at complaint point On Time And Leave The Place After Inspecting And Told Me That Panel Need To Be Changed . I said How Much Time It Will Take He Said Not Sure But Will Take Not More Than 2 days. And Today Is 5th July And After Calling Them Daily They Said It takes Again 24 Hrs ... Everytime Same Story Of 24hrs . And I Recieved Call From One Of Their Team Members And Asking Me For My Adress When I Told Them They said We Are Coming With New Tv Different Model 4000fhd led . I said I will give you confirmation in evening After discussing with my family Then i called them and told them to come Then he said now i can't but will reach at your location in tomorrow morning.. And Its evening now he said that now we can't coming with mew tv we will come with ur tv's panel and it will take more time
                          and intex customer care still telling me to wait for 4 days now..
                          And My Tv's Panel Alerady Got Changed 2 times and repaired 4 times in just 1and half year..

                            On jan 2018 i have buy intex note 4 from online amazon.com but just a use of 1 month phone problem started 1St restarting problem then touch problem...the more we r fixing the problem the more problems comes out and phone is on warranty but service center is also not helping me properly

                              We bought mobile on 26/07/2017. on first day itself battery drainage was quick and even when used for 5-10 mins, it was getting hot. so, i kept my mobile switched off or on flight mode and started using battery saver. Now, after 11 months, mobile's battery started draining rapidly even when not in use. when checked, the battery was swollen. Contacted the service center, all we get to hear is, - 'mobile's warranty doesn't include this problem'. But nothing is mentioned on product packing except product description.

                                The mobile set is not working properly as it has been heated abruptly even not after using internet on the set. The battery of the phone also is a defective one, as the charge is drained out very quickly while not using the phone and the set became switched off. Not even that, after connecting the charger, charging is not done. I have to open the battery & after reinstalling the battery, it has been charged. I have visited twice in the mobile shop about the problem, they look into the matter and assured me that the problem didn't relapse, but after 2/3 days i am facing the same problem. The mobile set seems to be a defective one to me and i want to replace the mobile set/refund the amount from your end as early as possible.

                                One of the worst mobile in the world is intex mobiles, their service centres are only cheaters, dont even think about intex mobiles, i have cheated with their service centre at Marthandam many times and costs me more than 5000 rs but even now my problems not solved by them and they dont know anything about mobile servicing.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  The undersigned had visited on 06.06.2018 with the mobile having problem of charging.

                                  That day they got it fix, mobile started charging properly. But in a hurry i did not check if its touch screen is functioning!!! When i reached office i suddenly noticed touchscreen issue in the mobile.

                                  I though it must be a minor issue, the same can be fixed by service engineer very easily.

                                  Today only i revisited the dealer namely halima at goregaon to show the same (Service request form encl).

                                  I could not provide battery issue service request form as they are not providing it, fearing on the basis of the same i may complain somewhere!!!

                                  To my surprise they told me i need to get mother board & touchpad replaced. That would cost me around rs. 2000/-. It was a very nasty and disappointing surprise to me indeed. I thought have i made a mistake by visiting this service station? At least my phone was okay except battery issue. Now this dealer is asking me to pay the required charges to get it repaired.

                                  Why do i need to pay the charge? It was completely irresponsible/ negligence on dealer part why do i need to pay???

                                  In the process i have also lost my valuable data's. Halima must compensate me for the loss of data and inconvenience/trouble experienced.

                                  Kindly help me get a suitable resolution and damaged compensation from halima.

                                  This voids the warranty of the handset as the handset was tampered at an unauthorised repair centre.

                                  The repair now will be done on a chargeable basis.

                                    Purchased handset on 26.10.17, i gave the phone at intex service center (Vk electronics) kaladhungi road, mukhani haldwani, distt - nainital, uttarakhand. The phone was not operation witing 6months, the fault came when the phone is under warrenty, i replaced the touch firstly on 09.03.2018, and after that the problem started in battery, i replaced the battry which they took on 16.04.18, they took 2 months to give battry and always saying not available customer is very much irritated over there, i received the battery on 12.06.18, the the problem came the battry is fir withing but now the cover in settling down, there is no response from customer care, pathetic service, never ever buy any intex product

                                      I purchase intex aqua s3 on 24.08.2017 after 7month its battery is damage than i purchase new battery of 694₹ than after i again purchase new lead of 180₹ i purchase new battery on 19. 05. 2018 but now new battery is also probleming it automatically get charged or discharged

                                        I bought a mobile of intex, and it had a battery problem so we told him to change the piece but instead he replaced it with the new one, and when i checked the phone it had some messages also, i told him to give him a new phone but instead he made some random reasons and i bought it. But the next day when i was using it with putting sim card but its speakers were damaged.
                                        So i told him to replace the piece with new one after having so much problems.
                                        So i left the phone with the shopkeeper only.

                                        I have bought a intex 20000 mah powerbank on september 2017, it has was working well untill the black colour plastic came out of the charging port and got stuck in to the charging cable.
